It's a great family-friendly hotel, not too far away from Jakarta. We had a fantastic stay throughout, esp. with the variety of activities there. To top the experience off, we were fortunate enough to get some complimentary photos from Holipic Photo. They take you to various pretty spots around the hotel and helped you take many great photos. For a 5 star hotel, it lives up to its name. The main hotel consists of 9 high rise buildings connected to each other. This occupies a very large area. So the hotel provides golf buggies to transport people around. There are good restaurants in the complex and one can order one of the buggies free of charge. The room is really spacious, nice, with elegant modern interior design. Almost every room faces a natural-looking tree garden. Nice to sit in the open balcony and enjoy the nature. But soon some mosquitoes may become a nuisance. I killed a black spotted one, full of blood, that managed to enter the room. But just that one. To clean after using the modern toilet bowl, one has to use the bidet/water spout system. But if by chance you have diarrhea, with lots of wind, the feces might spread around the inside of the bowl, and the water flush couldn't clean it. Even after several flushes. That happened to us. At home we can use the traditional toilet jet shower to easily remove them. And everything would be clean again. Just a reminder for modern hotels management of the superiority of the cheap jet shower. Having both systems would be a great advantage. Overall, this is a nice place for families with small children to have a vacation without leaving the hotel. One other thing, temperature can reach 19-20 degrees C at night, depending on the season.

Attention!!!!!!! Please tend one of your horse. Bring it to a vet to get attention. The horse was clearly sick And unfit. You might want to retire the attraction since nobody want to ride / abuse the animal anymore. See one of my picture. I recently had the pleasure of staying at Pullman Vimala Hills, and it was truly an amazing experience. The hospitality was exceptional, the rooms were luxurious and well-appointed, and the direct access to the pool added to the overall charm. The service was good, hotel area was very nice. The food selection were so many and taste good. If you have kids, highly recommend to take the deluxe pool access. The gym has a nice ambience, thanks to coach Andy for giving a good PT session. Best part was Pullman Ciawi has the jogging track and nature walk to paddy field. Perfect getaway for family with kids. Lots of attraction and activities for kids which made the holiday very fun and productive. Loving the room view straight to the mountain and also the many choice of swimming pools. The breakfast is okey for me, nothing special for five star, but the overall staff services were excellent.

Good hotel, friendly staff, good variety of food served for breakfast. Family friendly, the hotel provide various activity for kids. Have some issue with ants (colony) inside the room, also a bit slow respons for room service which is tolerable due to fasting period and occupancy. We booked 4 pool access room which is recommended for family, if you travel with kids kindly ask the hotel to book room near to breakfast place, as they have more than one pool. Or else, look after the other side. Overall experience was good and would come back again in the future.

Nice ambience of nature. Good for quick escape plan or just one day refreshing since it's just one and half hour away from Jakarta. And if we just want to stay all day in hotel, they provide many facilities for adults and children. Room is clean, spacious bed. I love their breakfast, so many variants and deliciously tasteful. This hotel is suitable for family and couple trip.

Came here last weekend for my 2nd visit. Only this time I came with my large family, ordered 4 rooms with many requests as we are also traveling with a baby and toddler. This time around is different compared to my last visit, few things I wanted to mention: 1. Room arrangements: As I have requested early on to have reservations with nearby/adjacent rooms - it was partially fulfilled as 1 room was separated on another floor. 2. Room amenities: One room had empty bottle of shampoo & soap. My sister was in the middle of her shower. Yikes! 3. Breakfast: Many of the food is average, dislike the pastry hence they were like frozen croissants / danish. Not fresh. Limited fresh juice. 4. Room noise: There’s a family above our floor with bad behaviors of running around at 10pm, luckily the Duty Manager (Stephanie) came to warn them TWICE to keep them quiet. 5. Hotel facility: Everything was superb! We enjoyed the facility and tried on every single one, this is very memorable for us. Tried every restaurant in the premise, everything was OK. 6. Staff: Friendly and helpful staff, we couldn’t complain. Keep it up! Will come back again for more nights, but I do wish for the Hotel to improve on the things I mentioned above.

Great service with excellent facilities and activities however there are some improvement. Need to renovate the upper wood stick which jam the toilet sliding door and the cupboard under the sink. Hotel phone need to be fixed, and the room still have a little bit of dust. Need to be clean up before the new guest come

Nice place to stay. Buffet breakfast had wide selection. Lot of activities to do in resort. Photography service is very good and offer 1 free photo w/frame is a bonus.

First time staying in this hotel and I can easily give it a 9/10. The interior of the hotel kind of gives you a relaxing feeling. It's perfect even just for a short gateway trip. Super friendly staff and a lot of activities to keep the guest entertained. There are 3 swimming pool and my favourite is the infinity one (very peaceful). The food option at the breakfast was a lot! Love the weather here so much! Perfect place for family and friends.

Great overall experience. Cozy room, friendly staff, good service, and lots of activities for kids. Plus notes: They roast their coffee beans at night to serve it on the next day. So fresh coffee is guaranteed. The only issue is traffic jam during weekends and holidays, so better plan ahead if you want to explore outside the resort with cars.

I and my partner had the most amazing stay at the Pullman Ciawi. From the moment we entered the resort to the moment we left, I can say the service was impeccable especially for Amelia, Jannie and receptionist team, The staff were amazing they didn't let us lift a finger and overall it was a fantastic place to stay. Everything was there, the pool was great and we had dinner and breakfast at Damar restaurant and we got best service from Elin And Team, Will definitely stay here again, thank you very much!

It is my second time here. Pullman Ciawi offers a great ambience. Good service and hospitality. Various food for breakfast and the taste is good as well. The facility is perfect for family. They have free bike, a lot of playgrounds, herb and paddy field to learn, play and learn programs for kids and exercise programs for adults. 3 types of swimming pool, entertainment for group meeting (pingpong, chess, etc.). Even indoor entertainment for those who don’t like outdoor activities. Since it is near top of the mountain, the air is a little bit cold. However, you may lost in the way back to your room if you don’t get used to the building design 😊 To me, it is a very pleasure place to stay. Recommended.

Stayed here with my family during the holidays in late December. Upon arrival, staff were warm and welcoming. Love the quirkiness and overall vibe of this hotel, especially with the numerous facility that offered. The hotel rooms were clean and the cleanliness was good. I also liked their amenities that offered. Breakfast was lovely, offering a wide array of both traditional and modern food. Enjoyed my stay here!

It was a very pleasant stay. We were staying in two bedrooms villa and i'm very satisfy with the villa and their butler services. The room was clean, we got a lot of welcome amenities, and free mini bar! If you are looking for a perfect stay with your family, this is the right place to go. They have a complete facilities for kids such as playground, mini zoo, sand, etc. Also we'd like to thank Mr. Dani and his butler team for the excellent services!

This is our 3rd time staying here. And all of our experiences are great here. The location is quite easy to access and far from crowd. The service is quick and best. My son could also join the various activities provided by the Hotel. Mba Jessica helps us a lot. And we are greatful for Holipic to help us capture the moment with our family there. Will definitely go back!

Staying here was very memorable. It was a good experience considering how happy my kids and parents were when we stayed. Very complete facilities and there are 4 pools in vicinity. They have a quite long jogging track. The distance from the lobby to the rooms is quite far. The place is very far from the hustle and bustle of the city. Yes, it costs a lot of money, but it's totally worth giving it a shot considering the excellent service they provide.

This place is phenomenal! with a wonderful nature view along the path and a great range of restaurants thanks to Khalish, an employee in the Damar restaurant who was very polite and helpful as well as the staff members. The spa was fantastic and did an excellent job. The place is huge and also had a range of activities for kids, teens, and adults to enjoy, such as: archery, paintball, rock climbing, gaming room, art studio and etc.. Thank you to the entire crew for making our vacation the best it could be. I really enjoyed being here and want to return someday. Thank you very much!

Really good and relaxing massage experience. The masseuse, Tita was very respectful and the place is very clean and tidy. They provided all the necessary equipments such as bathrobes, and personal bathroom for each treatment room. I would love to go back and experience it again :)

Excellent experience, Beyond my expectations. If I could it should be more than 5 ratings/stars. About the room, it is quite spacious comparing another hotel at the same rate. The rooms are large and airy, the bed super comfy, the service is OK. Location wise, not too high up the mountain, therefore it is not cool enough. Price is expensive, but you get what you paid for. The facility is good, and there are nice restaurants inside the complex.

Have a great time with family, many kids activities and gym classes. Has a warm water pool, but when playing in the garden need to make sure to apply mosquitoes repelent. Other than that the service is fantastic and the price is just nice.

Room is very comfy and spacious. Kids love the pool, indoor & outdoor playground, and also the “buggy” car (connecting parking area to the lobby). Really impressed with how they keep the bugs away, usually hotel with nature-theme always has one/two within the room, but I don’t find any.

What a great resort. Just 1 hour drive from Jakarta and you can find a proper 5 star resort resort specifically designed for family holiday. Good food, consistent standard of service, many activities for all ages and comfortable room. One night is not enough, will come back for longer stays.

A five star resort indeed. Shuttle from & to parking lot. Fairly quick check-in process, well preserved facilities with lots of green space surrounding the area. Spacious room with coffee machine, in-room sport tools (yoga mat, dummble). Multiple outdoor activity choices for family, including regular shuttle to rabbit & deer barn and small lake. Very diverse choices of F&B.

Very good accommodation, especially for holiday with family. They have wide variety of delicious foods, from Asian to Western Cuisines. They also have some pools, entertainment facilities, gym, jogging track, and other outdoor activities. Definitely will come back soon!

Located inside Vimala Hills residential area just 3 minutes after Ciawi toll exit. Great customer service and ambience, all staffs were very attentive and welcoming. This resort offers semi-outdoor corridors, restaurants, and bars. Three spacious pools, kids area and fitness centre also located within the resort. They also have three restaurants and two bars, all offering each unique concept and cuisine. Overall a great experience and would definitely come back. Recommended.

Well i didn't stayed at the hotel yet. Just visit the restaurant. And the food was great. But what more awesome is the staff services. Two thumbs up for them.

A huge place where you can feel like back to nature. Big rooms and friendly staffs. Tasty food. So many fun free activities at the hotel, for kids, teens, or even adult. Worth every penny!

room was spacious with balcony and had great view. the bathroom was cleaned well. many facilities and attractions here such as teens club, kids playground, paddy field, and riding horse. you can also go around by tram to deer park and flower hills. breakfast was delicious with many different kinds of cuisines.

Outstanding experience and ambiance! / The location is just right, it is around 50 - 70 minutes from Jakarta CBD (if the traffic permits) and located right at the start of Puncak main road within the exclusive residential of Vimala Hills. Vimala Hills itself is well maintained, you will find lush greeneries, instragrammable parks, lakes, and gardens. Giving you ample choices to explore the area. / The hotel size is enormous! It has several pools, multiple connected towers, various restaurants in addition to jogging track, playgrounds, activity rooms, gym, and spa. Guest also can enjoy in-house activities (for Adults, Teens, Kids) or explore surrounding by rent scooter, bike, tandem, ATV, or ride mini Tram in the morning/afternoon. The room meets Pullman's standard, it has a spacious bed, complete amenities, sofa/chairs, charging stations, closet, safe deposit box, minibar, and adequate balcony. The balcony is the place to enjoy the cool and breezy weather of Ciawi, spend hours snacking or relaxing there! / Please take note this is an immense resort with a lot of guests (due to the year-end holiday). Some minor glitch is passable but has no impact on our great experience. Overall this is a solid property and probably the best choice in Puncak/Bogor/Ciawi area. Really enjoy my stay!

Great hotel room and facilities. The hotel is so big; there are 2 kids outdoor playground and 1 indoor, and 3 swimming pools. Staffs are also very polite and friendly. The breakfast staff (Elin) was so friendly, she took her time to chat with my son. The tram driver, Alvin, was also very informative and helpful. The only thing that can be improved is the check in time, we need to wait 2 hours for our room to be ready. My son was so tired and cranky because of it. All in all, great stay there!

We got an upgraded room at front pool on my birthday which very exciting. We are happy and will coming. Got a nice dinner too and serve by Regata. Personally thou I think all staff r the best there. What a great memories and will recommend to everyone

Huge place with a lot of potentials. Plus: Excellent if you have kids 4yo+ since they have loads of activities. Excellent room quality. Most staff are very friendly. Room service foods are good. Need to be improved: PeduliLindungi was not enforced with discipline when I was there as guests ignored the procedure and staff was not enforcing it. Contrast to the room service foods, the breakfast experience was mediocre as foods were mostly cold.. although selections were plenty, it tastes rather average.

The best hotel experience so far. Staff was very friendly and helpful. So many activities for adults and children that you can choose at the activities corner. Room was big, breakfast was superb. There are 3 pools in 3 different areas. 3 nights was not enough. Surely will be coming back soon.

So many kids activities.. My daughter love it.. The room is good, clean.. Breakfast also delicious... The only problem is, my room is far from kids playroom / activities... Its like walking from end to end... Would recommend it... Really nice experience...

Overall great for 2 nights staying with good services but there are a few things to improve on facilities. 1. Floor in shower room is very slippery. Our kids already fell down a few times. Hope they provide non-slippery materials. 2. Fitness center hasn’t been maintained well. Many machines are malfunctioning. 3. Swimming fool hasn’t been maintained as well(only been family fool). Sand all around floor and inside swimming fool. And lots of stains on sun beds, which made us feel staying 3-4 stars hotels.

I had great stay at this hotel. Hotel facility and room are all clean and perfect, view from the hotel is beautiful. Service by hotel staff also professionally good. There are sufficient options and facility for kids to play too, so I can recommend for the family have small kids too. Definitely I would like to come back here again. 👍👍👍

Hotel Pullman Ciawi is one of the best hotels to stay with family. big hotel with full of activities like animal feeding, planting, drawing and crafting. attractive hotel facilities such as the provision of electric bicycle rental, basketball games, billiards, and a games room with a giant screen. there are 3 swimming pools in different areas. it feels like there is no need to go out anymore, just staying in a hotel is enough, and staying only one night is not enough to explore all. breakfast and service is great. tips from me if you bring your children choose a pool access room that is close to breakfast, because there is only a children's pool there. unfortunately these rooms are quite limited and hard to come by on certain days
