One of the best hotel in the city, i stayed in the grand deluxe room, the room is cozy with a lot of space and great scenery. Nice hotel with big pool. Depth of the adult pool is around 1.2m to 1.5m which is ideal for my 10 y.o. Son to learn to swim. Room is quite sizable with neat decoration. I was about to give 5 stars since the rooms, service, and surroundings are excellent, but just one crucial error reduced the experience: the light in the changing room / toilet near the swimming pool would turn off automatically if we spend some time (approx. More than a minute) in the toilet. Therefore when you need to change before or after swimming, you'd only have around a minute then it's all dark since the room doesn't even have a ventilation window. To turn the lights on again, you'd have to very quickly dress (quite impossible when you're wet), then get back out to either press the switch outside, or trigger the light sensor in the aisle. If, understandably, you can't dress quick enough, you'd have to slightly open the door to let some sunlight in. Which is highly uncomfortable when you're fully undressed inside. Other than that, the only other downside I can think of would be the room is quite dim, a bit less bright than the usual hotel-level lighting, which is fine for sleeping, but slightly lacking for reading or working.

Kamar mandinya hanya ada shower saja, tanpa ada keran. Tapi jangan kuatir, sabun mandi dan shampo tersedia dalam dispenser. Tidak disediakan sandal dikamar sebagaimana hotel lainnya, namun hal ini bisa dimintakan ke resepsionis. Istilahnya "by request". Kalau gak diminta ya gak dikasih. Kunci kamar dalam bentuk kartu pun hanya diberikan satu, kalau mau nambah kunci harus menyerahkan uang 50K sebagai deposit, nanti boleh dimintakan/ditukar lagi dengan kuncinya. Padahal ini untuk 4 orang, harusnya disediakan 4 kunci tanpa embel-embel "deposit". Hotelnya gak mau rugi. Viewnya kurang bagus, hanya terlihat atap hotel. Makanannya beragam dan enak-enak, yang suka pedes ada nasi goreng Bogor yang berasa pedes. Fresh milk nya gak berasa susu, terlalu encer barangkali ditambah air lagi. Restoran pas diluarnya kolam renang, cocok banget sambil makan memperhatikan anak yang suka berenang, atau sehabis makan bisa langsung berenang. Petugas jaga kolam renangnya terlalu strik banget, yang berenang harus pakai baju renang, ini saya lihat petugasnya menegur cewek yang mau berenang, padahal sudah pakai baju yang pantas untuk berenang. Parkiran mobil cukup luas, ada di basemen dan ada di luar. Petugasnya ramah dan resepsionisnya murah senyum. Setelah check out, resepsionisnya menanyakan kesan pesan menginap di hotel ini. Ya seperti itulah yang bisa disampaikan. Ada plus, ada minusnya. Considering the low price, this hotel was very good looking with nice rooms. However, the service is very poor. It seems that they keep costs low through under-provisioning resources (baby cot wasn't available despite us requesting it on our booking 1 month earlier) and heavily policing their towels for fear of guests stealing them. We had staff refuse to give more than 1 towel per room at the pool, then literally chase us into the lift to get our room number for accounting for a towel we took back to the room. Later when my parents wanted 2 more fresh towels for their room, it took three phone calls and eventually negotiating to swap the 2 wet ones for 2 new dry ones. Breakfast didn't have many good western options, but again for the price it was reasonable.

Excellent place to stay, either for business or vacation. The restaurant offer excellent comfort. The dishes are in a great variety, with superb delicacy. Waiters are helpful. One of them, Kang Dicky was so warm, helpful and enthusiast to serve for guests' comfort.

Wonderful huge room, with so many nice touches. Amazing bathroom. Incredible pool area and great staff Mr Ade Firdaus.Just had a fantastic.. think it’s cheap definitely 5 stars in terms of amenities and service.

it was quite a nice experience with great service and definitely delish food (specially the chocolate fountain!). The room was spacious,clean, and have amazing view. All the staffs (nugi) were helpfull and nice. well done, definitely will come back

Hotel located in city center and there are many restaurants surrounding Staff are very good and the food in restaurant (once breakfast) are amazing very delicious and varieties Suggestion if will stay please book for mountain view, The scenery is amazing There are swimming full and gym center Minus for "red spot on our bed cover" We already request and the staff tried to change 3 times And the fourth it was clean Therefore we complained also for the noise Once we stay on Dec 26th - Dec 27th (We can hear the renovation, It's such drilling machine and hammer until night) We complained at 08:00 PM to receptionist and They stop finally Thank you to serve our staycation

Thanks to Swiss Belinn Bogor and staffs for helping us and heaving us with patient and excellent work. The room is very comfortable and had no problem with it, even the new employee was giving a nice service, and also thanks to #anaya for helping our event.

I was here for a meeting with one of the Ministries for a forum group discussion. Had lunch and i think the hotel dan improve the taste of foods to a higher level. Will return for a staycation next time

Most ideal location. Room was great however my biggest gripe was seeing a tiny cockroach on the bedhead. Please do get that checked out. Personally for me, the best part of the stay was not only the strategic location, but also the shower. The shower current was strong, and the hot water was very much comforting. Could’ve spent hours in that shower if I didn’t have to rush hahaha. Needed that staycation away to clear my head and this was a good place to go, especially if you don’t have your own transport to go get food. Sorry for the lack of pictures. I was hardly on my phone and only had videos of my room. Though my room looks exactly like the photographed Deluxe Queen Room on here so I can say that the pictures do match. Overall, great stay and would come back. Nugi

When I visited Bogor, this hotel was the first place I stayed. After checking in, I remained in a room on the 10th floor. Mr. Diky helped me in the restaurant. The accommodations at this hotel are cozy, and the staff is friendly. In addition, Mr. Diky was really pleasant when I was staying at the hotel. Also extremely pleasant, tidy, and clean are the rooms. I had a great experience staying at this hotel and will most likely return if I go back to Bogor.

Beautiful hotel in great location. Room was very clean and spacious. Big comfy bed. Lovely restaurant with excellent breakfast. Too bad that the spa was closed during our stay there due to Ramadhan holiday. Highly recommended and will definitely stay there again!

I’m not staying. My company held ‘halal bi halal’ at the Restaurant. The location was easy to find and strategic. Spacious parking area. The food taste delicious. The staff also friendly

Have medium size swimming pools, tidy hotel compound, less indoor parking space and more out door parking space. Good view at Hotel Gym allocated at 11th Floor and with in house SPA. Good location with lots of cafe near by, beside hotel area are Lorena Citywalk , just step away. Infont Hotel are famous soto Rahayu. Can Try.. Have a great even Weekends

room n bathroom here at swiss-belinn are really clean. breakfast was full of choices and were always topped up and of course delicious. the staff was so helpful and polite. the services were excellent. @nugi

I like the view in the lobby and the surroundings. The service is satisfying, the menu in the restaurant is excellent. But i think they need to put pictures or red carpets or plants in the hallway to create better atmosphere👌

We had a lovely stay at the Swiss Belinn. It's a fairly new hotel by the looks of it and rooms and public areas were very clean and comfortable. The hotel is located just outside the busy central area in a great area full of really nice restaurants and cafés which are only a short walk away. The staff were lovely, friendly and helpful. Breakfast was great with lots of choice. The pool looked nice but we never used it. We would definitely recommend a stay here for a quality experience at very reasonable price.

It's comfortable to stay here..but thing I wish to improve is hotel to provide toilet disinfectant and room itself it pretty clean..the employee here is so kind and helpful..food wise, they provide options like traditional and international food..over all it's worth the stay here..

Very impressive! The staff was kind and helpful. The room, meeting room, and facilities was cozy, feels like home. The food was great, they have so many menus on the table from traditional to western food. Located not too far from city center.

We're so excited since the hotel location is super convenient. There are so many restaurants and coffee shops near premises. The hotel room is arranged neatly and lovely. Parking space is another plus point!

This hotel is quite exquisite, the food is quite good, the facilities are good, and the service quite top notch, esp Ms Tarisa who helped me when I got trouble at the restaurant. I wont hesitate to recommend this place to my friends and colleagues

One of the best hotel in Bogor. Clean, spacious room, spacious parking area, good breakfast lunch & dinner, tasty meeting snacks, enough swimming pool for toddler, strategic location, walking distance to Indomaret, pukis, cafe & also friendly staff.

Nice hotel which very near with bogor exit toll. This 4 star hotel has good and polite hotel staff. I came here for the meeting package and stay. One thing for me to notice is that the aisle of rooms is odor smelly, maybe it's lack of ventilation or the air condition. Food are good and the resto located beside the pool, what a nice view

Staff welcoming very friendly, they greet us and offering valet service and help us with luggage. Reception are nice, the lady always smile with prompt response. Room clean and nice. at breakfast time, ... food was variative, and tasty. I like they cook fried rice and ayam bakar is do nice. Definitly i will come back again with all my family. Stayed.here over the weekend, very pleasant experience. Check in swift, all the staff friendly and helpful. Rooms were good, clean and comfortable. Breakfast was good, nice variety. Surrounded by other good eateries..Only two minor points, internet was not great, hard to do work. Dinning area for breakfast seemed too small for weekend crowd. Otherwise would recommend, we will be back each month for our staycation.

I couldn’t think of bad experiences with my stay at Swiss-Belinn Bogor. Since the first time I contacted them, they always fulfilled my requests. I was meant to check in on Friday for 2 nights but my flight to Jakarta was cancelled. I let them know that I won’t be coming that night, with expectation that I’m going to lose my money. They rang me straight away to let me know that they’re happy to reschedule my stay with flexible time and no extra cost. Glad I made it the next day. I have never been serviced this special in a hotel before. From the moment we arrived until we left, all the staff were always smiling and helping. I can guarantee this is the best hospitality service in the world! I booked 2 rooms with connecting door. Couldn’t complain much about them as they were clean and tidy. If anything, please leave extra toilet paper in the toilet because we ran out of it and had to ask the housekeeper for an extra. But besides that it was really the most enjoyable stay I’ve ever had. The breakfast was great. I did expect more variety but I wouldn’t complain with how tasty they were. We also had dinner at the restaurant and everything was really great and served in big portion. Again, the staff at the restaurant were also lovely. I am still so touched and can’t get over how wonderful the service was. This is not a recommended hotel to stay in, it’s a must. You will never regret (:
