Please help respected officials. Because I feel very disappointed with the service at this puskesmas. There are some staff who are not friendly and their impression is disturbed by my presence when I want to check at that hour. Thank you (Original) Yang terhormat para pejabat kota Bogor, mohon di cek apakah benar kinerja para petugas di Puskesmas Pancasan. Saya mau periksa sudah 3 kali tapi alasaannya ada saja. Saya memang datang ke puskesmas antara jam 10 sampai jam 11 pagi. Alasannya, dokter sedang rapat, antrian sudah habis dan suruh datang pagi2. Jam kerjanya tertulis sampai jam 2 siang tetapi jam segitu udah ga bisa periksa dengan alasan2 yg ga masuk akal-menurut saya. Apakah yg mau berobat dibatasi?????? atau mereka ga mau capek???? Dan tambahan para karyawannya tidak memakai ID jadi tidak dikenali siapa nama2 mereka, setau saya mereka harus pake tanda pengenal kalau mereka adalah staff atau karyawan yg bertugas di pukesmas tersebut. Mohon bantuan para pejabat terhormat. Karena saya merasa sangat kecewa dengan pelayanan di puskesmas ini. Ada beberapa staff yg tidak ramah dan kesannya terganggu dengan kehadiran saya saat mau periksa jam segitu.Terimaksih

Terus gatau deh tu lanjutan tu ibu2, tapi akhirnya saya diperbolehkan untuk daftar karna keperluan saya cek lab kehamilan. Secara pelayanan bagus banget, ramah2 tapi enggak buat bagian pendaftarannya. Sibuk dengan handphone, saya mo beli minum dia malah tanya harga lagi ke temennya, pas saya mo daftar pun dia malah nyuruh saya tanya sendiri ke bagian lab. Saya juga kerja di pelayanan, rasanya gak etis aja berbicara dengan pasien atau pelanggan tanpa adanya eye contact. Mungkin beliau liat hp karna pekerjaan ya, tapi kan bisa di pending dulu bukan malah terus fokus ke handphone. Sayang banget cuma karna 1 orang jadi jelek.
