😠 Maaf sebelumnya tapi kemarin saya merasakan pelayanan yg ga memuaskan dari seorang dokter yg harusnya PROFESIONAL, jadi saya sudah beberapa kali mengantar calon istri saya, dan memang ketika dia sakit selalu meminta surat dokter, itupun tidak tiap bulan dia sakit, tapi dengan enaknya dokter tersebut...     Maaf sebelumnya tapi kemarin saya merasakan pelayanan yg ga memuaskan dari seorang dokter yg harusnya PROFESIONAL, jadi saya sudah beberapa kali mengantar calon istri saya, dan memang ketika dia sakit selalu meminta surat dokter, itupun tidak tiap bulan dia sakit, tapi dengan enaknya dokter tersebut berkata "setiap bulan sakit?" Lalu calon istri saya "engga dok terakhir sakit dua bulan lalu" lalu dokter tersebut berkata " kapan terakhir kali minta surat dokter? Jangan suka minta surat dokter" lantas saya heran, kita kan sebagai Pasien mempunyai hak lagi pula, meskipun pakai BPJS kita pun tiap bulan bayar, seharusnya apabila tidak bisa melayani dengan profesional lebih baik ganti saja dokternya. Secara logika gini , sama seperti ketika kita punya kendaraan yg rusak lalu tiap bulan kita datang ke bengkel, apakah si pemilik bengkel akan risih dan juga bertanya? "Kok setiap bulan service?" "Jangan sering2 service!" Etikanya ya untuk apa menanyakan hal seperti itu pada customer? Mereka kan butuh kita harusnya kita tetap profesional melayani mereka.

    Sedikit cerita, datang jam 3 sore, itu pun izin pulang karena sakit, datanglah kesini untuk berobat. Dari jam 15:00 sampai jam 16:15 belum juga dilayani. Padahal saya daftar pertama gak ada orang sama sekali pas datang. Ternyata dokternya lagi tidur🀣 Itu juga bangun gara2 dibangunin satpam. Apa iya jam 15:00 waktunya dokter istirahat saya juga gak tau. Kecewa lah sama medistira, mungkin dokter yang lain mah tidak begitu. Saya juga tidak tahu. Yuk pindah aja aaah

Have the officers on duty at night been reduced or are there officers but they have disappeared somewhere? really bad service, isn't there some kind of supervisor at the clinic who can monitor the staff's performance?? I won't want to go to this clinic again, there are many other clinics with better service... sick people definitely need to be served well, but the health workers are rude and unfriendly.

    Just yesterday I took my child for treatment here, my child had chickenpox but was given medicine that was not covered by BPJS, even though BPJS class 1 still doesn't guarantee it, SM antibiotic ointment told me to pay 30 thousand per child, very often I was given medicine that told me to pay for it myself JD This isn't just once or twice, I often spend money to pay for medicine, sometimes I just tell you to pay for my child's fever medicine myself. Then BPJS class 1 is useless, right?

    It's sad that I never go for treatment there anymore because the clinic is there... often get treatment, the service, God says 2 BPJS as you like, we are human, you try it if your sick family is served like that, how do you feel when you are confused by the world like this? very yes
