If
I
could
give
them
a
zero
for
humanity
and
customer
service,
I
would
give
them
a
zero,
I
would
even
give
them
a
-10!!
We
requested
a
refund
for
a
ticket
we
had
purchased
for
my
mother.
Before
her
trip,
my
mother
became
ill
and
we
requested
to
keep
the
ticket
open.
They
gave
us
a
response
to
that
request
a
couple
of
months
later
when
my
mother
had
already
died,
and
when
we
had
already
requested
a
refund.
Today,
months
after
the
request,
we
are
still
waiting
for
our
money
to
be
reimbursed.
There
are
countless
times
that
we
have
requested
a
refund
of
what
was
paid
for
the
tickets
(by
mail
and
by
calls)
but
they
always
tell
us
the
same
thing,
"wait
24
hours
for
a
response",
"wait
48
hours
for
a
response",
or
"We
have
already
contacted
the
airline
and
they
have
responded"...well
that
is
all
a
lie!!
because
we
have
been
waiting
for
a
solution
for
over
2000
hours
and
I
have
personally
contacted
Delta
several
times
and
they
tell
me
that
there
is
NO
REFUND
REQUEST
MADE
FOR
TAKING
OFF.
The
only
thing
they
can
expect
from
me
is
to
open
a
case
in
the
Superintendence
of
Industry
and
Commerce,
the
Ministry
of
Transportation,
the
International
Air
Transport
Association
IATA,
the
Colombian
Association
of
Travel
and
Tourism
Agencies
-
ANATO.
You
will
say
"as
if
it
were
the
only
one
we
have",
but
your
time
will
come
to
respond
to
the
thousands
of
travelers
affected
by
your
incompetence
and
lack
of
responsibility
towards
consumers.
