Very disappointed with my experience here as I had high expectations before coming to this hotel. The room cleanliness is very poor; lots of dirty stains on the bedsheet and blanket, also the room smells musty too that I had to cover my nose with mask on my first hour staying in the room. The top walls on my room are covered with mold, doesn't look pleasing at all. No towel provided (had to ask the receptionist to get one), no phone connection (they provided Wi-fi but the signal is so poor it wouldn't connect). Food is average. I sincerely hope the management would improve the room hygiene quality.

This convention resort is worthy of consideration as a venue for meetings, training, and even wedding receptions. There are several spots that are quite good for selfies or groupies. The rooms and facilities are standard. Even some customers commented the bedding sheets were not clean, the air conditioner was not cold and the hot water took a long time to come out. During the current COVID-19 pandemic, the situation is quiet and the swimming pool is poorly maintained.

When i arrived, i have a high expectations on this hotel because it looks pretty. But when i entered my room, all my hopes vanish. I even had to update the review because it got worse. The room looks dirty, the bed looks messy, the floor feel dusty, the TV is not working well, there isn't a towel in my bathroom, the ceiling in my room is dirty, there are mold everywhere, even in front of my room i saw a hole in the ceiling and looks like they ignored it, some of rooms of this hotel look abandoned, many furnitures cannot be used, the wifi signal is weak, the parking lot is very limited, the service wasn't that good, the signal is bad, the air ventilation is very dusty, the bathroom was kinda smelly and dirty, the door is broken, the air conditioner is not cold enough even some of them are broken, the water heater is broken, the bed is not comfortable, the blanket and the pillow is dirty and uncomfortable, there is no mat, also the service is slow. The only thing is great about this hotel is just the pool, other than that are awful. This is the worst hotel i've ever stayed, they really take this hotel carelessly. Even with the cheap price, i really don't recommend this place. Overall, awful.

I’m not blaming how the room is as we know how much the price. Actually the outside view is good and the concept of the hotel is good. I believe when the hotel was operated in the early year this hotel is totally perfect, but meanwhile lack of maintenance became what we see now. Hopely the can renovate the hotel so it will attract more people to come

This hotel is actually nice and cheap. And good for family holiday. But they need to pay attention more to their cleanliness. They dont change the pillow sheet and blanket after the others check out so the pillow smells bad that i need to cover it with towel. Their electric socket is broken too and need repairment. And their pipe leak so in front of my door always flooded. But Their breakfast is quite good, they have lontong, porridge and the other thing

When i arrived the room is dusty as if it had been cleaned a week ago and was not retouched before we arrived so it was dusty with cobwebs at the corners. I asked for cleaning, and the personnel was lacking so i did them myself. The wivi n tv was out of order and so was the water heater. The water is tepid not warm enough for the cold night when i checked in. They said the techician did not come. Breakfast was fried rice ala carte, one egg of choice, watermelon tea/coffee, iced orange syrup. The pool are too dirty because who knows when they last did pool cleaning. When asked when might the pool be available the cleaning service said they don't know because needed to wait for the technician... (Might as well put fish in them and made it a pond) Actually the room is large and adequate.. but with the lack of housekeeping... This beautiful facility that could be a 4 star hotel is degraded to a 2 star hotel priced with a 3 star hotel.

This hotel is far away from the crowd of bogor city. Its calm, its natural. Due to covid 19, the accomodation has decreased in quality. Need sometimes to recover.

Very disappointed. The bed for the sheet cant change. Pillow case, smell not good. I change the room same like that. Floor dirty, sheet dirty, duvet cover dirty, no take bath equipment. I thinks this property good of view modern but the service not proffer. Breakfast same like that, breakfast at 9. O'clock has was empty, no refill, Replenish the noodles left over from yesterday, and cold. But i have good service only in valet parking. Maybe the management to saw this. Thanks, i hope can be better tomorrow.

can't even imagine how to sleep here. the ceiling was full of molds and/or holes, i found hairs on the bed (not sure whose hairs those are).... at the end, i couldn't find any room clean enough to sleep (i asked the employee to show me about 4 rooms) so i asked for a refund

The worst hotel i ever stay, dirty rooms, linens and most the wall is tired and bubling every where,musty smelly and the dirtiest bath room, and the TV ist not working at all, tottaly disapoinment..will never come back and highly not rrcomended....

The ambience and views is good, nothing wrong about it. But unfortunately, they have poor cleanliness on bedrooms, no towels, the toilet floor so slippery. lack of maintenance on the swimming pool

the room needs to be repaired again, there are lots of animals in the bathroom, the swimming pool water is cloudy, the food is standard, the buffet table is messy with food, the staff doesn't clean it, in fact the waiter talks more than taking empty plates, greetings are lacking I was given a torn bath mat, I stayed in room 205

Very Bad Experiences (Not Recommended) Bumi Katulampa was my favorite hotel in 2019, as I loved the ambiance and hospitality. However, during my recent stay, I had a disappointing experience due to the changes caused by the pandemic. Upon arrival, I noticed the parking lot had fewer cars and bikes, indicating a decrease in visitors. Once inside my room, I was extremely disappointed. Here are my experiences at Bumi Katulampa: 1. The toilet and facial tissue were empty, and there was no mineral water available. I called housekeeping to bring the water, but the tissue was still not provided. They assured me it was on the way and would arrive in the evening. 2. The TV didn't work, and the Wi-Fi connection was incredibly slow. The air conditioning was also non-functional, and the room felt stuffy and musty. There was a power outage at 2 a.m., and noise from the neighboring room disrupted my sleep. 3. The bedroom was in poor condition with dirty walls, floor, table, chair, bedsheet, and blanket. The wallpaper was peeling off, and I found leftover food on the bedside table. The pillows were uncomfortable, as if they lacked proper filling, and the bedsheets and pillow covers emitted a foul smell, as if they were not washed or changed regularly. Slippers were not provided. 4. The bathroom's ceiling seemed to be about to collapse, the sink was damaged, and water was leaking everywhere. There were many small insects sticking to dirt flying around the bathroom. The absence of a bathmat resulted in a slippery floor after taking a shower. 5. The staff were unfriendly and unhelpful. I requested tissue and a bathmat from 5 p.m. on the first day until check-out, but they were not provided. It appears that the hotel has not undergone proper maintenance for a long time. Considering the price of the hotel, it is not worth it. Better hotels with improved service can be found for the same price. My stay was terrible and far from pleasant. I will not return to Bumi Katulampa again. Overall, based on this recent experience, I cannot recommend stay at Bumi Katulampa.
