After I paid, and took my prescription, I asked if I could go home or not, the nurses just answered. 5. When another patient comes and needs urgent treatment, the nurses in the ER are not alert! Please improve & be an evaluation. We paid with personal money, but the service was very bad. Aren't you afraid that many people are dissatisfied with the service but you are paid for that money? (Original) Kita mahasiswa kos disini, jd ke rs hels juga karna urgent aja kebetulan pas temen saya sakit. Pelayanan didepan sih menurut saya ok2 aja, tp di IGD nya ngga banget! tolong ya suster2 yang terhormat, kalo bicara sama pasien/keluarga tuh baik2 kan bisa? kok kayanya rugi kalo bicara sm pasien/keluarga secara sopan. 1. Saya datang ke IGD tanpa ada bantuan dari siapapun, dokter/suster tidak bertanya, tidak menyambut. Ketika tmn saya duduk hanya ditanya sakit apa lalu disuruh tidur dikasur. 2. Saya yang bingung tidak mendapatkan arahan akhirnya berdiri menunggu tmn saya yang diperiksa, tiba tiba suster dari dalam terika 'Kedepan dulu aja mba daftar!' disitu banyak perempuan sehingga saya gatau dong suster ngomong sama siapa? jangankan menyentuh saya, menyuruhnya saja sudah dari bilik, yang jelas saya tidak tahu suster tersebut nyuruh siapa. Dan menurut saya sangat tidak beretika. 3. Teman saya setelah diperiksa, tidak ada diagnosa apapun, tidak diberitahu mengenai penyakitnya. 4. Setelah saya bayar, dan mengambil resep saya secara inisiatif bertanya apakah sudah boleh pulang/blm, suster2 tersebut baru menjawab. 5. Saat pasien lain datang dan butuh penanganan mendesak suster2 yang ada di IGD tidak sigap! Tolong ditingkatkan&menjadi evaluasi. Kami bayar dengan uang pribadi, tapi pelayanannya sangat buruk. Apa tidak takut jika banyak org merasa tidak puas dengan pelayanannya namun kalian digaji dari uang tersebut? semoga dengan tulisan ini, para nakes yang berjaga di igd dapat berdidkasi dengan jiwa yang lapang.

    ini rumah sakit ga recommended bgt deh!! Bapak sya kepalanya bocor dan tulang bahu kiri patah krna jatuh dri atas rumah. Ketika slesai smua pengobatan datang lah kwitansi pembayaran,total kurang lebih 2jt. Nah yg bikin Janggal,ada uraian "Obat-obatan" yg Totalnya Sampai 700Rb kurang lebih,,tpi tidak menerima obat dalam bentuk apapun (Kemanakah?) Dan 1 lagi,, ambulan meminta uang 1jt. Jdi sblm dibwa pakai ambulan Rs Helsa,,ingin dirujuk menggunakan Ambulan Rs.Islam Jkrta Cempaka Putih (Krna bapak sya karyawan Rs Islam) Tp di tolak oleh pihak Rs Helsa dan ingin menggunakan ambulan pihak Rs Helsa. Setau saya, kalau ambulan Jalan Artinya Smua Administrasi Sudah slesai,,Krna hrus ada SPJ (Surat Perintah Jalan) Untuk Ambulan. Ketika jalan dan sampai di Rs Islam Cempaka putih,,di tnya Supir ambulannya : Pak ini biaya ambulan sudah slesai,,kata supirnya Sudah Kayanya dan akhirnya ambulan pun pulang ke Rs Helsa. Dan Besoknya Malah Di WA Sama Pihak Rs Helsa Untuk Pembayaran Ambulan Sekitar 1jt. Katanya Telat Mendata.     Tengah malam saya ke ugd ini,karena dari telinga ibu saya keluar darah dan terasa berdengung. Disuruh tim ugd untuk nunggu dulu karena tempatnya penuh oke saya tunggu. Hampir 1jam gak dikabarin dan saya trs bolak balik nnya kepastian kapan ibu saya diperiksa, dan tau saya diapakan disana??? Diomelin!! Disuruh ke loket pendaftaran dlu tulis formulir segala macem ditambah resepsionisnya jutek ada orang didpn mata malah dicuekin asik telponan. Dan di ugd pun telinga ibu saya cuma disenterin dan tau apa yg lebih parah lagi? Dokternya panik sndri dan bilang "ini di telinga ibu nya ada massa,kita ga ada alatnya paling harus nunggu dokter tht bsok tpi hrs ditelfon dlu ke no rs.helsa buat mastiin dokternya buka praktek/gak?" Hah??? 1. Saya udh panik ngeliat darah ditelinga ibu saya ditmbh dokternya sndri ikt panik?. 2. Klo jadwal dokternya gajls mending gausah dibuat jadwal sekalian 3.     Kerumah sakit ini udah 3x, ke Poli Anak dan ke IGD, sejauh ini semua petugas ramah dan helpfull dari mulai pendaftaran, dokter, suster, farmasi dan kasir, Semoga selalu meningkatkan kualitas. Edited (22Nov2022), 13 - 16 Nov 2022 Rawat Inap anak Pakai BPJS, Alhamdulillah dari masuk IGD sampai pulang tidak di kenakan biaya sama sekali alias 0 Rupiah, di IGD sudah dilakukan beberapa tindakan seperti Cek Darah Lab Lengkap, Rontgen sampai dapat Kamar Kelas 2, Gratis, Perawat pun Ramah dan Sangat Membantu, Terima Kasih RS Helsa

    Udah banyak ulasan negatif tentang Rumah Sakit ini, tapi ternyata gak ada perubahan ke yang lebih baik. Pelayanan IGD super lambat, pelayanan rawat inap juga kurang tanggap, rumah sakit sepi bilangnya kamar penuh, alhasil BPJS kelas 1 dikasih kamar kelas 3, kalo bukan karena dekat dengan rumah pasti saya gak akan kesini. Andaikan boleh ambil foto dan video mungkin buktiΒ² bisa diupload sekalian sama ulasan.

    Kalo bisa kasih bintang -1000 saya kasih bintang -1000 ke RS ini, pelayanan nya parah banget, Apalagi di bagian pendaftaran... Anak masuk IGD mentang2 pake BPJS kaya di lempar sana sini, ujung2 nya di "USIR" suruh pulang dengan alasan kamar penuh... Pdhal di awal bilang ada kamar kelas 2/3... By Aplikasi ada kamar kosong, JKN pun di bilang Aplikasi ga bener sering eror.. & bilang orang IT di RS itu nya pun katanya sering eror... Entah mana yg benar, baru 2 menit bilang ada kamar langsung bisa berubah ga ada kamar, Allahu akbar harus ekstra sabar yg pengguna BPJS berobat ke RS ini

Yakali mau nunggu sampe dehidrasi, sampe lemes, smpe gak bisa makan bru bisa dpke bpjs nya. Mana pas perawat cek suhu kurng bner. Ps d cek 37,9.. ps sy bw pulang suhu masih tinggi 39an. Kalau faskes dket mah sya jg gabklan ke igd. Paginys anak sya demam sampai 40,5.

    Untuk Pelayanan bagus ketika di rawat inap, pakai BPJS dapat kamar yang fasilitas nya bagus tv,AC dll setelah pulang rawat dapat kontrol ke spesialis perawat dan staff nya ga judesss kerja nya cepet.Semoga lebih banyak lagi SDM yang bekerja di RS ini dan menambah gedung baru untuk perawatan dll.     pada saat ibu saya ingin operasi di rs ini, perawat igd nya ada satu perempuan yg jutek, Sebetulnya walaupun menggunakan masker tp dari tatapan mata yg care psti akan beda dengan yg jutek. Kemudian saat kontrol, polinya di berhentikan sebentar, Perawat ditanya β€œ mba polinya sudah selesai atau gimana, kira2 berapa jam tindakan nya ? β€œ perawat menjawab dengan pelan, karena kami tidak mendengar akhirnya konfirmasi ulang jawaban perawat, tp perawat menjawab ulang dengan nada tinggi dan matanya melotot. Saya rasa untuk orang yg berprofesi perawat dan tentunya lulus dengan pendidikan yg baik, diikuti gelar dan juga disumpah. Tidak sepantasnya memperlakukan pasien/ menjawab pertanyaan pasien dengan mata/nada seperti itu. Karena kan psien/keluarga datang ke rs untuk berobat dengan status mereka sebagai orang awam, tidak mengerti. Kalau memang tidak suka ditanya, perawat bisa menginfokan kpd keluarga yg menunggu. Semoga suster tsb bisa memperbaiki kesalahannya. Kalau tidak suka di tanya2 lebih baik jangan bekerja dibidang pelayanan. Rumah sakit tidak hanya cukup dengan gedung nyaman saja, tidak cukup dengan perawat yg pinta saja, tp juga yg sabar, care, komunikatif kpd Pasien dan jg keluarga πŸ™πŸΏβ˜ΊοΈ Semoga suster tidak merasakan bagaimana jd keluarga pasien dalam keadaan cemas, kemudian bertanya karena kurangnya informasi tp diperlakukan dg cara seperti itu ☺️

    Perawat ruang bayi nya baik baik bgt, informasi yg di berikan selalu jelas, kemarin anak saya sempat masuk perina, sudah sembuh sekarang, Alhamdulillah terimakasih RS helsa semoga pelayanan nya semakin bagus semakin di tingkat kan lagi.

    Hari ini anak saya masuk igd jam 23.15. Pada intinya saya yg berharap di sini mendapatkan kan penanganan malah mendapatkan kekecewaan. Mulai dari pasang infus di igd yg tidak tepat. Sampai 2-3x suntik jarum infus, ruangan kelas 1 di alihkan ke kelas 2, swab yg entah hasilnya untuk apa. Bahkan ada hasil swab yg di buang di tmpt sampah. Ke kasir sampai 10menit nunggu ga ada orgnya. Sekalinya ada muka penuh iler yg nongol. Jam 3 subuh manggil suster minta benerin infusan pd molor di ruangan anggrek 3. Gak ada bagus2 nya ini rumah sakit. Kontrol ke dr.anak janji jam 3 datang jam 5. Wah gila sih burik sekali pelayanan nya. Gak recomend ni rs !!

    This is my child who is currently being treated here, with BPJS and in this room. I deliberately took my child to the hospital so that he could focus on treatment so that he would recover quickly and rest, but there were other patients too, whose families or parents were very noisy, such as at the market. Chatting loudly, wanting to say something bad, going wrong, asking the nurse to reprimand each other so that we respect each other and don't make too much noise πŸ™

    I came to the emergency room and wanted to be hospitalized. Why did I choose Helsa Hospital? because I had already gone to Annisa Hospital, where the rooms were full, and I went straight to Helsa, which was closer. When I got to the emergency room, the health worker said the patient was still normal, not really serious. even though it was clear there was a clinic referral letter and lab check results. I was told to go to the emergency room to at least get an IV drip first to get better, but instead I was told to go home hahaha. Then he said, if it's really bad, just come here. I won't be there again, disappointed with the service

    How is the management like? I didn't pay much attention to it. In the middle of the night, no one gave me medicine around. Just asked about complaints this morning. But I applaud the nurses who are kind and friendly even though they are looking after just the two of us. Just please improve the facilities. Thank You.
