I have been a patient of Dr. Mercer for more than 2 years and she and the clinic is the best! Everybody at the office are so nice and make you feel like you are part of the family. Dr. Mercer was my doctor during my pregnancy and also performed my laparoscopic surgery. She really cares about her patients and so calm and patient. She listens and responds to your requests. She guides you through different alternatives. I had a high risk pregnancy and she was a God sent. She really made everything stress-free for me. I highly recommend her!

10/10 experience at this office! Dr. Mercer is amazing. She is so sweet and has the best bed side manners. She made me feel so comfortable and answered all my questions. The staff and technicians are so great as well. Appropriate wait times.

I had a very good experience with Kristen Smith PA. The staff is very polite, easy check in, took me into the room quickly. The provider was very professional, listened to my concerns and addressed everything to me. The office was very clean and organized. Good job everyone, keep up the good work!!!

They have helped me through something quite traumatic. I will always come here. Everyone is so nice, professional, compassionate, and kind. I love their ultrasound tech (she was soooooo comforting. I dont know what it is about her). Also love Arielle (smart, compassionate, comforting) and Tracey (smart, positive energy, comforting). Also, Dr. Anderson is one of my favorite doctors EVER (and I work in a hospital, surrounded by doctors). Their receptionists and medical assistants are also lovely.🩷 They're so responsive and understanding. Everything is UNBELIEVABLY fast. I'm used to waiting so long at other offices!

Great experience from front desk to being seen. Tracey was amazing and my medical assistant. They were attentive and the bed side manner was so professional and genuine. I wasn’t uncomfortable and I was given information. I appreciate zoc doc for giving me this location.

Great experience with the whole team from the system they use for communication and scheduling to the front desk and medical assistant. Dr. Daphne Mercer was impeccable. I felt like I was speaking to a friend during our visit. She's personable and has a great bedside manner. I was able to ask questions freely and she answered them all patiently. The only concern was wait time before getting an appointment but that was a testament to Dr. Mercer’s popularity and possibly due to me being a new patient. Overall happy with my experience and the fact that once in the office for my appointment, there was hardly a wait. So glad I found Women’s Health Pavillion.

I found Dr. Mercer on Zoc Doc and was not disappointed. The reviews are true! Dr. Mercer and her office staff is extremely professional, respectful and kind. From the front desk receptionists to her assistants at the back, everyone was polite, warm and welcoming. I felt very comfortable, seen and heard. A huge plus is that, my appointment was on time, Dr. Mercer came into the examination room quickly, spoke with me, explained what she was going to do and proceeded to carry out the plan.
