I've been going for car issues to Volkan since 2013. I always buy cars that have been checked by Volkan. He knows best. I believe some people are born to do what they are good at. Volkan is the man! His prices were fair. Not cheap however, he uses quality products. He fixed my car at the timeline promised and did a great job. My car runs great now, thanks to him. He’s also trustworthy and explains everything to you. He dosen’t rip you off like other mechanics.

I ran out of gas and added some fuel to my 2017 BMW X5…the car stopped after half a mile of driving so had it towed to Paul Miller BMW as it was the closest BMW service. The car was there 4 WEEKs until today (November 8). They couldn’t start the engine, nor found the problem. They replaced spark plugs as which I believe was just trial/error rather than real diagnosis. Yesterday they asked for $1300 to remove valve cover, adding that if they find a problem they will quote how much additional cost will be! I had enough with the incompetency at that point, hence declined. I had the car towed to my local mechanic (Euro Auto Mall in Cliffside Park) today. My mechanic was able to start the engine within 1 hour! A feat that a team of Paul Miller techs/foremen couldn’t achieve in 4 weeks!!! Special thanks to the mechanic(Volkan) at Euro Auto Mall.

Check engine light came on so I took my car to Volkan, the only person I let touch my cars engine. Honest, dependable service. Quality work done in a timely fashion. Necessary repairs were made and now my car is running great, even the gas mileage has improved significantly.

Volkan is not only a professional automotive expert, he actually cares for his customers. I found the closest body shop when I was involved in an accident and my decision turned out to be a blessing. He demands perfection in the work his shop performs and that is rare in the auto repair industry. I will gladly return in the future and will definitely recommend my friends and family.

I was referred to Volkan by another mechanic who couldn’t get rid of a malfunctioning flat tire alert while none of the tires were flat. He said if Volkan couldn’t fix it, nobody could. It turned out that he wasn’t exaggerating about Volkan’s skills was skillS. Volkan used one computer first and then another and finally fixed the problem. Despite spending some 20 minutes working on the car, he didn’t even charge! I have been bringing my car to him since then and he’s always done an excellent job.

Where do I start… I needed repair on my Audi A4 and had went to my trusted car mechanic of 10+ yrs before stopping by Euro Auto Mall. My guy (so I thought) told me there was damages to the spark plugs and needed to change out my fuel injector along with a bunch of miscellaneous items and gave me a ridiculous quote. After consulting with my neighbor who is a big car guy he referred me to Volkan and his shop. I had stopped by early Tuesday to drop off my car and he asked to give him some time as he was real busy (a great sign) and would run his diagnostics and give me a ring later. I received a call later that afternoon with the problems he identified and told me some of the other items weren’t necessary until first trying to fix the main issue. It is rare and comforting to find someone that is honest and wants to genuinely help. Volkan is one of these human beings. I told him to go ahead and fix everything as his price was more than reasonable. Here I am a day later and everything has been resolved and my car is running perfectly fine again at a fraction of what was quoted. While it’s important to shop around and find someone trustworthy that does quality work I can attest that Volkan is that guy. Can’t recommend his shop more to anyone that might need any car work. TLDR : Volkan is the man. Go see him and don’t worry about your car it is in good hands. Thank you Volkan!

Great service! Volkan was very helpful and personable. He helped with my oil change, and I had my car back within 1-2 hours. He provided detailed information about my tire rotation and fluid flush. I will definitely be returning and highly recommend him!

Volkan is an absolute savior , my transmission needed to be replaced a few mts ago he was not only cheaper but guaranteed his work , we have sent my sons car to him and that was a difficult job , and just this past month we had him take care of another car , he is not only reasonable but a pure gentleman to deal with , I wish I could give him more than 5 stars .
