Dapet kamar harga 700 ribu lebih berharap dapet kamar yang bagus dan nyaman tapi ternyata dikasih ruangan keluarga 1 kamar isi 3 kasur padahal saya cuma berdua sama pacar saya. Layanan sangat buruk gadikasih air minum, ga dikasih tissue, gaada handung & air panasnya juga gaada! Tv gaada sinyal, westafle, shofa & kamar mandi kotor banget. Dapet makan tapi cafenya buka jam 10 siang, gila aja orang mau sarapan harus nunggu jam 10 siang!! Akhirnya saya cekin jam 10 malam & jam 6 pagi langsung cekout ini pengalaman hotel terburuk seumur hidup saya!!
