Sampai supir saya pun kena marah karna supir saya cuma blg "pak ini gabisa dibawa dulu ke kasur? karna kasian ibunya" Langsung dimarahin juga dong. udah kapok gamau bawa orang sakit kesini lagi.. yang ada malah sakit hati. kesel dan sakit hatinya sampe sekarang. buat Suster2 yang lainnya pada baik banget, cuma itu doang 1. Perawat bukanya nenangin pasiennya malah dibentak2, lah orang makin sakit.

    Came here because I was giving mom an X-ray (via Radiology) It wasn't too busy when I came here, maybe it was the Eid holiday but it was still open. Good job. The security guard is friendly and informative. The hospital atmosphere is also cool & comfortable. Because old buildings may look vintage.     Been here for few days because dengue. The experience was good overall. It has spacious layout so it takes a while if you need to get something outside. The room also very large (class 1 room, 2 beds layout) with adequate facilities (AC, LED TV, hot shower). Food also tasty in my opinion (3x meals + 2x snacks). 3x routine check from the nurses everyday & 1x doctor visit every workdays. The only downside was very weak phone signal in the ward so if this issue get fixed it would be great and i think it is a safer hospital during covid because it's not the central hospital for covid and the isolation ward also quite far and gets separated from another building

    5 tahun lalu Bawa Pasien yg tidak berdaya kesini melalui rujukan via BPJS, ditelantarkan. Dan baru beberapa hari kebelakang sekitar 4 hari, anak saya mengalamin juga ga berdaya. Usia anak saya 1 tahun, dibawa kesini melalui rujukan via BPJS ko kayak yg nolak gitu ya. Dengan alasan mesti di swab dulu baru bisa masuk kamar, itupun diswab hari esoknya sekitar jam 10 siang. Memang sih posisinya waktu ke IGD tersebut malam sekitar jam stengah 8 malam. Tapi ini masalahnya Anak kecil yg berusia 1 tahun, ya masa harus menunggu esok pagi jam 10. Terus fungsinya IGD itu apa kalo ada dirumah sakit ini????? Padahal kan ini saya pakai BPJS juga bayar ko dan ga pernah nunggak sedikitpun. Cukup sudah pengalaman pahit yg saya alamin dirumah sakit ini. Saran, kalo mau ke IGD sini pikir-pikir lagi aja bahakan kalo ga boleh jangan pernah mau. Masih banyak diluaran sana Rumah Sakit yg masih mau menerima BPJS dan pelayanan jauh kemanusiaan.
