For registration and information, I think there's break time between 6 to 7 PM nobody there and the service are stop directly,we come at 5.25 PM the running number already start from 49 and we get number 52 at 5.30 PM and we can register at 7.07 PM. It's so great time 1 HOUR 30 MINUTE only for 3 numbers.......

Based on my experience this morning at Radiology Lab and Poliklinik; the system they newly built is near excellent under Mitra Keluarga management, but I am quite sure that some staffs can be much nicer and respectful as well.

please improve for BPJS counter/lobby area. Feels so hot, AC does not work well. Also for poliklinik specialis area.
