TODAY WEDNESDAY DECEMBER 7-2016, around 4pm , a lady that works there, she is small, dark and overweight, i unfortunately don't know her name, she it was extremely rude,disrespectfull, unpolite and UNPROFESSIONAL, VERY NASTY and BITTER person, it shouldn't be working as a customer service no where. She needs to learn manners and lear to be a person, she might need God in her heart. I don't understand if you don't like what you do, don't do it. I hope someone talk to her about this, cuase otherwise you are not gonna get customers, somebody should take action on this matter.

I walked in today and I was looking for earrings and the girl at the counter looks at me and sends a worker over she was like following me. This is extremely rude, did she think just cause I’m hispanic I stole something BTW IM A TEENAGER LIKE WTH this was uneventful. They need new workers. I was confused and shocked.

They need to hire staff that actually want to do their job . I called multiple times yesterday and NO ONE answered the phone. I end up going to the store and there was one girl working ( barely ) I ask about getting my child's ears pierced and the girl says the person who does baby piercings went home for the day . So I mention that I’ve been calling all day and she responds with she hadn’t got any calls in the last hour. Okay so what were you doing the other hours the phone was ringing ????? . I also thought everyone working in the store was trained to pierce ears but I guess this girl is in the store as decoration b/c she sure wasn’t there as a worker . It was a very inconvenient experience .

A mish mosh of every little accessory and knick knack that teenage girls (& younger) would like.... Located inside the Bergen Town Center Mall, this staple of mainstream malls attract young girls and their unlucky parents into a vortex of unnecessary but wanted things that entirely become junk after a few days. Also a popular place for girls to get their ears pierced....

My daughter's love Claire's store, every time we go to the mall, is the 1st store they want to visit, I think it is a bit pricey, but they have nice stuff .

Busy, busy, busy but has a lot of reasonable priced items. Mostly for kids and tweens but for those of us young at heart they have some cool things. Clothes, nail polish, phone accessories etc...you'll find something, and so will they! They also have phenomenal sales!!!

Came to this Claires looking for something to buy for a 10 year old girl. Im unfamiliar with the store but Krysta dropped everything she was doing and helped me buy a bunch of fun items and I even walked out with some gifts for myself! It was a pleasant experience, didn't feel pressured like in most places and customer service was great, I will definitely be back!!!
