I stayed at an executive deluxe room within the hotel and found a few things that disappointed me. The room looked fairly old compared to other rooms of lower price within the hotel especially in the bathrooms. The bathrooms also had an unpleasant smell coming from it but was quickly cleaned by a staff member. However there were still stains behind the door that generally made the bathroom look unsanitary. The water jet mount was also broken and lying on the floor next to the toilet. My major gripe with the room was the fact that there was no wifi. This was due to a technical difficulty explained to me by the staff. I wouldn't of had a problem. However the staff only told me this after I had paid for the room which seems very unprofessional and dishonest and it annoyed me a little. But overall the room had a nice view and the staff was generally nice and helpful.

I think this hotel is underrated .. They have complete facility . They have 2 pools , one with playground for children and the other one “just pool” for children and adult .. They also have 2 resto .. Mountain Cafe is more affordable than terrace resto .. I have twice book in this hotel .. 1st is superior room, no comment and complaint for this type of room .. it is very worth it .. The 2nd is smart room . Here what i thought . The smart room is the lowest type and affordable .. there is no AC and no view .. And the wall so thin .. I can hear the next door voices .. So, please book superior or suite, instead of Smart room .. Main building is under construction now, something cool is coming ..

Just passed through for a quick takeaway-lunch since the traffic was badly jammed. Surprisingly, this resort looked great, and could be our next destination in the soon future. And the staff who served us was very kind and helpful.

I'm not sure about characteristic of hotel's star. But i think for hotel with 3 star, this is comfortable enough. They are good in clean, hospitality, facility and price. May be for the next, this hotel must improve the lighting for rooms and the bathroom ( shower in my room was broken). The breakfast is good and the restaurant has many kind of menu with adorable price. My conclusion about this hotel was adorable. Oya, this hotel near with main road, gas station, fahrenheit restaurant, and many public transportation you can access from this hotel. Thank you.

Our first visit. And... We love it. Should try another room coz they have many type of rooms. The food was ok and quite various accept the milk. Its not the fresh milk the coffee also perfect. Pools also great. Gonna be our one of option staycation in puncak

Stayed 1 night in the glamour room. Quite nice but a bit too small for a family. Better suited for a couple only. Stayed another night in the luxury room, loved it. It is spacious and has a balcony with great view. Pros: - Location is very good, right on jl. Raya Puncak, easy access to other attractions in the area. - View is great for rooms with balcony (and glamour rooms). - Staffs are very friendly and polite. - Affordable room rates. Cons: - Ordered food from room service but it never arrived (waited for about an hour or more). We eventually cancelled it. - When we visited, there were multiple power outages. Staff said it was due to the wattage increase that was being done. One of the them even occured during nighttime. - Internet connection (wifi) was lousy. It kept disconnecting and requiring us to sign in every single time it happened. - The water in the swimming pools (both the swimming pool and the mini water park) were a bit murky. I guess they don't turn on the water pump every single day say, probably only on the weekends. I really hope the management could fix these issues as I really like this hotel and am planning to visit again in the future.

The breakfast is not good , the room is full of insects and not clean poor lighting and poor bath. There is no wifi signal, acually there is but i think their router is in the reciption area cause sometimes i could get a signal but very weak. Doesnt worth the money. To be honest the only one star is for the location and view .

great experiene stayed in here. I recommend to get super deluxe room on the 2nd fl (near pool), or Luxury room on 3rd fl.

Following the link through one of the review website, I got the lowest rate possible for this property. For a little over 500 thousand Rupiah, I got the super deluxe room that is equipped with a large double bed, a fridge, tea/coffee maker, hot shower, and an air conditioner. Breakfasts are served ala carte delivered to the room, and options of fried rice or fried mee hoon are on offer. The swimming pool is really small. The temperature is cool, as it is located in the Tugu area. Staffs are nice and helpful. The room service menu is varied and affordable.

I have a pleasant staycation moment in this hotel. Clean room. Excellent service. Great swimming pool and waterpark. Awesome restaurants. Kid friendly. Definitely will come back to this hotel

This hotel is located by the main road, which is great for accessibility but a nightmare if you want a quiet night of sleep. If you stay in the room facing the road, the sound of the motorcycle exhaust will keep you up all night. Other than that, the staffs are friendly and the room is okay.

been on staycation weekday but seems the rooms almost full. the location is easy to find as this hotel is in the main road of Puncak. The room rate is affordable. There are two swimming pools. The view and ambience really good. The Breakfast quite not too variative but still okay. recommend for staycation with family.

Happy to stay here, the hotel was easy to access, nice view, kids was super excited on the water splash 👍👍 Suggest to renew the interior/decoration of the room. Starting to renew the room light and bathroom door 😉

Please repair room 309 toilet bottom sealant leaking, Light inside to dim, bedside lamp doesn't work and no bottom to switch on/off

The room is very clean, staff are very friendly and helpful. The view is majestic. The restaurant is affordable and the food is very well served and delicious. This hotel is really recommended. Keep up the wonderful work!

This have nice view, various type of rooms, restaurant, swimming pool, mini water park for toddlers. They have to improve their service, sanitary, room lights, specially for the deluxe room near the parking lot.

Beautiful view from balcony so refreshing and relaxing and delicious food and snack, all at reasonably price...

The view, 10/10 it's cold so you might wanna bring extra jacket or blankets but overall a great place 👌
