The groomer asked for an additional charge just because our cat did not seem to behave while getting groomed. We have used this place for years but this unprecedented rude ask seems to say farewell to this groomer.

Had my havanese puppy groomed today for the first time. . Kim was incredibly gracious and accommodating. When I picked up my puppy he looked amazing. He explained why he groomed my puppy a certain way and why it was best. It’s nice to have found a great professional groomer who’s pricing is also very fair.

The owner is very kind always smile face. What I love this place is that I can clearly watch inside, so I can see how my dog is doing good. Every time he checked whether I am satisfied what he did, and whenever I have any small asking, he directly brings my dog back and fix details. Thank you !

I simply adore their work! I have taken my two puppies to a couple of groomers and by far they are the best. They do what you ask them to do and take good care of the pups. Their work is excellent. Very reasonable.
