    My wife must get surgery and treated for few days. The service is quiet good although we use government health insurance (BPJS). We feel the service is friendly and sincere. Hopefully can maintain the service and better in the future.

    Horrible service. Intense care unit has no organized system--papers scattered everywhere on the reception desk. Doctors sat with the nurses in the reception desk chit chatting while patients lie in bed waiting to get checked. Nurses walking to and fro doing nothing, and worked very slowly. I came in very sick, after just sitting idly for two hours i felt fine and left without any proper treatment from the doctors or nurses. Wouldn't give any ratings if possible. Terrible, terrible service. Don't come here if you need immediate care. Terrible experience.
