Gmna gak, RS itu satu kesatuan dari mulai Dr, sampai Satpam bahkan Cleaning Service. Satu aja dari mereka yg kerja gak bener maka rusaklah Nama baik RS tsb. Anehnya dari sekian keluhan/Komplen masyarakat sepertinya hanya dianggap angin lalu dan tdk ada usaha RS utk membenahi kinerja nya. Dalam hal ini khususnya Tindakan Satpam yg Sore hari ini bertugas (Selasa, 3-8-2021). Saya hanya ingin mengingatkan Satpam tsb. Jadi Satpam itu Boleh tegas tapi tetap hrs punya Hati. Bayangkan kemarin sy datang mlm jam 23.30 utk mendaftarkan nenek sy yg akan berobat besok sore. Tp tanpa sosialisasi lagi dadakan dia bilang kuota sdh penuh karna pasien dikurangi. Terpaksa kami balik pulang tanpa bisa mendaftarkan nenek saya. Berarti besok saya hrs balik lagi. Dan karna info dari satpam itu juga bahwa pendaftaran yg dari sore sdh banyak yg masuk. Nah karnanya sy usahakan usai maghrib dtg kesana lagi tp Satpam ini bilang nanti pak diatas jam 20.00. lho saat ini sy kan hanya minta tolong ke satpam tsb hanya tolong catat saja nama nenek saya dan nanti jam .00.01 sy akan balik lagi utk daftar. Tp tetap Satpam tsb tdk mau mengerti. Lho, kalau nanti tiba2 kuota dinyatakan habis lagi siapa yg akan bertanggung jawab ??? Karna ulah satpam ini pula, nenek sy harus stop minum obat sehari. Bila terjadi sesuatu terhadap nenek saya karna tdk bisa minum obat Sesak bisa tanggung jawab gak dia ??? Tolonglah Pimpinan RS ini agar bisa menangani semua persoalan khususnya menangani komplen2 yg masuk, jgn diam saja, berikan pengetahuan/ Training bagaimana harus bersikap dan cara memutuskan persoalan, jgn lupa Didik satpam.ini bagaimana kerja yg tegas tp tetap pakai hati dan Perasaan...

Nah anehnya lagi, saat pemanggilan untuk ambil nomor antrian, dari pasien bedah mulut lain ga ada yang dipanggil selain saya dan si bapak (saya tau karena saya sempat foto daftar antrian pasien bedah mulut). Dan ga ada pasien yg protes juga karena namanya ga dipanggil. Bingung juga saya. Ke mana pasien bedah mulut yang lain. Akhirnya, saya dapat nomor antrian pendaftaran ke-15 dan saya berhasil dapat jatah poli bedah mulut. Sebelumnya juga, nama saya dan si bapak aja yang ditanyain satpam untuk dilist bareng pasien lain. Pasien yang ada di situ ga ada yang ditanya ulang namanya. Di bawah, saya sempat liat review dari Bapak Saukani Ramadhan. Saya lihat nama bapak Saukani di list pasien bedah mulut bareng saya. Ada nama pasien di malam itu yang saya lihat di list pasien bedah mulut. Tapi, saat pemanggilan nama untuk pengambilan nomor antrian, dia ga dipanggil. Selesai luka nya dibersihkan, saya tanya perawatnya apakah perlu ronsen krn adik saya mengeluh tangannya sakit. Saya menunggu cukup lama. Dokter yg memeriksa saya sangat terburu2. Tidak tau apa alasannya, ditunggu operasikah? Tapi tdk ada informasi kenapa cepat2 sekali so, saya jelas dirugikan sebagai customer. Pelayanan sangat terburu2 terkesan tdk sabaran dan hal itu membuat saya sangat kurang teredukasi. Bahkan untuk mengajukan pertanyaan saya jadi tdk nyaman karena dokter terkesan menyudahi sesi yg cuma usg, bertanya HPHT, selesai. Mau diskusi tentang suplemen kehamilan saja langsung dibantah dg kata2 yg saya rasa kasar. Saya pasien yg jelas lebih bodoh maka dari itu saya berkonsultasi. I deserve your answer. For the Doctors we have to wait 2 hours or 3 hours from the real schedule, also for the Pharmacy. But the red issue for me is for the Inpatient Room, they have Inpatient Room without a door but they replace the door with curtains (how come?!). Besides that, the curtains that separate each bed in Inpatient Room only 3/4 so other patient can’t see my activity in bed. I never know that there’s a Hospital with complex discipline issue. I can’t recommend this Hospital.
