    So, I don't get it why do I need to call and make an appointment if when I get to the hospital they'll ask me to register again. It's dumb. Very slow. I wish more people working at the registration. It took me awhile to be registered. Wasting time. This hospital is a bit better though than Mitra Keluarga. Everything just very slow here

    This is one of the big old private hospital in Depok City. It's even evolving bigger as it is still in progress adding new building. It's quite clean even in the BPJS ward. The staffs are quite friendly and responsive specially the security staff in the front office. Nurses are good. They have many doctors with variety of specialty. Some doctors are very friendy too. Overall, the services are good. And one thing I love the most here is that the parking ground is shady with many trees. I hope it stays the same through the years ahead.

    The queue is too long, sometimes until midnight. Their system is currently on a repair/update, I was waiting for 1.5 hours just to be told to move to the cashier, then back waiting again for MRI

    I dont get it why people give 5 stars for this hospital. All staffs here are veryy slow, except the doctors. one day before the nurse said i have to arrived at 7am and do surgery at 3pm, in D-day i arrived at 6.30 and have to wait 6 HOURS to get a room. even in D-day i have to leave the hospital, all the documents have to copied by myself πŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚ funny. more funny things, i have to wait the antigen result for 2 hours, how come? the antigen result should be done in 15 mins or less, i decide to push the staff and wait for 15 mins. if this review can give a 0.5 star to this hospital, i would do that. this is a reminder for all, please take a note for this hospital, if you dont willing to wait for a long time, then dont go to this hospital. for this hospital, please do review for all your staffs from security, nurses lESPECIALLY for receptionist is notttt friendly AT ALL. all your staffs didnt apologize at all to the patient for waiting too long.

    Ok, I am not sure if you guys get it right. The concept and purpose of online registration is to reduce the risk of exposures to COVID viruses. Now, with your hospital policy, after we registered online, we must register again when arrive at the hospital. It doesn't make any sense at all. In theory, We should be able to go in and out of the hospital within 1/2hr because we didn't talked to the Dr for more than 10mnts. However, we ended up staying 4 1/2hrs because we had to come 3hrs prior to the scheduled time. THAT'S 4 ADDITIONAL HOURS OF UNNECESSARY EXPOSURE TO THE VIRUS!! Are you guys for real?? I think you need to fire your policy maker and hire an educated one. Because an educated person will know that much more things can be done online to reduce paper waste (more Environmental friendly methods) and virus spreading. On the other hand if you hire a cheap stone age person, they wouldn't understand the concept of computerization. Everything MUST be in form of hard copy paper to him/her because navigating online requires skills. It's just a suggestion from what I think make lots more sense.

    Very loong queue...dissapointed..more than one hour only to registered, can't take it, i give up,still 15 person ahead..means take 2 hour more if they spend 5 person every 40 minutes (insurance patient) they don't have any solution for this..only by saying that is full, and everyone also have the same hour for waiting..this is not hospitality at all..international hospital, reaallly??

    1 hour each for registration's queue, doctor's queue, receipt and cashier' queue, pharmacy's queue is the worst, it took 2 hours. No improvement from years ago. 7-8 hours just to cure flu.

    Alhamdulillah, taking my parents to the emergency room immediately got very good treatment, even though with BPJS, I didn't feel any difference in handling, only the effort of going back and forth to take care of the administration. Alhamdulillah, 2 days ago, the surgery process was handled and now it is still in the process of continuing treatment. thank you RS Hermina, I wish you more success and progress in your services as well as doctors and their employees will be more prosperous, Amen.

    Good doctor, slow administrative process. Compared to RS GPI, the admin are slower and the process from get prescription to get medicine is longer. We should prepare 2 hour at least per visit.

    For appointmen, it's better to call 1500488, Hermina Hospital call center, rather than we call hospital phone's number. We need more patient when queueing for medicine, but it's still make sense for me, as they should taking care hundreds person's personal medicine. My husband got too see the neurologist, and the service so far quite satisfying. Friendly doctor, helpful nurse. Last year my son was hospitalized, and both services was very touching. Almost midnight, it was first night, my son ask for biscuit, while I am alone, the nurse brought a plate of it and a glass of tea. They also always stand by, anytime I need a hand.

    So far so good, able to see doctor's schedule within the app. Able to register also through the app. But need to re-register again with a hard copy paper which I think unnecessary. Can make appointment within the app as well.

    This is my second time experience having my wive deliver our baby. The doctors, nurses and staffs were very friendly and helpful, even for the late night shift. We booked for a deluxe room but were upgraded to a brand new executive room. Improvement point for this hospital is on its pharmaceutical facility, how to speed up the process and shorting the queue or even makes it more convenience by providing home delivery.

    If you need patient waiting room for meeting after you cleaned you can locked the door and put sign on it so we knew regarding this, and if someone inside it do not tell security asked us to leave becauce we are not criminal, you can say it by youself directly and politely..it was so incovenient, humiliating for us. I also hear looking for the room key, it showed really unorganized eventhough finally found the key and locked it. I feel disappointed with this situation because no respect to patient family. First Impression is Last Impression.

    I had a laparoscopic Procedure at Hermina Depok a few weeks ago. The nurses and the doctors at Surgery room are beyond amazing. They were helpful, gently and Kind. They know how to handle anxious patient. Special Thanks to Nurse Endang Rosalina, she made me feel very comfortable. Special thanks to Dr. Sony Gunawan, He is a Godsend. He's a very patient person who genuinely cares about his patients, takes time to explain things in terms that i can understand. Highly grateful for his experience and wide range of knowledge. God Bless πŸ˜‡

    Good building, nice view, and now the public service is going better . Parking lot available, but the free time for passing is too short (only 3 minutes). Usually in another buildings the free time : 5 minutes

    My father was inpatient treatment in hermina, we were in 3rd floor rpu 1 for 2 weeks. The nurses that handled my father were gently, special thanks to nurse Lisa and mas Iman, the doctor were very informative, special thanks to dr. Sukamto and dr. Agoes (internis-kardiovascular). Keep up the good work 3rd floor care unit.

    The services were so good. I got vaccinated here and everything went very smoothly. I just spent about 10 mins for vaccination including the administrations. Thank you Hermina Depok, I would surely love to visit again if I can πŸ‘
