    If I could give them a zero for humanity and customer service, I would give them a zero, I would even give them a -10!! We requested a refund for a ticket we had purchased for my mother. Before her trip, my mother became ill and we requested to keep the ticket open. They gave us a response to that request a couple of months later when my mother had already died, and when we had already requested a refund. Today, months after the request, we are still waiting for our money to be reimbursed. There are countless times that we have requested a refund of what was paid for the tickets (by mail and by calls) but they always tell us the same thing, "wait 24 hours for a response", "wait 48 hours for a response", or "We have already contacted the airline and they have responded"...well that is all a lie!! because we have been waiting for a solution for over 2000 hours and I have personally contacted Delta several times and they tell me that there is NO REFUND REQUEST MADE FOR TAKING OFF. The only thing they can expect from me is to open a case in the Superintendence of Industry and Commerce, the Ministry of Transportation, the International Air Transport Association IATA, the Colombian Association of Travel and Tourism Agencies - ANATO. You will say "as if it were the only one we have", but your time will come to respond to the thousands of travelers affected by your incompetence and lack of responsibility towards consumers.

    Horrible service...never buy from them. I had my 5th flight cancellation while in another country. And I see now that they reduced my luggage to just one, whereas originally there were 3. And you call and they leave you on the line for more than an hour to resolve a problem. Terrible service...first and last time I buy from them.

    Not recommended for purchasing, as they can be called a travel agency if they do not manage changes and customer requests, they let the travel date arrive to cancel and force you to reschedule, the telephone service lines are disastrous, you can be one or two hours and they don't answer or if they answer they leave you waiting until the call is hung up. They are the best way to waste money and time.

    Que porquería de servicio. Llevo un mes tratando que me envíen un pase de abordar. Envié todos los soportes de pago y me dicen que no está, ingresé a hacer la compra de nuevo y me dice que está transacción ya se realizó. NO PIERDAN SU PLATA. Compren en mejores plataformas como Hopper o directo en las aerolíneas. De otra manera PAGARÁN DOBLE como me tocará a mi.

    They called me, they gave me different information than what they sent me by email. I had to cancel my flight because I tested positive for Covid so obviously I can't travel, I request the cancellation and they tell me that it doesn't apply, however they can give me an open ticket to which I say, come on it's fine. When I hung up I received completely different information, my flight was still confirmed, I changed the dates and they charged me a penalty. Honestly, it was cheaper to buy the ticket again somewhere else than to take off. Depending on when you are positive for Covid, there is no penalty.

    Of the three tickets that I bought at a cost of 600 usd they told me that they would return 25 dollars to my bank account which is unacceptable in the end they returned 3 usd. steal people without being penalized for it

    Compré un vuelo hace poco más de un año. Hice la cancelación en su debido momento y me comentaron que en 3 meses , no obstante nunca me devolvieron el dinero. Después de un año de estar pidiendo mi dinero de vuelta finalmente me devolvieron una parte, sin embargo tuvieron el descaro de cobrarme un 25% del dinero ($1.000.000 COP) por el proceso.

    In the month of March of the previous year we made a purchase of a package for 6 people (5 adults and an 8-year-old girl), a trip that could not be made due to the pandemic. On February 11 of this year we were able to contact them to take off to redeem the voucher for Avianca tickets, for which we paid a fare change amount of $1,406,350 for the 6 passengers; on February 24 and after spending hours on the phone they gave me a reservation number but only for 4 passengers, leaving two of the entire initial reservation pending; I have been waiting for more than a month for them to unify the reservation and link everyone into a single confirmed flight, but to date no one has resolved or answered me. @superintendenciadeindustriaycomercio says that through the sicfacilita page you can only manage what has to do with packages purchased to take off but that if only tickets are pending for these, as is our case, then we have to continue begging for take off to resolve it for us.     I've been dialing for two weeks and they don't answer. I called a month ago to use an open ticket and gave a date, to which they had to respond no later than 3 days, and I'm still waiting for the quote. I tried to schedule the trip through the page and they charged me a penalty, in a quote made previously, they charged a difference in fare as if I were buying the tickets again and they did not charge a penalty, which is why I defined another date, then I do not understand why if does through the page they charge a penalty but by calling they charge something different. The advertising they use is misleading, they offer facilities for changing flights and that is not the case. Finally, when opening a ticket, if or if they are going to invent something to charge an additional value to the one already paid..

    Good afternoon. We cannot allow ourselves to be robbed due to the pandemic. The last call they answered was on December 14 with the request CO-186117854636. On December 12 they called me and told me that I had until December 31 to change my flight. However, between the 14th and already they had blocked me from making any changes. After 1:40 minutes they answered me, they gave me the request and to date I have not received any response. Yesterday I called twice by cell phone with calls each lasting an hour and they did not answer me. At night I called at 2:40 minutes and I didn't receive a response either. This morning I called 1 hour and 40 minutes and neither. Someone who really intervenes, we cannot allow them to do whatever they want with us. This morning I tried to call the superintendent and they didn't even answer me. Please help

    In February 2020, my husband and I bought two flights to Europe on different airlines. Due to covid, flights were suspended. It was reported that they would only attend to urgent flights and that the rest would be attended to via the web. When we tried to change, they charged me 50% of the initial cost of the ticket in my reservation. On the other flight, a change could be made but it was pending approval. A few days later an email arrived saying that the change could not be made and that I called the Call Center, however, no one answered. However, the pending reservation continues to appear on the website and it is impossible to manage the reservation. Nobody responds, customer service is terrible. They disabled the chats, no one responds. Where is the superintendence of services?

    Too bad, I've been waiting for my refund for months, they canceled my trip and they never solved it, they always told me that I had to wait for an email to get the money back and until now I'm still waiting, they leave it on the line for 2 hours supposedly trying to solve the problem.
