Today, I stand for like more than 5 min in the front of the restaurant waiting for the waiters to welcome us and arrange sit for us. But nobody come. I tried to call one of the waiter, he looking at me and walk beside me, i told him that i would like to have table for 2 person. But then he just walk away go to the kitchen and do nothing, pretending he never hear what i said. Then there is another customers come and screaming to call the waiter. Only until then the waiter come but he serve the new customers that just arrived, while i have been waiting there for quite long time. I start to complain to him because of that treatment. Ultimately the waiter give us a table, but just right i almost reach to the table that been shown to us. Another customer come in and sit in that table. The waiter apologized us because he is didn’t know if the table was actually occupied. I hope that this restaurant give a proper training to all of the waiters, so they can treat their customers better.

Went here on the weekend after payday, thankfully got a seat to eat with my friend. The service was fast and good, we got our meal within 10 minutes since we arrived. We were served by Mbak Alvina who was very helpful as well. The chicken katsu garlic set and the truffle cheese gyukatsu was our favorite.

For a proper Japanese meal, I considered Kimukatsu is affordable. Moreover it lies in Grand Indonesia. The cheese chicken katsu is delicious, along with the rice and the miso soup. The ambience is really good, the service is quick. But it has some problem with payment sometimes. Overall, it’s recommended!
