Pengalaman saya di RS Sentosa ini ketika istri saya mau masuk IGD langsung ditanya oleh security perempuan dan dibantu istri saya di antar ke IGD dan saya pun jg aman krn istri saya dijaga krn memang cm saya yg antar istri, kemudian saya daftar sampai selesai istri jg ditangani jd ketika itu penanganannya begitu cepat dan tidak terlalu lama. Maka dr tu saya pilih dan selalu ke RS Sentosa dr istri saya hamil muda anak pertama di rawat inap, saya sebagai suami pernah dirawat jg krn operasi usus buntu. Alhamdulillah bagus pelayanannya. Terbaik.

Akhirnya Pindah cek Lab ke Lab Prodia Bogor TOP Ini kisah yg kami alami dan masukkan ini buat manajemen agar yang namanya Pelayan kepada siapapun agar Ramah dan Sopan.

Hari inu saya ke bagian IGD rumah sakit inj dengan membawa anak saya yg sdh demam 4 hari. Saya bertemu dgn perawat IGD nya... Mohon maaf cara bicara perawat IGD nya kurang sopan dan tdk bagus... Saya akhirnya membatalkan berobat kesana karena perlakuan perawat IGD... Mohon cara bicaranya perawat IGD nya perbaiki..
