Dr. Joseph remains professional, knowledgeable and exhibits special care for her patients (my children). Dr. Joseph personally follows up with test results and next steps. The front desk staff are professionaly efficient. The Security Officer offers warm greetings and bilingual salutations. Facility is well maintained & sanitized.

Wonderful clinic. Modern, clean and up to date on all equipment. I see my dentist there (Dr Zara), it has been a great experience, I know I'm in good hands. Staff is courteous as well, from reception to security. Kudos!

The wait was a bit lengthy, but I was a new patient. Other patients seemed to be seen quickly. Dr McKinley got right to the point, no fuss! He quickly gave me the referrals and medications I needed and I was out the door! Nice office and atmosphere! Would recommend this office 👍

Dr. Dabbs is a good doctor. She answers questions very helpful & informative. Also, she's a great listener which is rare these days. I met Dr Johnson for the first time 2 weeks ago. As a nurse and a mother of 2 young boys who have had Covid infection I was SO relieved to have landed in the hands of this fine woman. Not only is she kind, compassionate, and skilled. She is also professional, efficient, and I trust her medical expertise completely

Avoid. This place needs better staff, equipment, and leadership. The person who took my weight and height needs to be retrained on HIPAA and how patient's information should be shared on a need-to-know basis and not for a laugh with your co-workers. The person who took my blood for a blood test somehow ended up touching my hips and genital while doing it. I made an appointment through healow. Even though I've already confirmed my appointment, they sent me at least 2 emails, 2 phone calls, and 3 text messages telling me to confirm. I arrived 4 minutes early, but I was confused where to go. The sign outside says the behavior health is on the second floor, but I wasn't going to behavior health. I looked around to see where I can find the clinic, but I found nothing. I called, but it went to a phone system and I don't have the patience to listen to everything before speaking to a person. I decided to go to the second floor to ask, but it turns out that the clinic is also on the second floor. The person at the front desk does not speak clearly. I had difficulty understanding her accent. Whoever is in charge of facilities and purchased the desk for their front desk staff needs to hire a consultant. There are ways to arrange the computer and desks so that it is more friendly towards clients/patients. There was a 30 minute wait to enter the exam room and another 30 minute wait to see the doctor. After sending me numerous texts and emails and calling me about my appointment and how there's 15 minute grace period, they took my appointment an hour late. At work, I had to rush to get everything done and skip lunch for my 4:30PM appointment. If my appointment were to start at 5:30, you should tell me so I can go get something to eat first. My time is valuable too.

The dentist clinic here is great. I am grateful for both Dr.Chava and the staff for all of the dental care they have provided me. The receptionist are always so helpful with helping me book an appointment.

Dr. Emmanuel Valery is a fantastic doctor. Not only has he been taking excellent care of my mother and using proactive treatment methods but he’s also a great teacher to many new students residents who can greatly benefit from his knowledge and wisdom. I highly recommend Dr. Emmanuel Valery! 💯

The providers themselves are fine but the actual office sucks. They call themselves a low income clinic and take Medicaid plans, but clearly have something against poor people. They advertise all their different doctors and want you to get all your healthcare services in the same clinic, but won’t let you see two providers in one day. So, if you do actually see multiple doctors here, you have to come back day after day, which is the opposite of convenient. God forbid you have a job. They provide no other reason than “company policy” and “insurance” meanwhile I can see 3 or 4 providers in the same day at different clinics with no issue. Certain specialties also have a months long wait, or they call you to reschedule a previously made appointment, and then you end up with 2 in one day and they make you cancel day of. Additionally, some of the front desk staff here is awful. I called once for a refill on a prescription, which they made me spell 4 times despite the fact that it should be in my chart, and then when I actually spoke to the doctor she said she couldn’t even make out the drug because the spelling was completely butchered. Then, today when they cancelled my appointment because I’m not allowed to see a therapist and dentist in the same day apparently, the entire dental front desk staff was rude, slow, and clueless. Unless this is your only option insurance wise, it’s so much easier to go anywhere else.

I highly suggest not going here for a dentist appointment. If I could give 0/5 I truly would. I went for a teeth cleaning appointment for a second time (should’ve learned from my first visit) and it was the worst cleaning I’ve ever experienced. I don’t normally leave reviews but felt It was necessary. My cleaning was done in less than 10 minutes and not only did my teeth not feel clean, but it felt so rushed. If you’re looking for a dentist to actually care about your teeth this is not the place. The dentist don’t seem to care much about their patients and that for me is a huge red flag!

Dr.Okon is a Godsend. Working with her has been a night and day experience with other providers that I have had. She goes above and beyond to not only tackle whatever issue you come to her for but also makes competent recommendations for things to watch out for and ways to maintain good health. As a Black woman I’m sad to say that I have not always had the best care and Dr.Okon has renewed my faith in doctors. I didn’t know it could be this good. Make an appointment with her today, but that too many so I don’t have to wait too long see her;)

Thanks to all of the wonderful stuff starting with the 2 amazing young ladies at the front desk for making me feel welcomed on entry. Then the doctor and the inside staff can do no wrong in my eyes. I love coming to LaSante Health Center and so will you.

Service is amazing and timely. First doctor's office I can honestly say that they will kept your appointment. They also answered by concern and paid attention what I said was bothering me and provided options for removal putting the patience health and concerns first. I really like this office and it has a lot of positive people.

Great service. I took my kids to see NP Joseph and she was so pleasant as well as her assistants. There was no wait time. we were checked in and within 5 minutes, both of my kids were placed in the room to be seen.

This facility is really nice. All of the medical assistants are really efficient. On my first visit, a young lady named Guadaloupe took great care of me. I think she really loves what she does. Hopefully Nursing is in her future. Everyone there is very friendly and extremely helpful. The nurses and doctors really listen to your concerns. I never felt misunderstood or ignored. I had a great experience. Thank you to the whole staff. 😊

The facility is great location wise, always clean and most of the staff I've had encounters with are super kind and friendly. My reason for 3 stars is the wait time. It takes an hour (sometimes more) to be called into the exam room and even after getting your vitals done and speaking with Dr Valery students you're still waiting at least an extra hour before Dr Valery comes in. I think they don't manage/value their patients time because whenever I have an appointment at LA Sante I'm usually there for more than 2hrs. Don't get me wrong Dr Valery is a great doctor, he just need better time management.

The girls at the front desk are nice and professional. The office is clean and the wait time is not bad either. My five-star is more for the nurse practitioner Isabel Dabbs for GYN. She's awesome! She's very sweet and is easy to talk to about any concerns. When I ask her questions, she answers them. I don't feel like I'm annoying her with my questions like most doctors feel when asking questions about your own health. Most doctors want you to just take their diagnosis and advise and run with it. But, I can honestly say that's not the case with Ms. Dabbs. I would definitely recommend her to anyone for GYN visits.

I like the vibe in this place and that they offer many services. Clean and spacious. My doctors are all fine and competent as well. The problem is trying to get through. And the wait times often long when you do get an appointment. The front desk often disconnects phone calls or doesn’t pick up at all. Frustrating. There can be an unfriendly attitude there as well. The last time I needed a refill it took them two weeks and five calls to get back to me. This is unacceptable when dealing with medications. I really want to like this place. I think their heart is in the right place

The medical staff is so very attentive, patient and caring, especially the nursing staff and NP. I received a follow-up call late one evening after leaving there, because they wanted to make sure I was doing okay. But they did much more than that for me during my appointment. Even the security staff who is right there when you get off the elevator. He doesn't miss a beat and he always anticipates what I need before I even ask for it, like if the pen I was given wasn't working, or if I needed something to press on while I wrote. The place is impressively clean also. I thought that my first visit was only a onetime thing. However, on my second and third visits the medical team and security were just as courteous and attentive, and the place was just as clean. I was greeted in a friendly manner and given the best care possible.

For two weeks I was suffering, I’m telling you suffering. I couldn’t find a dentist (Reviews were terrible) and I was in agony. Yesterday I called these good people. I told the receptionist I was in great pain. She placed me on hold, when she returned she squeezed me in for an emergency visit. I showed up, I was checked in. I waited. I was then taken to the back for X-rays. It turned out I needed an extraction (Wisdom tooth). The dentist said it had to go. I didn’t fight her, it had to go. After being numbed up real good, it was over. I’m writing this review because it’s important. People complain about waiting, you are going to wait. I’ll admit, I had low exceptions, I did. I had never visited this place before. The location alone scared me. However, the entire process was great. Also the staff was friendly and warm and the dentist was exceptional. Today, I have zero pain.

Amazing clean and welcoming place! Had a horrible experience with my daughter's last DR and stumbled across this health center. I'm glad I did! My daughter's only 9months but she loves the staff here! Our doctor is extremely knowledgeable and I'm super confident here because they take their time to answer in details ALL your questions! I've never felt rushed out

Dr. Joseph along side the nurses that helped was phenomenal!!! They did an excellent job with my two-year-old she was comfortable and happy during her exam. they were very nice and pleasant. Wait time wasn’t long it was my first appointment and I was seen within 20 minutes and done less than an hour. Highly recommend!

Ever since finding this facility I have been very pleased. The service is good. The only complaint is during my second visit the medical assistant did not take vitals and insisted to the provider the vitals were taken. It was the previous patient vitals that was taken. I did not like that part. But overall it has been a good experience at this facility

LaSante is a great all-in-one clinic! Everyone working here is friendly and helpful, from the security guy (who helped to organize us when the line was becoming too long and chaotic), the receptionists, and the doctors. I’ve seen an OBGYN, optometrist, and dentist here, and each of them have been competent and kind. I’m so grateful to have a medical practice near me as great as this!

La Sante is an excellent facility to seek health care. The facility is well serviced by mass transit. The staff is friendly, courteous, and professional. The office is constantly being kept clean.

The waiting period was relatively short. The staff was courteous and professional. Dr. Valery patiently listen to my concerns and discussed his findings with me. He prescribed the appropriate medications and made recommendations. It was a very positive experience.

I gave the facility a 5 .Clean and knowledgeable doctor. But environment a 4. Patients should not be allowed to listen to their cellular phones without using earplugs. It's very disturbing if a group of people are doing it 🙄

I wasn’t keen on getting the vaccine, but the staff and security guard were very nice/informative/ and got us in and out in a timely fashion.

Place was very clean and well organized. Walk off and the elevator and welcomed by a nice guard who screens you for COVID. Wait wasn’t long. Very pleased with Dr. Isabel’s bedside manner. She was very articulate and addressed any and all of my questions. She even cautioned me about the cost and insurance issues, which I appreciate since not all providers are as transparent.

Brought my 7 yo daughter in to the dentist and had a very pleasant experience. He even gave my 4 yo son a toy after her visit. They are both very excited for the next visit in October!

I was amazed by how well everyone worked together to give patients first-rate service and very pleasant experience. When I say the doctor and all the other employees of the LaSante Health Center made me feel that I was in safe hands. I am truly grateful and won’t get that awful feeling of dread the next time I have to visit a new medical practitioner. I appreciated their follow-up and willingness to answer questions also. Everyone had great energy, was well informed and answered all my questions thoroughly. I was forgotten about for a while in the room, and some of my physical examinations were rough, but I understand things happen and not all testing is painless. Would recommend this center highly regardless.

All the stars for NP Dabbs from the women's health clinic; I've been seeing her for a few years and she has remained true and consistent with the quality of her work. It's like having a best friend who upholds HIPPA, private but advocates for you (As it should be). Would definitely recommend her.

Their dental office does not honor appointment times. I’m currently in their waiting room 45 minutes after my appointment time. Who knows how much longer I have to wait. I came right on time. This is extremely disrespectful to their patients time. I made the appointment when I did for a reason and I don’t have an extra hour to sit around and wait to be seen. I do not recommend this place!!!!

I'm happy with eye clinic and the women's health clinic. NP Dabbs is great. I don't love the dental clinic, they gave me a "cleaning" but it was very rushed and not thorough. And now I gotta wait six months to go somewhere else. The primary care doctors here are dangerously negligent. Its hard to see an actual doctor, most of their providers are NPs or PAs who don't know as much as they should. An NP there, Ofiong Okon claimed I was mispronouncing a condition I have when I wasn't mispronouncing it, she just never heard of it. But I'd rather you admit your lack of knowledge than try to gaslight me. I wanted better care so I decided to see an MD. Went to Dr. Eric Gold with a sore throat and he looked in my throat and said it looks normal and didn't even test me for strep. So I went to an urgent care and they looked in my throat and said there's a lesion and that I need antibiotics because if it bursts it could could cause complications

I love bringing my babies here. Very spacious and the front staff, doctors and nurses are all very professional and polite. That, I always value with these establishments. Glad I found this one.

I was able to book my appointment and received emails and texts to confirm and to remain my appointment. My overall experience was great, good customer service and even I had rescheduled my video appointment and they were quickly to accommodate me. Very recommended!

Dr. Mckenzie is so kind and patient. He took the time to explain everything to me instead of cutting to the chase and just giving me meds (which is what my family doctor who I had seen a week before did.) The call center and front desk is also patient and understanding and helps with everything. Great experience all around.

I called make an appointment for me and my daughter. Spoke with a receptionist name Sabrina. Although I have not yet visit the office so far very satisfied and impressed. I myself work as medical front desk supervisor at my office. I know importance and roles front desk plays in the medical field. Amongst other things we are responsible when making a great first impression. We are the first face patients see and speak to. It ultimately changes perspective and attitude towards visit for patients. With that being said, Sabrina was great at her job. Her phone etiquette, professionalism, mannerism, tone and kindness shows even through the phone. She was patient with my questions and concerns. Address them properly and the one she did not know (if the office provides ABA therapy for autistic children ) she answered honestly. She told me she didn’t know the answer however will ask and find out. Front desk receptionist often doesn’t get the recognition I feel they deserve. So I felt it was important to shine that light on her. She did a phenomenal job handling the call. Look forward to receiving a call to make my appointment for me and daughter as soon as a opening is available for therapy. ☺️

Well For my first visit I don’t have nothing to complain yet. I did appreciated the front desk they’re professionals. The nurse who checked me she has a very high medical knowledge know how to approach a patient, how to make you feel you’re not alone I like her I think that’s what patients looking for. Was very happy with LaSante. Someone told me about it and went their for vaccine. Was having a bad day and all of the staff-security, receptionists, nurses-were so kind and accommodating. Made a bad day good. Going to try them out for PCP.

My first time and I did not like that the workers were talking and left me in the exam room for a long time. Everyone scattered and left me sitting. I hope to GOD the doctor is good because if not I’m not coming back. 😡🤬

I’m disappointed in the quality of Lasante lately. The wait times are long despite coming on time, the staff is incompetent, the doctors are always on vacation and useless. They gave me a false negative test and did not bother to double check. Also, refuse to release my medical forms. There’s no way I should be waiting more than 5 days for my results. Will not be coming back to this trash place. 0/10 don’t recommend.

Took my son here to be tested for Covid & rsv almost 3 weeks ago & have been chasing the down for the results . They messed up our portals so I couldn’t look online for the results , I tried calling MULTIPLE times only to have 2 different people hang up on me & be very rude . I did end up getting his results to find out that he’s had the same Illness since May ! STILL have not spoke to a doctor about his results , been trying to get in contact since august 26th

I saw the dentist this day, she was courteous, The dental assistant was nice. I think I waited 20 minutes before I was called to go in. Everything went well until it was time to leave I was left in the dental chair had to ask what to do I wasn't given any information after they were finish with my mouth. I had to ask if there was going to be another appointment.? If I was finish? Can I get up? Imagine the tray was still in front of me . The doctor was sitting right beside me doing her notes. but I think she was done with me at that point. I think they are short of staff I was treated as a number not a patient. On leaving the dental assistant was putting 2 other patients in rooms poor thing must be over worked. But I am going to give them a 5 I don't want any trouble.

I was nervous about switching over to LaSante at first but I’m really glad I did. My kids see Dr Joseph the pediatrician who I love. VERY thorough and polite. I see the GYN Isabel Dabbs. She has also been very polite , helpful and great bedside manners. I also never have a hard time getting an appointment. The staff who make appointments are always very helpful. I would recommend.

LaSante Hath Center is very clean. Everyone I encountered the day I was there was friendly, even the security guard was welcoming. The female doctor I saw was pleasant and made me feel at ease as she listened attentively to my concerns and acknowledged them. Overall good experience there so far.

Jamila is superb. She exceeds my expectations. She is kind and patient, took her time to go over availability with me. Her customer service skills is top notch. She was able to book me for an early appointment which was absolutely wonderful, just what I needed. When I arrived for my appointment, I was put into a room in a timely manner which was great, no long wait. The medical assistant who took my X-rays was super nice, very gentle, as I was waiting for the dentist she kept coming to check on me to see if I was ok, that was very nice. And my dentist, Dr. Chaudhary, she is absolutely amazing and truly the best!!! And last but not least, the front desk representative Rebecca ask me how was my experience? That was truly refreshing. I was very happy to be able to say, thanks for asking, my experience was absolutely fantastic, no pain, no discomfort, I am happy.

Dr. Dexter McKenzie is a great physician. Take his time with his patients and go to the highest levels to ensure his patients gets every questions answered and break it down in laymen terms. Very patience with his patients. I have been with him for over 5 years and love the way he takes interest in his patients. All my family sees him and I refer all my friends and colleagues to him

Dr Castillo is a beautiful dentist as she has patience and explains herself so I understood what to expect. Angela her assistant was very caring and explained herself to me so I felt comfortable in their care. Dental department.

Having had Dr. McKenzie as my PCP for over 15 yrs has been a Godsend, he's comfortable to talk with, kind & really attentive to his patients. He's very forth coming in attending to the health of his patients. I would recommend Dr. McKenzie to anyone looking for a PCP for he cares not only about your health, but your overall well being.
