    28 May 2020. Take a line for rapid test. We have to wait outside hospital where high noise comes from vehicle passes by in front of hospital. They calling us without speaker. And I have been waiting for an hour to the cashier. So I initiatively came to the cashier and complaining about how come they calling us without any speaker in this noisy place, and the cashier takes no attention of my complain. From cashier, I have to give the form to blood sampling area and take a line again waiting to be called. $#!t man 🀬 Flashback 26 May 2020. I brought car and confuse where I can park my car if I want to go to Siloam Hospital. I had driving around parking area for about 30 minutes and then I park on ground level mall. But when I was in the rapid test area, I found out that the vallet parking service is free. What?? You'll find the information of vallet parking is free when you already sit on waiting area?? πŸ₯΄

    Unprofessional. My 9 year old son had a fever 40 celcious 104 F. The admitting doctor gave him paracetamol suppositories which helped very little and admitted him. Took 1 hour to get called and register him. We went back to the clinic for another 1 1/2 hours waiting on a room. Once we got in the room no one showed up. Had persist they attend to him. The staff couldn't start an IV. I asked for continuously for 2 hours that they get a Lab technician to come and start his IV. That never happened. Finally the charge nurse came and started his IV. They gave him fluid. After 30 more minutes I ask where was his IV fever medicine? 5 hours after the Doctor ordered to admit him he finally got fever medicine, meanwhile he suffered with 40 celcious temperature. Also the doctor said she would come to his room but she ask a colleague since it was so late. The colleague never checked on him. He was in the hospital 18+ hours before a doctor followed up and checked on him. The entire staff acted like zombies including admissions. Admissions said they would inform me of charges over 100,000 rupiah. I was never informed of any charges until 3 days later when my deposit was used up. I would've ranked them at zero stars if there was that option. They don't rate 1 star.

    Had to do an antigen test to visit my mother who is in emergency. I told this during registration and nobody bothered to tell me that the result is provided within 2(!!!) hrs. How is this rapid? Being a frequent traveler I did many tests at airport, Bumame, Kimiapaharma, Fast test and others. All provide results in 30 min., max 1 hour.

    Came here for the swab + rapid test package It's pandemic, They should at least fully integrate its online registration form I've taken the 9AM schedule, only to be moved to 2PM ( i came at 8.30 and the online registration nullified by paper registration ). The good thing is that the adjacent lippomall keboen raya ( internusa as old bogorian would say ) still open.

Klo malam dapat kasur lantai itupun di antar jam 9 malam masa orang mau istrihat harus nunggu sampai pukul 9 malam dan diambil kembali pukul 6 pagi. Rak baju kecil, meja cuma1 itupun kecil sehingga sebagian makanan dan buah2an dari tamu sy letakkan di lantai. Per hari 800rb harusnya fasilitas sdh bagus seperti di RS lain...come on siloam hayoo perbaiki fasilitas rawat inapnya terutama ruang dulaxe A

    I regret not reading the review first because it is mostly true unlike siloam jakarta. The admin was terrible. I booked the mcu through online booking since the customer service is uncontactable. I arrived early in the morning and they said my booking didn’t go through the system and had to re-schedule which i had very limited time available. Also I had to call in to check when the results will be done after more than a week since they never called me first.

    The best hospital in bogor!! I was being hospitalized here for 4 days and I really enjoyed the hospital. The room was very clean and it is cleaned 2 times a day, the trash bin is always taken out and never full. Hygene is prioritized here because all the utilities are sealed. My room number is 2012 and it is very well designed, the view is facing towards all fresh. For the room quality I would give it a 10/10 since everything is well maintained, the AC is cold, the bed is clean, the sofa is clean, and the bathroom is insanely elegant.

Saya keberatan krn belum dilakukan CTSCAN kenapa buru2 operasi? dan membuat pihak pasien dan keluarga panik dengan diagnosa hanya dari luarnya tanpa melakukan Ctscan untuk melihat kondisi dalam perut papa saya, apalagi biayanya besar dan belum termasuk obat2an dan kamar dll.. Puji Tuhan kami pindah ke RSUD Bogor dengan BPJS dan sekarang sudah pulang ke rumah, pelayanan di RSUD Bogor bagus dan mantap.     My wife was diagnosed with appendicitis and had to go surgery and inpatient for 3 days. The procedure was quick and easy, waiting whole day for insurance confirmation. The hospital was built 2 years ago, so everything is looks new and clean. I got Deluxe room, its okay but doesnt have windows and the bathroom looks never cleaned up, probably due to low occupancy of the hospital. Had to go through isothermal and PCR Test before surgery starts, once PCR results done, we were moved to other room, turns out the first room was used for holding room until our test came back. The hospital consists of three level, first for admin and ICU, second for inpatient rooms, third for outpatient, operating room, lab and others. The parking was far in the back of building while the lobby is in the front, back and forth to the car park is tiring, good thing they have free valet parking but i never trust the valet. The nurses was nice but lack of coordination between them, especially during shift change. I was told to move to another room at 6am, i follow up the nurse at 9am, 11am and last at 2pm and finally we moved to new room. Discharge process also take some time but it was insurance fault, not hospital. Doctor was also good, great when informing the problems, dr. Leo, SpBedah Last thing, wifi sucks!it doesn't have internet connection. Telkomsel has great reception but XL was bad.
