This hotel is disgusting! The room had a strong smell of musk. There was snot on the torn curtains and stains on the moist bedding. The wall are thin and we could hear the neighbors private time. The parking lot was flooded with unsavory souls/zombies. I wouldn’t leave my worst enemy at this place. And they tried to charge me twice for that hostel space. Nasty nasty nasty!

Smelled, room was definitely unclean. There was no phone just a bundle of wires. We didn't even stay or bother changing room and well even complaining. There was no point the condition of the halls then our room said it all. We called it a wash and kicked our self for not reading the reviews first. Lesson learned!

Very SKETCHY area. Druggie hotel!! Did not feel safe here at all!! The room was filthy there was stains & a WET spot on the bedspread I asked for a new one I was told housekeeping had gone home & it would not be replaced he tried to give me a sheet the cover it WHAT?? The bed also did not have a bed skirt so the mattress was exposed. The fridge did not work. The property had a strong smell of Middle Eastern food for the small amount of time I was there my luggage still reeks of it!! I left & went to a cleaner safer place. I would NOT recommend this property to anyone!!

This hotel has improved a ton since I stayed here in 2016/2017. The room remodels have made it feel so much nicer and cleaner. The bed is the most comfortable hotel bed I've ever slept in. Some rooms have a couch!! It's just so much different than my first stay. It's not perfect, but for the price I don't think you can beat it.

First impression of this place was the druggy looking people staying here, and not the best customer service. The room smelled like dog. The bathtub was horribly dirty and stained with who knows what. Wouldn’t dare showering in there. The curtain in the room was dirty… and overall other little areas of the room were clearly not cleaned properly. The bed did appear clean but that was about the only thing. We paid $60 dollars for the night…was it worth it? NO. Unless you’re desperate and have no other options I will say it’s worth spending a little more money to stay in a cleaner more family friendly place.

If i could give 0 stars i would. The room was FILTHY. I had took my stuff in with my kids and we left not noticing how gross it was. No one swepted the room, the blanket had a huge white stain, the other blanket on the other bed was ripped. Ridiculous! There was dead bugs on the floor on the side of the bed. My daughter also stepped on glass! The counter top in the bathroom had dried blood. The morning manager would do nothing to rectify the situation. He did not care at all. Worst place to rent a room, DO NOT DO IT. It might be cheap but its gross.

I will keep making reviews and exposing this business until they issue a refund. I really hope the manager reaches out, because otherwise I will have to post the photo evidence online. Bodily fluids left all the walls, uncleaned sheets, smoke detector was detached from the wall (which is against federal law). The TV and multiple lights were broken, as well as the sink that had just been taped back together. The beds only had one pillow, and with all of the these things combined it seems this place is a front for something more sinister. When we politely asked for a refund the receptionist refused saying that she couldn’t because we had been there for 40 minutes. I reserved these two rooms for me as well as my friend who is pregnant, so it took a while to get all of our stuff up to the room and take pictures of how disgusting it was. When I asked for manager information the reception told us she could not give his name, and gave us a phone number for him. We call the phone number and it was the hotel next door, not the manager. She also said this same situation has happened on many occasions, and multiple people have called the police so maybe this manager should have his license revoked. There are multiple health and safety code violations and it is the worst hotel I have ever been to.

The staff was very nice. The 3 night stay was horrible. The second night the fire alarm went off twice during the middle of the night. The walls are so thin we could hear the people next door fighting all day and night. The mattress needs to change changed as it was hurting our backs from the sagging. We got 1 towel and hand towel, no washcloth. Had to go ask for another towel and washcloth.

I enjoyed my stay here. It was very clean with lots of free samples. Wifi was good in my room, which was 302. My son was able to game on his laptop without issue, and we connected our Roku to the tv via wifi as well. The pool was kept clean and warm with lots of towels available. Staff was diligent and happy to help with requests. Plus, this motel has great prices! Win win! Would recommend!

The place is terrible! The room smelt like a hot fart in the summer.Had to have my kids wear shoes in fear of stepping on a dirty needle! Bed sheets had cigarette burns in them and the tv didn't work. Not to add bathroom filthy! Overall if you like the smell of meth and domestic violence, then this place is for you.

Rating this hotel with two stars is being generous. One of our beds had dirt and hair on the sheets (which we had to change ourselves). The floor was sticky. The room was just filthy. I would prefer to sleep in my car next time if this were the only other option.

The condition of everything was really bad, light not working, broken thing, bed cover full with holes from burn, coffee maker missing part not working, AC missing part impossible to adjust and open from plastic case, tv not adjust to easy use, plugs not working, refrigerator with old stuff left behind, Horrible smell at Dirty Bathroom with out light. Poor clean situation all over establishment and room. So disappointed for over $100 the night

We booked 2 rooms for the concert in town. 2 days before the concert I received a call that they cancelled my reservation due to overbooking. We were driving 6 hours for the concert so not having a room was not an option. No other hotels were available either. They then called me an hour later and “had 2 cancellations” and could book me for triple the rate. They would not honor the rate I was originally booked for. When we got there, the hotel was dirty, smelled like stale cigarettes and comforters had burn holes in them. There was a bloody (?) handprint on the bathroom door. Worst place I’ve ever stayed.

This place was the worse place I have ever been to. The door looked like someone tryed to break in it before. And the fridge had freon bubbling out and then the tall lamp didn't work at all. The bed was hard and the floor was dirty. There was writing all over the lamp. And I payed $112 + a deposit witch was $50 they said they will give back. And hasn't done so. Do not go to this place!

Feeble attempt at a remodel. The white paint is sloppy with white paint dots all over the floor. a The smoke detector was still covered with a plastic bag to keep it from being painted (I think) but we didn't see it til morning - very dangerous. Room smelled funny and the cleaning was half-@$$. Rude staff. Remote control was a bit of a puzzle shouldn't have to figure out which "input" on a TV in motel room. There was hot water with a new shower head. How did I know? Tag was stlll on it. No freezer space in the fridge. Bed and pillows were soft.

The bathroom was not clean. The sink had cheerios down the drain from a previous owner and there was a clump of hair in the shower. The toilet was backed up and I had to unclog it myself. The towels had holes and were over worn! The floors still had a ton of dust and the bedding was not made well! AC did not work! I was dying throughout the night! Through my travels this was the worst hotel I have been in! The only plus was the front desk attendant who was very welcoming and professional. Apparently they have a $50 extra charge fee that was not on the website or I could not find it so it was in little print! I put quiet below due to realizing that no one else was staying there!

Don’t be afraid of all of the negative reviews. Sure it’s not the most cleanly hotel, but what do you expect for such a great price? This hotel is perfect for a nights rest after traveling. I wouldn’t suggest staying here for too long if you’re big on cleanliness but if you’re tired and need rest this place is perfect. It’s right off the freeway, right next to a gas station, the beds are comfy, there’s tv, coffee, fridge, microwave. We got a nice lounging couch too. For the price it’s exactly what you’d need and expect! We were happy with our stay.

This hotel rips you off beware of . required supposedly refundable deposit so you never get a cheap room price and they always keep the deposit. When you call someone in a foreign voice quickly says “call bank” and hangs out up so you call and dispute it with your bank and weeks later it’s an authorized charge and most people just let it fly this is what they bank on. Shiesty service sucks, seedy people run it, a lot of mis going one here. Not a good vibe. Lots of way better choices and options with integrity. Don’t stay here

When I pulled in there was nowhere to park luckily I had my mother's handicap plaque and almost had to use it but we went to get something to eat and by the time we got back there was 1 spot open. We finally got to the room after having it be a little sketchy outside people wandering around at 3:30 in the morning.... anyways the room is disgusting, the floors were sticky and the curtain covering the window has red and brown stuff on it...I don't know what it is...I will never stay here again if I would have known it was this bad I personally would have just slept in my car....beds were decent to sleep in after I got over my phobias. Also when we walked in the door of our hotel room the toilet seat was up like a man had peed in it and left it up... and I payed for another night not knowing what the condition of the hotel state of conditions. Have a wonderful day.

The staff was very helpful with the TV and quick to help us. There is a 50 dollar cleaning deposit Expedia doesnt tell you about but it's not that bad especially since the nightly rates are are very low. The rooms were decent clean enough only complaint I have is the bed is like sleeping on a brick the couch in the room ended up being more comfortable. the AC also is struggling to keep up but water was hot room was clean free wifi and TV and the interstate noise really wasn't noticeable.

We needed a quick hotel for the night and found 2 SYRINGES when I slightly scooted the nightstand to plug-in my cell phone and all night long there were people yelling. The plus is yes there is a bed to sleep on, is it clean? who even knows. It was all around gross. I don't know how this place has not been shut down. It is a definite zero stars for me 👍

No frills and always finding a good price with apps. Front Desk staff is friendly and helpful. It's got a reputation for illegal activities. I haven't noticed any since my stay for a week now. For me I don't care what goes on here. None of my business. It's a quiet place that's clean and affordable and I get a nights sleep.

The location of the hotels right next to the freeway and it's walking distance to a gas station. The rooms are old, this hotel is very old. The beds are very old and very worn out. The outlets you can't use them. Because you're plugged fall right out of them. There's rust in the shower Has mildew on the walls. The mirror in the bathroom is almost falling off the wall. This hotel needs a major remodel.

A person by the name of Roi or Roy Patel was **incredibly** rude over the phone to me. Upon reading the overall reviews of this establishment, I guess it explains everything. Do yourself a favor, don't stay here.

Terrible that I can't even get a REMOTE CONTROL or have the counters wiped off, floors swept at least, definitely not swiffered on these cold fake wood floors. Just a mean terrible staff, and housekeeping boys that won't do their job. Disgusting trashcan, used washcloth hanging from the shower rod, and a filthy bathtub. Boise tear this place down.

Pictures online are not the actual rooms. No Pool. Pool is next door in another hotel as is the restaurant and bar pictured. They had peel and stick floors in hallway and rooms that are coming up and duct taped down in spots. Our lotion bottles were already used and only half full, no kleenex, dirty towel that was hard and crunchy. Only one bath towel. Lights in bathroom had no cover, bulbs exposed. I wondered if the beds even were changed! Very run down! Outside there were some sketchy people hanging by the doors, crack heads! Back doors were not locked so they went inside as they pleased. Overwhelming smell of spices and food were almost unbearable. Room was overly scented with air freshener, not good stuff either. Couldn't get out fast enough. No refunds or discounts were given upon asking. False advertisement for sure!

America's Best Value Inn and Suites is a dump. Its location is horrible and the location even worse. A good place to find illegal substances and find a friend for the night I imagine. That being said, the price is right and its close to the Boise airport so if a quick cheap roof over your head type of scenario then Best Value will work for you just fine. 2 stars.

Every little detail during my visit was a complete disappointment. This was a cheap stay while we were passing through town. Thank goodness I only stayed one night. Noticed several issues upon first entering my room: - Paid for 2 double beds, but instead was placed in a room with a queen been and fold out couch - The living room lamp was not working - Cable was not working, so TV was pointless - There were two refrigerators in the room, and neither worked - I checked the cabling for the appliances and noticed a rats nest of cable. Several cables unplugged and outlets broken. I went to take a shower and was disgusted by the conditions: - My towels had stains on them and random hairs - The Lotion, Shampoo, and Conditioner bottles provided were already have used I spent $50 for one night, so I guess I can't complain. I should have expected poor quality for the cheap price. I would highly recommend spending the extra $20 and staying at the Super 8 across the street instead.

I will say the desk clerk was very polite. First room we were given had a large barking dog in the one next to us. Actually several barking dogs were on that floor. We were moved further down the hall to a quieter area. Our new room had a dirty, sticky floor as there was no carpet, probably due to the pet allowances. The table leg was broken. Someone came to fix it. The refrigerator did not work. We asked for one that did work. That was not addressed. We asked for pillows and a blanket. We were told to go to Ramada next door and they would provide bedding to bring back. Apparently one owner holds both properties. Bathroom drains were all slow. Toilet needed to be flushed several times to clear waste. After showering with a shower head set for someone shorter than five feet, tub took a good 20 minutes to empty. TV had only limited stations. No movie channels as most hotels offer. Selection was not very good. Holes in window drapes were repaired with packing tape. Overall we would not stay here again. The area in general was very seedy. Obvious drug addicts were on and around the property everywhere. For $1400 someone can live there monthly. I would recommend you don't stay here at all!

I was experiencing some hardship when I initially arrived. I appreciate the kindness of the management staff. They were patient, professional, and understanding of my situation. The room was clean, quiet and everything was in working condition. Would stay again.

Do not stay here!! We walked into our room and it was discussing there was beer bottle caps all over the floor. We walked in the bathroom and there was mold and the tub and sink we’re discussing. The beds are dirty and have burn holes in the sheets. The person at the front desk was really rude and tried telling us we couldn’t have our own service animals. We also went to go get more towels and they told us that we couldn’t. Go spend a little more money and get a better hotel.

NOTE: I would strongly suggest not staying here if you have kids. also, always go to your room thru the main lobby. the motel is older and could use some upgrades. I stayed here because it was cheaper than anywhere else (about $20 cheaper than motel 6 boise). but it was definetly worth what I paid. not as clean as most chain motels but certainly acceptable to me. if you are a VALUE oriented traveler with no kids, I would consider it as an option. I do think some of these negative reviews are overblown. I run a business myself and online reviews has a big effect on my success. price of hotels have jumped quite a bit since the pandemic hit. and a lot of travelers are looking for any excuse they can find to leave a negative feedback (everything has to be absolutely perfect because right now motels are very pricey in many parts of the country). to them, feedback has become a weapon to punish businesses who they think are charging to high a price. it should be used as a tool to help travelers decide what motel best suits their needs.

I've been camping for the past couple weeks and I found more insects in the bathroom then in most of my campsites. Mostly everything in the room seemed cleaned to the bare minimum requirements. The bed was about as good as my air mattress as well. My room was quiet however and the location is great, just off the interstate. It also seemed to have been sloppily remodeled lately, so at first glance everything looks pretty good in the room, just don't look too close or you'll spot flaws left and right. (For example, the fake wood lament floors seemed loose and makes a noise when walking across the room.) They are pet friendly but don't have any grass for dogs, there is some across the road though. Also they want to know your pets weight at check in, I've stayed at many hotels all over the US, with my dogs, and no one's ever asked that before.

Where do I begin? There really isn't anything positive I can say about our stay here. It was an extremely busy weekend with State events and this was the best we could do at over $200 for the night. We got a partial roll of toilet paper and two bath towels (for 4 people) and no carpeting anywhere in the motel. We began asking for additional blankets at 8 p.m. We made a second request at 10. At 11 two blankets were delivered. This is clearly a last resort option.

Would give this place a negative 5. Worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in. My bed was dirty it literally smelled like sweat. Room was filthy. Would not recommend. Spend the extra couple bucks to not get a disease or lice or any other pests that are likely crawling across your body at night staying at this hotel. Parking lot is not it. Hotel in general is not the one. STAY SOMEWHERE ELSE PERIOD.
