    From all aspects this private hospital is very good. High quality service. Cleanliness is maintained. But what needs to be improved is: 1. The nurse is a bit slow when called through the tools provided in each room. 2.Should have paid for parking, no need to pay again. Because I saw a handyman outside the exit.     Perawat di IGD RS Hermina ckp baik dan melayani dg ckp ramah. Masalah kami hanya pada satu petugas di bagian informasi. Pada waktu pendaftaran, terjadi kesalahan dr phk keluarga kami shg pembayaran tercatat menggunakan BPJS. Kami datang sekitar pukul 12.30 WIB, hingga pukul 19.30 WIB masih di IGD dan belum mendapat kamar. Padahal hasil test sdh keluar dan salah satu petugas IGD sdh mengatakan sdh ada konfirmasi dari dokter bhw pasien dpt ditempatkan di Ruang ICU biasa, bukan ICU isolasi. Belakangan, sy diberitahu keluarga bhw td wkt pendaftaran mungkin krn didaftar dg BPJS. Smtr, pasien memang belum memiliki BPJS. Tdk lama stlh dikonfirmasi bhw pembyran dilakukan pribadi (bukan dengan BPJS), kami diminta ke bagian informasi utk mendapatkan informasi kamar. Awalnya, kami dilayani oleh seorang petugas lelaki di bagian informasi. Petgs tsb mengatakan karena pada waktu pendaftaran ada keluarga kami yg mengatakan menggunakan BPJS, jd tdk bs lgs diberikan kamar karena harga kamar ICU Rp9.310.000 per malam dan ini tdk bisa dilayani kl BPJS. Saya sampai mengulang untuk memastikan harga kamar ICU yang disebutkannya Rp9.310.000 per malam. Dan hrg tsb dikonfirmasi oleh petugas tsb. Karena sangat memerlukan kamar perawatan, kami confirm utk membyr. Tapi setelah kami confirm, kami dioper utk dilayani oleh petugas lain di bagian informasi (seorg petugas wanita). Petugas wanita ini ckp ramah. Setelah membantu melengkapi formulir, kami dijelaskan mengenai peraturan RS dan biaya perawatan. Petugas wanita ini menjelaskan bahwa biaya kamar ICU adalah Rp 931.000/malam. Deposit harus dibayar dimuka untuk 10 hari Rp.9.310.000. Kami memastikan kembali mengenai biaya, karena sblmnya Rp9.310.000 disebutkan biaya per malam. Sambil tersenyum (spt mengetahui bhw petgs di sebelahnya sdg mengerjai dg membohongi kami), petugas wanita tsb mengkonfirmasi biaya Rp931.000 per malam. Kami dilayani membyr deposit pukul 19.49 WIB dan pasien masuk ke ICU kira2 pukul 21.00 WIB. Terus terang saya merasa dipermainkan dg sikap petugas lelaki di bagian informasi tsb. Tidak sepantasnya petugas memperlakukan kami spt itu. Kami mohon agar pihak RS menegur petugas tsb, agar kejadian serupa tidak terjadi pada keluarga pasien lainnya. Terima kasih

    A large general hospital. Pros: 1. Professional. 2. Friendly. Physicians as well as nurses and staffs were very helpful. Badmouth info was from those that weren't put other's first. 3. Strategic. Eatery, supermarket, mall, won't bore your wait here down. Cons: 1. 80% car parking area aren't sheltered. 2. Out of 3 main elevators, not all serve from first to top story. 3. Building interior mapping getting unclear, due to so many changes.

    Assalamualaikum wr wb,sy ingin berbagi sedikit pengalaman sy selama di ICU/HCU RS HERMINA,kondisi sy saat itu kritis sebelum dan setelah operasi dan sempat koma selama 2 hari,tapi berkat pertolongan para suster disana yg cekatan,ramah membuat kondisi sy cepat pulih walau makan waktu beberapa hari di HCU,sy sangat terkesan dg para suster yg bekerja tanpa kenal lelah dan rasa takut menghadapi berbagai pasien kritis,semua suster baik sekali,tapi yg sy ingat sekali adalah suster agnes,suster kris dan suster aul,ada satu lg suster org padang tp sy lupa namanya mrk sangat baik skli dan sabar menghadapi sy saat itu..tp yg sy paling berkesan adalah suster agnes dan Dokter Sondang Marriaceh Simanjuntak..Subhanallah..bagi sy mrk sprti ANGEL yg membuat sy cepat pulih dan memotivasi sy untuk semangat hdp lg.Maaf ulasan sy bgtu panjang,tp ini blm seberapa krn sampai saat ini klo sy boleh utarakan dr hati yg paling dalam,hati sy menangis krn kebaikan beliau..Allah yg memberikan sy kehidupan kmbli tp tanpa bantuan tangan kedua malaikat(suster agnes dan Dokter Sondang)apalagi suster kris,suster aul dan suster(padang)itu..sy sangat berterima kasih atas bantuan mrk..semua yg di HCU/ICU semua sangat baik skli menghadapi pasien tanpa kecuali..susah berkata kata lagi..kebaikan dan pelayanan mereka semua tidak dapat terbayarkan dg apapun bahkan keselamatan merekapun jadi taruhannya dlm menghadapi kondisi pasien..terima kasih suster agnes/Dokter Sondang/para Dokter dan suster semua,SEMOGA GUSTi Allah selalu memberikan kalian semua kesehatan dan keselamatan dunia akherat..SALAM sejahtera bagi kalian semua,Mohon maaf klo sy saat itu sdh membuat kalian berjuang keras dan sudah menyusahkan..skli lg TERIMA KASIH sy dr HATI SANUBARI..SALAM PEJUANG KESEHATAN!!!

Walaupun selama Covid jika akan kontrol ada bbrp prosedur tambahan yg memang agak sedikit lebih ribet, tp it's okay, mmg prosedur yg dibutuhkan selama Covid utk kebaikan bersama. Pengalaman anak bayi sy berumur 2 bulan rawat inap dengan ditangani dr. Agus Setyadi Sp.A M.Sc & pemantauan oleh dr. Jimmy Passat Sp.A (K) para dokter yg teliti dan baik serta ramah. Dokter Jimmy adalah dokter spesialis anak & saraf anak, dokter senior yg ramah, santai. Anak sy ditangani dengan baik oleh 2 dokter tsb. Kenapa 2 dokter? Karena mmg anak sy membutuhkan dokter saraf anak, tetapi selama Covid dokter senior tdk direkomendasikan utk melakukan visit pasien rawat inap, sehingga anak saya selama rawat inap ditangani oleh dr. Agus Setyadi yg selalu berkoordinasi dgn dr. Jimmy Passat. Para suster pun sangat ramah, pelayanannya baik sekali. Untuk yg rutin vaksin di Hermina, bisa menghubungi WA susternya untuk dpt dibantu penjadwalan ttg vaksin atau jika ada pertanyaan seputar vaksin akan dijawab dgn baik dan fast response. Terima kasih atas pelayanannya kepada para dokter, suster, dan seluruh staff RS Hermina yg telah merawat anak sy dgn baik. Sampai saat ini pun sy masih rutin utk menggunakan layanan vaksin di Hermina krn kemudahan dan kenyamanannya. Edit: Yang kesulitan utk menghubungi no telp Hermina Bogor, bisa download aplikasi Hermina di playstore. Membuat janji untuk kontrol ataupun vaksin jauh lebih mudah karena di aplikasi tsb sudah ada jadwal dokter, dan bisa lakukan reservasi. Jika sudah lakukan reservasi akan langsung dapat nomor antrian. Untuk screening pun skrg bisa dilakukan online, sehingga ketika datang langsung tunjukan hasil screening. Saat ini di ruang tunggu dokter anak jg disediakan area bermain anak, jd ketika menunggu giliran, anak tidak bosan dan tidak rewel.     Wonderful experience with RS HERMINA BOGOR, Dr. SONDANG was a wonderful surgeon, She explained everything to me in a very clear manner. She was also kind and friendly. All of the staff was great – they were helpful, patient and helped with my BPJS insurance. They ensured I had a smooth preparation, surgery, and follow-up. I am so glad I chose Dr. SONDANG and would highly recommend to anyone.

    Our lovely pediatrician is here, dokter herman. He's been taking care of my 2 kids since they were born. I think the service of hermina bogor is better than depok. Waiting time for Bogor is shorter than Depok had. Good management, good service, especially we can see doctor schedule through the apps and even we can make our own appointments.

Setelah sekitar 5 jam, kateternya baru digantung, itupun krn sy sadar sendiri kalo keteternya ada di deket kaki. Infus harus pasien sendiri yg ngecek apakah udah habis/belom. Kalo keburu habis, pasien malah diceramahin susternya 'kok ibu gak bilang dari tadi?' yaelah sus, pasien kan butuh tidur masa harus liatin infusan terus. Kalo manggil suster kadang ga datang, dan seringkali lamaaa bgt datangnya sampe harus disamperin sm penunggu pasien. Makanan gak variatif, gak ada termos air panas.

    I was here several times for having check up, maternity treatment and surgeries for my family and myself. For the result of check up and surgeries. It was good result so far. The room was clean and there was some improvement on the clinic space. However, the rate of surgeries, maternity rate package (including normal birth and SC) was too wxpensive with this facilities. You have to consider another Hospitals in bogor who’s has better facilities (even with the same doctor) but with affordable rate. Overall, it was good experience to having health treatment in here.
