    No matter how much I praise Rs Azra it is still very less.. We have been visiting rs Azra for more than 10 yrs.. And will always continue to do so.. The reasons being: 1. The staff are really reallllly attentive. (be it the information counter staff.. Or the cleaning staff) 2. The nurses are reallllly professional.. They are really into their jobs.. They take their job very seriously and very patiently. (I don't want to name other hospitals.. But we have experienced nurses with irrated behaviour or less attentive.. Have to continuously ask them or remind them to give us what we have requested earlier).. In here we are given services beyond the normal expected service that is supposed to be given to the patients...and that too without asking... Makes you feel safer in their careful hands. 3. Even the staff who comes to give you food in the room are so attentive to detail (they actually remember what you had asked them earlier.. Inspite of the hotel being completely full to its peak.. There is no sense of rush.. And all are provided the necessary request much before time.. For example food requirements .. πŸ™ πŸ™ πŸ™) 4. All the staff especially their front line staff of docter, nurses and assistants as well as their staff are truly professional.. Never had to ever call them and remind them.. This is what makes people feel cared for and makes them come to this hospital as their first choice. 5. When the staff say they will get you the information.. Believe me.. THEY REALLY WILL...     Well managed and clean hospital. The service staffs are friendly and many clinics are available. It also offers medical services for government-funded medical insurance holders. There are plenty of visitors when I was there but not too crowded. They make use of current technology quite well. Customers get notified about the progress and completion of their services. Very helpful. Valet parking area is available as well as regular paid parking at the back of the hospital.
