    The service in the emergency room is very slow, especially if you want to be hospitalized, you have to wait for hours before you can enter the treatment room. Please improve the standard of service so that sick patients can be treated immediately instead of sitting in a chair chatting incoherently.

    First experience at this hospital but very unpleasant. My father had a skin problem that caused his legs to swell, he was treated with BPJS, only briefly examined by a dermatologist. Even though when he was at the health facility he was told he had to be treated and given medication. The only medicines covered by BPJS are 4 oral medicines, including 1 itching medicine and 3 vitamins. There are no external medications (ointments, etc.). In fact, he was prescribed to pay for the drug with a nominal value of hundreds of thousands. And it turns out it can't be redeemed anywhere else because it's all concocted by doctors. When asked why these medicines are not covered by BPJS even though the medicines are available at the hospital, the reason is because cosmetic/treatment type medicines are not covered by BPJS. Even though this is clearly a disease that is not treated for aesthetics, which is not covered by BPJS. Just come here once, give up. It's better to look for another reference place.

    It's really bad, my nephew is still hot for 1 x 24 hours, the fever hasn't been resolved. But I was told to go home, and then no supporting data, such as lab results, etc. were given. Just given a control letter. Explanations regarding diagnosis and lab results, etc. were not explained, did you intend to give him the work? You don't understand your rights and obligations, do you?

    SERVICES FOR THE ELDERLY ARE VERY LACK AND SLOW. Only 1 person was guarding the queue number machine even though it was busy. And the worker who called names at the neurological clinic was very unfriendly and rude (17/01/23 11.23wib) The old man beside me just nodded. PLEASE FIX IT AGAIN!!!!
