    Tolong dong area dekat perawat dikasih kursi sambil nunggu panggilan pengecekan oleh perawat, masa iya harus berdiri semua. Kasihan sama ibu2 hamil & lansia. Udah sperti antri sembako aja.

    Daftar ke poli di minta uang 200rb untuk deposit cuma daftar ya belum ketemu dokter..agak speechless sih kan rawat jalan ya bukan rawat inap Ruang tunggu jadi 1 yang antri ke poli,antri pendaftaran antri pembayaran antri obat semua jadi 1 Sementara ruang poli berada di area berbeda..para suster pke speaker untuk memanggil pasien yg mau ke poli Dan dokter di poli Gigi sangat telat saya 2x berobat dokter nya selalu telat lebih dari 1 jam..ke 2x saya berobat jadwal jam 10pagi dan jam 12 siang baru dokter tsb datang...tolonglah para dokter hargai waktu kami juga dan ditambah kami sedang sakit harus menunggu ber jam jam.. 1 suster di nurse station poli ada yg sangat jutek badan kecil pke baju putih sendiri..sisa nya suster2 ramah dan cukup dan informatif

    Dirawat selama 3 hari dirumah sakit ini, pelayannya kacau..suster nya sepertinya masih belajar, jutek gak ada senyumnya πŸ˜’ruangan didepan Nurstation berisik sekali ngobrol dan tertawa2 gak mikirin pasiennya, hordeng penuh darah dan kebersihan perlu ditingkatkan.

Anehnya tidak ada observasi lanjutan atas keluhan saya. Dan lebih aneh lagi dalam kondisi seperti itu saya malah disuruh pulang. Bilangnya udah sembuh. Padahal sy yg merasakan sakit kepala yg sangat dan terus menerus. Selain itu para perawat yg menunggu di depan ruang rawat menurut say etikanya sangat kurang. Di dalam ruang rawat ada orang yang sedang merintih kesakitan, ada y mungkin sedang sakarotul maut, dan pasti isinya semua orang sakit. Tapi para perawat itu malah tertawa terbahak bahak, ngobrol bercanda dengan suara yg sangat mengganggu pasien. Itu mereka lakukan bukan hanya siang bahkan malam hari yg seharusnya pasien istirahat malah diganggu dg suara2 mereka tertawa terbahak bahak. Ini rumah sakit woy woy bukan warung kopi. dasar kalian gk punya nurani.

    Alhamdulillah.. Tanggal 26/09/2022 istri SC dsini dengan metode Eracs.. Dirawat selama 3 hari.. Semuanya berjalan lancar sesuai rencana, istri merasa nyaman (tidak sakit/nyeri sehabis Sc), makannya juga enak, susternya membantu, kontrolnya terjadwal, kebersihan dipertahankan dan petugas harap lebih gercep ya.. Mengenai gedung lumayan baik, memang agak kecil tapi penanganan dan keamanannya baik. Makasih dr. Daniel sp.Og dan team.

    Pelayanan buruk, karena pendaftaran blm lengkap pasien di biarin gtu aja ini nyawa org loh kalau meninggal gimna, giliran di tanganin suruh minum obat tablet tanpa di kasih air perawat nya malah bilang" Beli sendiri lah" Ini org sakit boro beli minum ke igd aja maksain, kalau emg gk menyediakan air minum seenggaknya bicaranya baik2 tanya ksini ma siapa ini posisi sendirian, giliran infus habis sudah di ingatkan malah bilang blom habis ko tanpa di cek, begitu selang imfusan penuh darah baru di cek ini saya berobat bayar mahal tanpa pake Bpjs tolong hargai kami sebagai pasien nyawa org lebih berharga drpd syarat pendaftaran .     Pas ke sini gk ngecek ulasan RS nya walhasil ternyta memang layak dapat ⭐️ 1. Katanya bisa daftar via wa, udah daftr pagi biar sore dtg tinggal d panggil ternyta harus daftar ualng dan saat chet tdk d infoin apa yg harus d lakukan intinya tdk kooperatif dalam menyampaikan prosedur pendaftaran. Kalo tdk bisa menjelaskan via wa ttp aja layanan wa nya jd org bisa langsung datang at tlp saja. Scrty pun tdk peka kalo ada yg mau masuk k RS dari jalan raya padahal saya jelas2 dr arah Sebrang mau masuk k RS naik motor dgn membawa balita tp scrty tdk ada niatan sama sekali u membantu sy menyetop kendaraan yg lalu lalang. Parah banget ini sih πŸ€¦πŸ»β€β™€οΈ. Dari jam 5 sore pe jam 9 lewat blm juga d panggil masuk, ya udh trpksa saya pulang. Tidak ada biaya tambahan, hanya saja steril 300rb tdk di tanggung bpjs, dan ada obat n vaksin bayi total semua 500rb. Ya syukurlah padahal blm ada bpjs bayi, krn lahir jum'at sore. TKS ya RS Pena, pelayanannya ramah utk bpjs, 3hr di sini gk ada petugas yg jutek. Pas saya mau pulang dari RS saja, saya di antar sampai lobby pakai kursi roda sama suster, dan ada suster yg gendong bayi saya, perawat bayi menerangkan banyak saat mau pulang, mau masuk mobil securitynya yg perempuan dengan sigap membantu saya masuk ke mobil, semuanya care karna saya pasca caesar

    Untuk yang jaga ruang IGD mbak mbak rambut pendek bob.. saya berobat di rs pena bayar pakai uang ya mbakkk bukan geratisan... Tapi muka you jutek bgt sumpahhh perlakuan lu ke gua sama ke suami bener2 gada rasa menghargai nya sama sekali !!!! Dokter nya sih baik bgt yaaa..
