    We had such a good experience at Riverside. We called early Sunday morning and they got us in an hour later. We arrived and were seen right away. The doctor and nurse were so great with my 8 year old daughter. She was nervous and they made her feel comfortable and we’re very gentle when taking the strep swabs. The facility was very clean in the waiting room as well as the offices. We will definitely recommend!!

    I had the pleasure of visiting Optum Urgent Care in Lodi, NJ, and I must say that my experience was nothing short of outstanding. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with a warm and welcoming atmosphere, which immediately put me at ease. First and foremost, I cannot praise the customer service at Optum Urgent Care enough. The staff went above and beyond to ensure that I felt comfortable and well-informed throughout my visit. They were attentive, friendly, and truly cared about my well-being. It's evident that they prioritize patient satisfaction. The Physician Assistance I received was top-notch. They were highly knowledgeable, attentive to my concerns, and took the time to explain everything thoroughly. It's reassuring to know that you're in the hands of professionals who genuinely care about your health. Dr. Joanne deserves special recognition. She was not only incredibly skilled but also had a wonderful bedside manner. She made me feel like I was her top priority, addressing all my questions and concerns with patience and expertise. Her dedication to her patients is truly commendable. I visited Optum Urgent Care for a DOT exam required by my employer, and I couldn't have chosen a better place. The entire process was efficient, and the staff ensured that all necessary paperwork was completed accurately and promptly. I left the clinic feeling confident that I had met all the requirements for my job. In conclusion, Optum Urgent Care in Lodi, NJ, exceeded my expectations in every way possible.     Came in on a Wednesday afternoon was in and out within an hour! I’ve had mixed experiences with urgent cares but this was one of the best. Registration is easy, walked in registered with ID, insurance, few forms to sign &done! I got about three pages far in my book & I was already being called in ! Wow ! First seen by the nurse to take vitals/background about what brought me in and then I was taken into another exam room to wait for the doctor. It was only a few more minutes till I was attended by the PA & her assessment while short was thorough & to my needs. I walked out and the prescriptions were sent to my pharmacy within minutes. All in all, for me a good experience.

    Staff was friendly, professional and efficient. Online appointment booking through SOLV app is very good and can be edited, updated or rescheduled easily. Numerous information contact options. The practitioners were thorough, friendly and attentive. They asked good questions and explained suggested procedures. All had pleasant demeanor and explained each step. In the end one of my issues required a specialist with equipment not available at the urgent care facility. However, the doctor and practitioner made every effort to mitigate the issue. Overall I was pleased with the effort and concern.

    I’ve been going to Riverside before it was named Riverside. The staff is wonderful. The office is quiet and cleaned. You are treated kindly and with respect. You won’t stay more than 25 minutes tops. You will always make it to your pharmacy before it closes. That’s my favorite part. This time around I was treated by Dr. Patricia. She was down to earth, smart and had a good listening ear. She also did additional test that I wasn’t expecting but I definitely needed it. I will always come here. And I will also recommend.

    If i could give this place 0 stars I would. Waited over 2 hours for a Covid/strep/flu test. Was sitting in the waiting room with what ended up being the flu so I did not feel well at all. Lady was loudly speaking on the phone and playing with her feet. They also told me I was next and then 3 people were called before me. When i went in the room the sheet wasn’t pulled down to sit on which is unsanitary. I heard the nurses complaining because I asked how much longer.. i just wanted to know because i wanted to leave and go somewhere else. After waiting 2 hours they didn’t want to do a Covid test because my at home was negative… my insurance covers it and the test takes 2 seconds. Ended up being positive for the flu.

    I went here due to a work related injury. I had also needed to go for the same reason 8 months prior. In both cases I was very happy and satisfied. The place is spotless. My receptionists for both instances were excellent. Very helpful and friendly, willing to answer questions and give me copies of everything for my own records. The entire staff was at all times very helpful, kind, professional, and made me feel very listened to and acknowledged. They were really wonderful in every way. They never rushed me and were very caring. I wish all urgent care facilities were like this. Highly recommend.

    We needed help on Christmas day for our 5y old . Even though this facility is not pediatric specific, the staff was able to help us and treat us incredibly well. Doctor was very attentive , listened to our concerns and gave us the right treatment. Would definitely recommend this facility and thank you to all the staff that works there

    Visit to the urgent care was amazing. Everyone was very polite and the doctor and nurse were very quick, informative, friendly, and efficient. The only thing I’ll complain about is the wait time. It took an hour of waiting to be called in despite there not being many other people in the waiting. They did mention that there would be 45 min to 1 hr wait though, so I won’t take a star away for that. The doctor sent my prescriptions to the pharmacy immediately and everything else was very smooth sailing.

    This review should be more like a 4.5, but there was no option to input it as that. Today, I came in and had a good experience with the PA helping us, but there was an issue with the receptionist. She had input my mother's birth year incorrectly, and I had to wait around 4 to 5 minutes, at the pharmacy, before they prescribed the medicine again. All in all, the service was amazing, and they fixed their issue in a quick manner.

    The staff was great! I called ahead and was aware of the wait time about an hour which was fine. Appointment wasn’t necessary. Got there and waited only 40 minutes. The medical assistant was attentive and caring. Doctor Brittany Steepy was also very attentive, caring, knowledgeable, and professional. She understood my medical concerns and she took the time to explained in detail without rush. It was really pleasant to talk with her. Definitely I would recommend this facility because it’s one of the best urgent care to go for your medical needs.

    I was here when they were still Optum. I was seen almost immediately. I went back a few weeks ago and waited a bit but nothing absurd. I went yesterday and waited nearly two hours to see the ONE doctor they had working there. From the waiting room, you can see how many people were sitting around doing nothing except chatting with colleagues. From the waiting room, you could hear the nurse having one tantrum after another. It’s not professional. And having to wait two hours to see the doctor because there’s only one doctor on staff is a bit absurd. I won’t be going back.

    It was New Year’s Eve so I understand the computer system may not be working correctly. I don’t understand why they couldn’t verify my Medicare insurance though. Other patients were also having issues getting their insurance verified. So, that needs to be looked into. I requested an RSV test along with Covid and flu, but was told I did not fall into the range for testing. I’m 63 with autoimmune disease and had been exposed. I ended up at my family practice yesterday where I was diagnosed with RSV. ??

    I love It because It is connected with my doctors office so It is all in one app! You go in and get out super fast and they always fix the problem. The staff is super friendly and It is always super clean!

    It’s my first time to urgent care. They’re are all nice and fast service. She trace right away what’s wrong with me, and i feel better after i take medicine that she prescribe to me. I definitely recommend this location.

    Received quick and excellent care at the Lodi facility. I was extremely impressed with my PA Jodleen. She was kind, efficient and paid attention to my complaints. I highly recommend this location. It can get busy at times, so I always try to book ahead.

    Being able to go to this urgent care location versus having to go all the way to the VA emergency room in East Orange is a godsend. They take the VA card. It was fast professional, I was seen by an actual doctor. Diagnosed and had everything called into the pharmacy within an hour. Hopefully I don’t get sick again but at least I know I have this location.

    The staff was very friendly. I was seen by the radiology tech as well as the physician assistant. They were very pleasant and knowledgeable They took the time to speak to me about my concerns. All in all was a positive experience.

    Great place to go for a checkup when sick with convenient hours. They always follow up with you the next day or so to make sure the patient is doing well. They really care about their patients. My wife and I have been going for over two years.

    Arrived with my minor child who had a shallow laceration on a knuckle, which was bleeding steadily; and we were brought immediately into triage. The attending was really respectful toward my family, and clear about every step of treatment for the injury. The paperwork was clear, easy to provide and processed quickly. Patient was released with cleased and dressed wound with only a band-aid!

    Visited this urgent care for a rapid covid test. 1st I will start off by saying when I called to inquire abt location and business hours considering it was a holiday weekend Michelle was really nice and bubbly. When I got to the facility it was very clean and all staff that I encountered that day was awesome. I will definitely recommend this place and if need a quick visit I will come here.

    The providers have an excellent bedside manner. The provider diagnosed my issue while I was in the office but recommended I visit the ER for further evaluation and testing which I am so appreciative for. A CAT scan confirmed the provider's diagnosis and because she sent me to the ER I was able to receive the treatment and follow-up instructions that I needed.

    Chris the nurse was so welcoming and was a pleasure! Dr. Erica was just so understanding, checked me out thoroughly and remedied my problem. Optum should be proud to have a staff as competent and pleasant as Chris and Dr. Erica. I want to thank them both for taking such good care of me.

    I am only taking off a star because I checked in T noon for a 12:15pm appointment. I sat an hour and 20 min. I then get a text stating I was checked in for my appointment at 1:15pm and it was estimated that I would be seen at 2:52pm. I could see who was in front of me in the app and my husband who had an appointment at 1:45pm, I appeared to be in the queue behind him. I went to the window and the young lady called me in. I expressed my issue with the wait and I assume a tech glitch. She was nice and efficient but I just want it known that my wait shouldn’t have been that long. Fast forward. I actually liked the doc I saw. I think first initial was A. Last name was Kunis or Kunkis. Knowledgeable, professional, yet friendly and asked what my concerns were and if I was having any side effects. I would return because of this doctor. My husband went at his appointment time and he didn’t sit long for his appointment. Again, obviously an error on Riverside’s behalf.

    I would highly recommend this facility. My 4 year old daughter (who is not always the easiest patient) had an awful cough and a fever that was up and down. Took her in and had such a pleasant experience. Jenn, the manager, and her staff were amazing! Friendly, quick and efficient!! Made us feel comfortable from the minute we walked in. We then saw the PA, Jessica who made this experience super easy for my 4 year old! 5+ stars to this team!

    I had such a good experience at this urgent care. As a nurse, I have really high expectations when seeing a provider. It’s difficult to find a provider with good bedside manner who will fully listen to your concerns without rushing you. The doctor I saw was great. He listened to my concerns, did a thorough assessment and asked me if I was comfortable with the treatment plan. The wait time was minimal when I went and from what I personally saw the urgent care was ran efficiently. Other reviews complain about the wait time, but just like any other urgent care and ED there’s always going to be a wait. I will 100% return here in the future if I need to.

    This is complaint for the Lodi branch) Center manager, Jennifer, on (Tuesday 5/23/23) refused to give me a copy of my physical that I did at the Riverside center on 6/2/2022. I have never heard of a patient being denied their medical records, let alone a copy of a physical, ever. She kept retorting that my medical record is the employer’s property & “If I don’t have insurance & I didn’t pay, I should call my employer to request for my copy of the physical” a false assumption that made me show her my aetna insurance card. Realizing that I actually have Indy insurance & work in the field, Jennifer, center manager, lied to me that employers instruct them to deny patients any copy of their records. I’ve been working in this field for many years now, & doing travel for years as well & every facility that my employer sent me to get a physical or other med work done for a different hospital contract, has always given me my medical records without issue whenever I asked. Including this site so this center manager was clearly biased in making assumptions. I called my employer who confirmed that it is illegal & they never instruct any of their affiliated occupational health facilities to deny their employees/patients their medical records. & that it was odd so they’ll send me a copy & fax one to my facility as well. But I was disturbed by this exchange with a manager at Optum. Once I got verification from my employer, I asked Jennifer, the center manager, to give me contact information about her boss so I can discuss this issue with him/her….and Jennifer REFUSED! For over an hour she went to the back pretending that she does not have her boss’s contact. She kept saying bear with me I have to look for it, I don’t have it….who doesn’t have their boss’s name & contact information. She proceeded to call a bunch of other people to try and redeem herself but still refused to give me her boss’s contact information. So she refused to give me a copy of my physical, she insisted she was RIGHT for DENYING me a copy of my medical record & when I asked her to give me her boss’s contact information, she also refused. Why would she refuse if she is right?? I made it clear that I wasn’t leaving without her boss’s contact information to address this issue with her higher ups. I do understand patient rights. She threatened to call the police so I could leave without getting her boss’s contact info and I told her to go ahead at which point she didn’t call the police and handed me a sticky note with a first name (Dan) and an email but no phone number. When I tried to email this contact, she had given me an invalid email. I need to speak to someone in patient relations & this center manager’s boss about this issue. I did not appreciate the treatment I received at this site by this manager. & I’m reaching out here prior to contacting the VP & CEO since she clearly did not want me to have her management’s information.

    Honestly all of the staff were doing their work so proficiently and was super sweet as well. The doctor, bless her heart, was honestly so gentle and took her time, really made me feel so relaxed and comfortable. I wish I remembered her name, honestly the most soft spoken, caring doctor I experienced, I did go today a few hours ago and my dad and I can’t stop talking about how patient and professional she was.

    I had a dog bite, and I was extremely concerned, the staff was wonderful. They were nice, very patient, kind and empathetic. They're wasn't a long wait, the facility was spotless, I received excellent care & would definitely recommend Riverside to anyone.     I am glad I waited to be seen. Front desk staff was great. Although the wait was long, I was satisfied with the quality of care. The male nurse was professional, kind, and efficient. He apologized for the wait and explained he was the only nurse. Then, I was attended by Jessica D., PA. She was also great. She was nonjudgmental, empathetic, and all of the above.

    I’m there always early. I’m normally 1st or second person to be seen in the morning. I love going early as there normally no wait. There are times I am there at 8 and I am waiting for the doctor but it’s not long. It is a breeze in and out. Office is clean. For the most part the staff has been friendly and efficient. As my test post, I see it on my chart before the doctor comes in. Overall…I have had several good experiences. I just had one incident where I got there a half hour before they closed and I could see the doctor telling the receptionist not to except me ( not sure why)so I ended up going to the ER. I was very upset as I was not well. Now I wait until the morning. It is impossible for a same day appointment with my general practitioner ever since Covid. This office is associate with her practice this is why I continue to go. I only had that one incident every other time they have been great. I would still recommend. Hopefully my incident was the isolated one and is not there normal.

    I had a great experience with my son. Jennifer and her team made my sons visit easy and kept him comfortable. They had us in and out of there in a timely manor but were also very thorough. My son left there happy (even with an ear infection) as they cheered him up with stickers and pop it’s. The entire team was great and we will absolutely use them again.

    I gave 3 stars and I would have given all 5 stars but the problem at the end of my visit caused unnecessary stress. I went in with a bad infection on a Sunday, I spoke with the doctor and requested that the prescription be sent to the CVS. The office sent the medicine to the wrong pharmacy and this pharmacy was closed. I needed my medication immediately because of the amount of pain I was in. I has to return to the office and beg for some help. All the doctors were gone however the nurse and receptionist were able to figure a way for me to get the medication that night. They really helped me a great deal. But this is not the first time this mistake has happened with me. It seems they have an old pharmacy on my file and as many times as I have requested this to be changed they still have not updated the information.
