After few months, this is the first time we dine in and the choice is to Sai Ramen. This restaurant is quite new in Bogor. We deliberately went there at 5pm on weekdays to avoid the crowded. We ordered the food in front corner with a touch screen assisted by a waiter. We chose to sit in front, the lay out was like a ramen bar. We ordered the original Chicken Chasu Ramen Special and 2 side dishes of Chicken Gyoza and Chicken Katsu. Ramen dan Gyoza are decent. Cold Ocha drink was provided free of charge. Improvement suggestions : Chicken Katsu was hard, cold and looks like it was prepared beforehand. There are a lot of flies, maybe it is a coincidence. The waitress chatted and joked a lot between them and it is a bit annoying. This place has a great potential as the atmosphere is very authentic.

Warung ramen baru buka di Kota Bogor nih, kebetulan dekat kantor..jadi bisa tinggal jalan kaki, karena parkirannya terbatas ya di sini, so far sih tidak ada lahan parkir khusus, jadi banyak yg parkir di pinggir jalan. Untung agak lebar jalannya, jadi ga terlalu mengganggu pengguna jalan lain. Tempatnya ga gitu besar sebenarnya, tapi mungkin krn sy dtg saat masih masa PPKM (bukan yg darurat ya, tp yg udh terakhir-terakhir), jadi terlihat lebih luas dan lowong. Banyaj kursi yg dilipat/tidak digunakan dan ditata berjarak juga. Good👍 Untuk menu, mereka bilang yg favorit adalah yg original dan kari, harga rata-rata kisaran 37rb-50rban. Untuk kali pertama, sy mencoba yg original, harga 37rb sekian. Rasanya biasa aja sih klo menurut sy, malah cenderung cemplang/hambar. Sy cb tambahkan sambel tabur, ga pedes2 juga, entah salah sambelnya atau apanya ya? padahal udh pake banyak, malah jd aneh seh rasanya..gada pedes2nya 😅 Jd rasanya ga bikin puas aja sih. Utk minum, kita dapat gratis ocha dan bisa refill sepuasnya. Oya..tempatnya semi outdoor ya..jadi jangan cari tempat adem berAC di sini. Klo kita dtgnya siang pas terik..ya bisa jadi sauna sih..😅 Lebih asik kyknya sore-sore menjelang malam makan di sininya ya..biar lebih adem.

With some traditional Japanese style, but that's it. The place isn't spacious either. Love the way we order through the machine. The ocha is free and you can ask ice for free as well. Staffs were nice too. All is good but I think I just put too much expectations on it.

They said “We keep the space small to make you feel like you’re eating Ramen in Japan” and yeah somehow I feel it and the taste was good, but for me, I think the Ramen wasn't cooked perfectly, so I still feel a bit uncooked, maybe later I would request them to add 2 mins to cook my ramen, and it’ll be perfect. Im not a big fan of ramen, maybe thats why for me reating ramen was never be that special. Although, comparr to ramen shop i used to eat around Jakarta, this is way cheaper though. I really wish they have more variety of food on the menu. The concept is like the japanese ramen outlet which is not set for a long time seating or enjoying food. The concept meant to be for eating fast and leaving the resto fast. Well, nice experience at least

Gotta say this is a just-ok delicacy. Not the best ones, but not the worst. Gotta give 4 stars since as a food shop, they should provide basic necessities like warm water or ice cubes. My hubby said the gyoza wraps are a bit thick, but the taste is good. Our orders for ramen were original and curry. The ambience is that I like more. Remind me of Bandung style. Transformed an old house and have a good flow of air (good for this pandemic era).

Kalau varian mie ada banyak sih, baru nyoba yang black garlic sama miso aja. Kalau daging cuman ada chasu sama katsu ayam. Kalau ada daging lebih mantap kayanya.
