As a fan of bakmi karet, their noodles are cooked to perfection with perfect chewiness and perfect thickness. No need to add anything (beside sambal) because it’s already rich and flavorful. I came here on weekdays after lunch hour, so it’s not many people. But from what I’ve heard the place is always packed during weekends.
