Hospital
is

good,

Sistem
pelayanan
nya
ga
bagus,
jadi
malah
menyebabkan
berkerumun
karena
banyak
antrian.
Yg
jaga
pendaftaran
tidak
ramah,
ketika
sy
tanya
untuk
memastikan
malah
terkesan
membentak
jawabannya.
Banyak
yg
duduk
tak
berjarak
tapi
didiamkan
saja
oleh
petugas
RS.
Kami
kesana
karena
saran
bu
bidan
untk
men
USG
kandungan
istri
sy
karena
sdh
lewat
4
hari
dari
HPL,
dgn
tujuan
bu
dokter
Rini
Sovia.
Setelah
diperiksa
sebentar,
dokter
rini
langsung
memvonis
anak
dalam
kandungan
istri
sy
terlilit
tali
pusar,
kondisi
air
ketubannya
sudah
keruh
dan
harus
segera
ditindak,
penjelasanan
bu
dokter
tersebut
juga
sangat
tidak
menenangkan
bagi
kami
dan
sangat
terburu2
memvonis.
Oya
kami
kesana
sebagai
pasien
umum,
bukan
pasien
BPJS.
Kami
sampaikan
ke
dr.
rini
kami
blm
pernah
memakai
BPJS
kami
untuk
ke
RS.
Dan
tanggapan
dr.
rini,
karena
tidak
pernah
memakai
BPJS
maka
kami
tidak
bisa
memakai
BPJS
kami
jika
anak
kami
yymengalami
persalinan
SC.
Setelah
dari
dokter
rini,
kondisi
psikis
istri
saya
langsung
down,
padahal
sebagai
tenaga
medis,
juga
sebagai
ibu,
harus
nya
dr.
rini
bisa
mengkomunikasikan
dgn
cara
yang
bijaksana,
mungkin
yg
disampaikan
bu
rini
benar,
namun
jika
cara
penyampaiannya
tidak
baik,
tentu
akan
mempengaruhi
psikis
pasien
nya.
Akhirnya
sy
memutuskan
untuk
mencari
second
opinion,
sy
kembali
men
USG
anak
sy
ke
dr.
Vera
yg
membuka
praktek
di
apotik
Yasa
jl.
semeru.
Istri
sy
di
USG
sangat
detail
dgn
dr.
Vera
bahkan
sangat
lama,
mungkin
agar
hati-hati
dalam
memberikan
vonis.
Oya
sebelumnya
sy
tdk
memberitahu
jika
sy
sdh
ke
RS
Juliana
sebelumnya
ke
dr.
Vera
agar
pendapat
beliau
bisa
objektif.
Dan
benar
saja,
ternyata
anak
sy
TIDAK
TERLILIT
TALI
PUSAR
sebagaimana
yg
dijelaskan
oleh
dr.
rini
sovia.
Namun
ada
kelainan
tali
pusar
nya
pendek
jadi
tidak
bisa
turun
ke
jalan
lahir.
Penjelasan
dari
dr.
Vera
jangan
jelas
dan
menenangkan
kami,
walaupun
kesimpulannya
anak
kami
harus
lahir
dgn
SC,
tapi
berkat
cara
penyampaian
yg
baik
psikis
istri
sy
kembali
baik,
tidak
down
lagi.
Karena
kondisi
psikis
ibu
hamil
sangat
penting
dalam
proses
persalinan.
Alhamdulillah
setelah
dari
dr.
Vera
kami
menghubungi
bidan
kami,
dan
beliau
langsung
membantu
kami
untuk
mencarikan
RS
yg
dapat
membantu
persalinan
SC
anak
kami
dgn
BPJS.
Alhamdulillah
kami
dapat
melahirkan
di
RS
Ummi,
dgn
ditangani
oleh
dr.
Astri.
Dan
benar
apa
yg
disampaikan
oleh
dr.
Vera,
bahwa
anak
kami
TIDAK
TERLILIT
TALI
PUSAR,
melainkan
tali
pusar
anak
kami
pendek.
Pelayanan
di
RS
Ummi
sangat
baik,
kami
dilayani
dgn
ramah,
para
tenaga
medis,
karyawan
dll
nya
sangat
ramah,
sehingga
membuat
istri
sy
nyaman
dan
semangat
menjalani
proses
persalinan
SC
anak
kami.
Alhamdulillah
anak
kami
lahir
dgn
selamat
di
RS
Ummi.
Dan
skrg
kami
sdh
kembali
ke
rumah.
Menurut
sy
sangat
berbahaya
jika
dokter
memberikan
vonis
yg
salah
dan
dengan
cara
penyampaian
yg
tidak
baik.
Ini
yg
membuat
sy
kecewa
dgn
RS
Juliana.
