There
are
2
types
of
rooms
-
first
is
the
studio
unit
which
consists
of
1
attached
bathroom,
kitchen
area
consisting
1
sink,
1
balcony,
bed
with
furniture
;
second
is
the
2
rooms
(1
big
and
1
small)
with
1
bathroom
with
a
common
area,
kitchen
area
and
longer
balcony.
This
apartment
consists
of
a
open
parking
area,
few
eateries,
laundry
(more
pricey)
and
a
mart
downstairs
with
drinks
and
snacks.
Water
gallon
19L
(20k
Rp,
or
21k
Rp
if
you
want
them
to
send
it
up
to
you)
can
be
bought
downstairs
too.
If
you
deal
with
the
office,
you
can
request
for
cheaper
studio
unit
rooms
like
1.5
juta
rupiah
per
month
or
15
juta
a
year.
However,
furniture
won't
be
as
equipped
(cabinets
or
stove).
I
lived
on
the
5th
floor
which
has
a
mini
fridge,
TV,
no
cabinets
and
a
bed.
I've
also
lived
on
the
11th
floor
with
a
mattress,
cabinets,
no
TV
and
a
one
door
fridge.
It
really
depends
on
your
luck
and
preferences.
The
balcony
for
the
studio
unit
is
too
small.
I'll
have
to
squeeze
out
as
my
clothes
rack
is
in
the
way.
There
are
2
views
depending
which
side
your
room
is
facing,
the
beautiful
Mt.
Salak
view
and
also
the
village
view.
Both
views
will
have
open
burning
sites,
but
the
sun
shines
better
with
the
village
view.
You'll
have
to
pay
for
your
own
electricity
bill
here
(from
the
office
where
they'll
charge
3k
for
their
processing
fees)
and
water
bill
(50k
a
month
which
is
expensive).
You'll
also
have
to
pay
for
the
maintenance
fees
(200+k
Rp)
and
tax
(no
idea
why
the
owner
but
tenant
has
to
pay,
1+
juta)
apart
from
your
rent.
However,
if
you
pay
monthly,
the
200k
deposit
won't
be
returned
but
you
would
not
have
to
pay
for
the
maintenance
fees
or
tax.
If
anything
is
broken
in
the
room
etc
bidet
or
toilet
issues,
you'll
have
to
bear
the
cost
even
if
it
isn't
your
fault
(I
had
to
pay
for
my
bidet
upon
checking
my
room
before
moving
in,
20k
rp).
The
reasons
I
stayed
here
was
to
be
on
my
own,
and
I
would
not
have
to
deal
with
noise
or
dirtiness
of
the
shared
kitchen
made
by
other
hostel
mates.
When
I
was
on
the
5th
floor,
it
was
completely
silent
but
the
11th
floor
was
noisy
(due
to
my
neighbour
living
above
me).
Yes,
walls
are
very
thin.
There
is
a
room
with
trash
cans
on
every
floor
to
throw
your
trash
and
3
lifts
(but
only
2
lifts
will
only
work
at
a
time),
security
here
is
better
as
your
access
card
can
only
work
for
your
floor
and
they
can
keep
an
eye
on
your
bike
or
car.
I
could
also
shut
my
balcony
door
to
prevent
the
smoke
smell
from
entering,
unlike
hostels
where
it's
impossible
to
prevent
smoke
smell.
It
takes
me
7-10
minutes
to
reach
my
veterinary
faculty
using
the
small
bike
lane
way
and
this
place
is
closer
to
the
front
entrance
of
IPB.
Once
you're
out
of
the
bike
lane,
you'll
be
able
to
go
to
Babakan
Raya
and
the
main
road
to
Mcd,
KFC,
Yogya,
petrol,
bike
wash,
Starbucks,
dominos
etc
on
the
main
road.
For
cars,
you'll
have
to
use
a
long
back
way
to
the
apartment
where
they
lighted
up
with
some
lamp
posts
but
still
dim.
Road
is
always
jam
all
day
everyday
except
for
Muslim
prayer
hours.
There's
no
WiFi
in
the
apartment,
Telekomsel
doesn't
work
best
during
6-8pm.
Tri
worked
better.
Bathrooms
have
no
heater.
Overall,
this
place
is
old
but
at
least
it's
more
peaceful
staying
on
your
own
for
a
cheaper
price
than
University
resort.
