    The emergency service is terrible. Probably like most of the “commercial” hospital, they give you good service when you show them the money. But in emergency situation, hospital suppose to treat the patient first then ask for money, they just ignore the emergency patient until the fee actually paid. And for the bpjs user, i heard they got the worst attitude from the staff. Overall, good hospital

    Staying here for couple of days for surgery. quite disappointed for me I stay at VVIP room but all amenities is so limited. hospital not even abel to provide me hot water. there is water dispanser with gallon almost empty and i already asked the staff to changes it but no action at all. they said its was broken then their turn it off. so I ask for electronic water kettle so I can ask my sibling (who accompany) to boil water for me but they said they didn't have or provide such things. then I ask again my nurse then she gave me water therm but it was cold. just simple task ask for hot water. other things that make me disappointed, i have told the hospital and consult with customers service before i choose bmc. I inform them that can i got vegetarian menu during my treatment and they said yes. however, dinner, breakfast and lunch I didn't get what I requested. hopefully they can listen more to their patients request and need.

    Always satisfied with the good service from doctors, nurses to cleaning services. In 5 months I have been treated 5 times, and have never been disappointed with the service, on the ground floor. 1 there was nurse Tiwi, this time on the 2nd floor, there was nurse Arin, sr. Safira, sr. Yustika, sr. Ana, sr. Fina, sr. Ismi, sr. Ragil, on the 3rd floor there is Sr. Teresia, thank God I was treated from floor 1 to 3... if we weren't on guard at night, we would just lie in bed, always notice the infusion without us needing to get up and call. The service is getting better, by the way, the food for the patients is delicious, even the sick people like it, especially those who are waiting 😃 Because building A is not open yet, the waiting list is quite long, hopefully it will open soon, so that more patients can be served.     hospitals that are swift in serving patients and ahead of patients who have emergency needs. complete medical facilities. staff and doctors who are friendly. a building equipped with a small restaurant for all visitors. restaurants that serve simple food and also provide special food for patients. but with a narrow parking lot and car access to the main gate that is difficult to access. strategic place but with small road access so it is often stuck in traffic.

    I have to do some surgery and be hospitalized for two days, but I felt so comfortable during the stays. First of all, the staff (doctor, nurses, security, everyone) was very nice and amazing, I'm really amazed by their service. I had to be hospitalized for a short time so I got a meal, and they weren't bad! It was pretty nice for a hospital meal actually. Thank you.

(Original) pengalaman yg sangat membekas dan bikin trauma seumur hidup melahirkan di bmc padahal saya bayar tunai tanpa bpjs/asuransi berawal dari masuk IGD untuk cek bukaan , biasanya sebelum dicek sus memberi tau untuk saya siap2 seperti "bu saya cek yaaa" nah saat itu tidak diberi tahu, wajar saya kaget dong, bidan yg mengecek bilang "diem bu, gmn mau lahiran normal" baru datang saya sudah down padhal saat itu sudah bukaan 7 setelah cek bidan tsb dorong tempat tidur dengan sangat tidak hati-hati sehingga saya terpentok pintu dua kali. saat proses lahiran benar-benar dibentak bentak gaboleh gerak harus miring terus, apapun yg saya lakukan dimarahiiiin terus "diem ibunya diem" ya bayangin aja diem dari jam 5 sampe jam 1 siang miring gaboleh gerak dan ini pengalaman pertama. bidan tidak henti hentinya membentak saya dan bilang "saya paling tau disini, diem ibu" saya keringetan punnnnn dimarahin , saya diinfus dan perekatnya copot terus karena tangan saya sangat keringetan, dibilang "kaya anak kecil! diem bu makanya diem jadi keringetan" heloooow saya nunggu bukaan 9 itu dr jam 10 sampe jam 1 gmn udah ga keringet dingin sehingga saya mohon ke suami saya untuk carikan rumah sakit lain ditengah proses lahiran, sayangnya suami khawatir tidak akan sempat. dan selama proses bukaan bidan mengeluh dgn nada marah belum makan karena proses bukaan saya yg lama, padahal hal tsb adalah tanggung jawabnya bahkan sesudah lahiran di kamar inap namanya cuma berdua , mana cape ga tidur 3 hari, kamar kami aga berantakan eh ada bidan control gt paginya dimarahin lg doooong katanya ini berantakan bgt kamu mau jadi ibu harusnya bisa rapi blablba sehingga saya minta untuk pulang di hari ke dua yg seharusnya 3 hari... walaupun diakhir meminta maaf tp hal tersebut sangat membuat saya trauma dan membekas saya masih sering terngiang dan ingat sekali detail pada hari itu..

    Highly disappointed, I called the operator and he obviously said the doctor will stay until 8 pm, but then before 8 pm I arrived and the doctor is already gone. I brought my 1 month old son in the middle of covid at night for nothing. I asked for another doctor, they don’t have it. They just asked me to go to the emergency (IGD). Which I don’t want to, because every parents want the best for their kids right? since this similar events happens more than once, I wrote this with a clear name and picture of mine, to clearly stated that this hospital IS NOT RECOMMENDED, find another one, try Afiyat (PMI) or Siloam. They’re definitely more professional than this one. I have to say that I regret every money that I spend on this hospital. One more thing, not only unprofessional, this hospital is also relatively pricey. I tried several same doctors at another hospital costs lower than BMC. So If your doctors also worked for another hospital, then never go here. Only chose here when you have no more option

Really not recommended, how can a hospital as big as BMC have overlapping information between employees and cs, disappointing (Original) Karena sesuatu hal diputuskan bhw Ade hrs menjalani operasi Caesar untuk proses lahiran,krn ada gangguan di pernafasan dan RS tdk ada alatnya, maka bayi di rujuk ke RS yg lain yg lumayan jauh, otomatis suaminya ikut mengantar bayi dan pasien sendiri, sebagai KK tentu berinisiatif untuk menunggu pasien dengan menanyakan syarat2 untuk bisa menunggu pasien yaitu hasil swab,hasil antigen 24 jam,pcr seminggu.. sebagai seorang yang bekerja ,kantor mempunyai dokter yang biasa menangani semua tes tersebut untuk orang kantor,kk berinisiatif melakukan tes sblm berangkat ke RS supaya tinggal masuk dengan menunjukkan hasi tes terbaru..apa yang terjadi setelah sampe di RS, pihak cs menolak semua hasil tersebut dan hrs cek ulang di RS bersangkutan.. dan menanyakan siapa pegawai yg sudah memberikan informasi tersebut.. orang udah lahiran mana mungkin Ade saya mencari pegawai yg memberikan informasi tersebut dan menanyakan kenapa tidak bilang bahwa tes hrs di RS yg bersangkutan,dan akhirnya KK pulang kembali ke rumah tanpa bisa bertemu pasien yang sendiri krn swmi nya sedang berada di RS yang lain.. KK tidak mau mengikuti tes lagi, Krn tentu dengan alasan biaya,krna tes yg dilakukan terbaru pun itu adalah berbayar dan tidak murah.. Benar benar tidak rekomended, bagaimana mana RS sebesar BMC bisa ada tumpang tindih informasi antara pagawai dan cs, mengecewakan

    Had MCU experience in BMC. Overall service is great, the staffs are friendly and accomodating. They have a room for MCU services, very private and comfy. Would definitely recommend anyone to come to this hospital.

And the most important thing, doctornya gak ngejudge/pandang negatif/gak nanyain hal2 personal/ and give a very clear information/instruction.. Sukses selalu for this hospital and especially the doctor that took care of me.. Shot out to dr. Daud Kristianto, who was being very informative and NOT judging!!     Had an eracs c-sect at BMC with dr. Arina, dr. Naser as anesthetic doctor and dr. Ali as pediatrician. They were all great. Selama konsul dengan dr.Arina, everything was clearly explained dan saat surgery pun, alhamdulillah everything went well and smooth. dr. anestesi nya juga recommended. Never thought spinal injection would be almost painless.. Nurses, staffs, and midwifes are ok, helpful, and assisting. Only that the VVIP room is not fully furnished yet and not as complete as the previous experience we had in the old VVIP room.

    Doctors are awesome! Especially Dr Aris, Registration process indeed need to be faster n friendlier! Admin staffs need to be refreshed on customer service training, more smile will help. Nurses are ok, surprisingly the security guards are helpful! Cleanliness need to be improved at public area anyway, but overall we s ok!
