    I’d give zero if I could lol. Screaming. Crying. Throwing up. I placed an online order at 6pm and was told it would be ready at 8pm. I get there and I ended up having to wait an extra thirty minutes for my food, I get it it’s a busy weekend. I drive home and bite into my clucks and fries and I’m greeted with literal RAW CHICKEN. I immediately called the restaurant and waited five minutes on hold to talk to a manager—Matthew. I explained the RAW CHICKEN situation and he didn’t seem sorry at all, in fact he sounded like this was truly the least of his concerns. All he could tell me was he would communicate this issue to his kitchen team and issue me a refund on the RAW CHICKEN. He literally said to me “other than that I don’t know what you want me to do”. His attitude was completely dismissive and like he didn’t seem to care that his restaurant was serving RAW CHICKENS to their guests. Severely disappointed with the food and customer service.

    Had a great curbside pick up experience Sunday night! Ordered for 8 which is always a gamble as we almost always never get the order perfect. But RR did good! I arrived when they said I should and after calling, they came out a min or 2 with our food! Thanks to Nick for his quick and friendly service! The food tasted great! Also, if u want RR but don't wanna miss out on the extra fries, u can order extra fries with each burger and it's free! So cool! Thanks for a great experience! ‐---------------- UPDATE SEPT 2022 Came here for my 50th birthday party dinner. There was 20 of us in all and April was our server. April was AWESOME! She was attentive to our needs, responses were quick, and the team that helped was great. Thank you April and RR for making my birthday dinner a special one! 🎊🎉

    Absolutely loved Donatos Pizza The Works! Would have given a 5 , but was a late delivery by 8 mins and not hot, but not cold either! Best pizza 🍕 around Nampa in my book! Tried many-

    We had a horrible experience at this location, was on a trip with the family and this outing led to a horrible dinner. The waitress did not know what was going on, I do not know if it was her first day or not. Which I do not know why she would be on her own if that was the case. We had to keep repeating and repeating what we wanted, so a situation that normally takes 2-3 minutes, lasted over 15 minutes. After waiting for our food to arrive at our booth, which at this moment I realized I should have listened to my 5 year old and went to McDonald’s instead.... 1. My wrap was horrible, chicken slimy, lettuce was mushy and was just horrible. A lunch-able inside a tortilla would have been a more enjoyable food choice. 2.I also purchased boneless wings for the table, it was gummy, 100% cold, felt like it was sitting in the freeze right before it hit my table. 3. Wife had a salad, which looked like the lettuce you would get at the supper market sitting in the back for the last month. Wilted, slimy, horribly brown lettuce. THE ONLY REASON THIS IS GETTING A TWO STAR AND NOT ONE STAR, is because the drinks we ice cold and the fries were perfect like normally you would expect from this establishment. Will be passing through next month, I am torn if I want another eatery or have a round two to see how much worse it could get.

    We were seated at 7:35pm and waited for 15 minutes before we were even greeted by our server. In that time we watched another two tables be seated and receive drinks and orders taken. Once we ordered, it was about a 45 minute wait til we received our food. (I understand this due to their staffing issues.) During our wait for food, we saw our server one time. Once food arrived, it was very dry. We had asked our server to refill drinks and it never happened. My husbands alcoholic drink didn’t even have alcohol in it. The environment was very dirty and the table only seemed to be wiped off not cleaned as it was still sticky and sauce still on it. This is the most disappointing visit I have ever had here.

    I ordered an adult clucks n fries for 15.00 it was 9:50 pm. Yes they close at 10:00 and the service was so very friendly. I must say the size of the 4 chicken tenders n fries was the size of a kids meal. The chicken tenders were so little.. I suggest that the new food supplier be changed. Red robin you should buy your chicken tenders from winco or go to their deli to remember what because those are some nice BIG CHICKEN TENDERS, like you use to sell. The manager was an absolute angel. So nice and professional and fixed what she could.

    I took my son there for dinner. We were relaxed. Nobody was trying to push us out right after we ate like so many places do. Our server was excellent, anticipating our every need. We'll definitely be back. You have the BEST specialty burgers. Thank you for a great night.

    Our server Lex was cool. We have literally never before left a restaurant without eating our food. Burgers were disturbingly wet (?), cold, raw in the middle. Had to ask for silverware, napkins, utensils, and waters, which I thought was kind of weird. The fries tasted like the oil hadn't been changed in about 4 years. Very weird and confusing experience aside from the nice server. Could have had a better experience at McDonald's I reckon.

    Food was excellent. I am indifferent to the atmosphere, but I appreciated that the music is at an appropriate volume to allow for casual (rather than yelled) conversation. I typically have very good service, but I also have had poor service one or two times. I don't hold it against the servers or the restaurant for those occasions, as people have off days, and it is difficult to be engaging on off days. I've not had incorrect orders, and the food is always awesome!

    I hadn't been here in a year or so, but last I remember the burgers had at least a little bit of seasoning. Unfortunately the highlight of this experience was the onion ring tower and that's likely because they were just off the sysco truck. It was a disappointment and I likely will never eat at a Red Robin ever again. Our server was polite and attentive but also seemed to want to rush us out the door, I get that in the covid times it was acceptable to just phone it in send the food, but 3 years later???? Seriously have just a little pride in what you are microwaving and serving to people..

    I drive a lot of places, and I just love leaving reviews for places I go to and they treat me so well even though I'm not technically a customer. Thank you so much for being so kind to me! Michelle went out of her way to see you too, and the hostess make sure I had water from my pup. I think it's lovely when people show each other kindness and consideration, and these lovely people went above and beyond their customer service to show a little kindness to somebody and I think that speaks volumes. Thank you so much for being so kind and I look forward to stopping in again soon.

    The mozzarella sticks appetizer was pretty cool looking and delicious as well. We shared a chicken dish with some salad and I didn't care for the sauce on the chicken but my husband thought it was okay. It was nice that they split the dish for us in the kitchen.

    Usually I love Red Robin... Tonight, not so much. I could tell the patty on my burger was old... It had that.. shrunken... Matte look to it... The burger was a little warmer than room temp. I was starving, so I ate it. Fries were.. wet. Fries shouldn't be wet. Couldn't finish those. Yikes.

    First off our waiter was great. Drinks were always full. Food came out hot and the order was correct. I had the teriyaki chicken sandwich. The place was very busy and had a long line. We used call ahead seating to avoid the wait.

    Great environment and food. Depending on how busy it is, the staff will be in a bit of a hurry and may miss what you ask for but they are very nice and professional. Food is always great but the prices can be a bit high.

    Prices have gone up substantially, $35-40 for two burgers and fries is pretty insane. The food is good but I wouldn’t say it’s good enough to spend $15 on a burger. We used to visit pretty often but we go maybe once every six months now at the most. You’d think with take out they’d give you a decent amount of fries since it’s bottomless for the same price when you dine in, but they tend to give a handful of cold fries and call it good. Getting a little money grubby to sum it up. I paid an extra dollar for the little sauce container pictured, lol. The staff is nice when they run the food, just hard to justify the prices.

    Well I’ll just say that they were having staffing issues today so we used to come here a lot and it was great at that time pre-Covid and I’m sure things will get back the food was delicious so that’s really what matters our waiter wasn’t very busy and also wasn’t that attentive which made it hard because the people that came in with us got the lady in the next row that was fabulous and checked on them all the time. We had to send for him just to get napkins. Snd everything. the fries were good -fry sauce is phenomenal. They have a special fry sauce.I had some kind of chicken and broccoli and he had a whiskey BBQ hamburger. No real problems just wasn’t the greatest on this visit.

    I try really hard not to give one-star reviews. This one probably could’ve justified it but they did do some things well. Ultimately my problem with my most recent experience (and multiple before it) was that there was no effort to fulfill the “bottomless side”. In this particular case we got ONE side. It was NEVER refilled even once. We asked a couple of times and it was “almost ready” after 20 minutes. Both my wife and I had side salads. No cooking involved. I can’t imagine there is much prep work in a side salad— especially if they anticipate it to be bottomless. When the waitress finally came back to our table and we asked about it she kind of sheepishly grinned and said, “yeah it’s probably close” and we just said, “well it’s been 20 minutes so you can cancel it”. So she just said, “okay”. No effort to apologize or try to save the experience, just like a relief that we weren’t asking her to go get another one. Like I said, this has happened before with fries being a tiny amount and them never coming back to get you more. It is a marketing angle that really just helps them justify a $15 burger that’s just okay. In my case this last burger was cold but I won’t go there in this review. There are way better burger experiences out there for the same price!

    Super friendly staff, waitress seated us right away. Service seemed to be like an organized assembly line - one waitress takes your order and another one brings it out to you, so you don't have to wait very long for your food. I ordered the crispy chicken sandwich, and it was delicious! My only complaint is that it was a little dark in the bar area where they seated us. It was quiet and not very crowded. I was hoping for more light and excitement. There were TVs playing football but I couldn't hear them, so it felt like a negative energy in that area.

    Me and my boyfriend ordered Mr Beast Burger from here through uber eats. We got a double burger and a triple burger. Both of these had HALF patties instead of full patties. So the 2 patty burger only really had one patty and the 3 patty burger only had 1.5 patties. We called and the Manager Michelle answered. She then proceeded to lie and say that the half patties are how they are always made and those are the rules for Mr beast burger. We have ordered Mr beast burger many times from this restaurant AND others and have NEVER gotten half patties. She continued to lie insisting that this was how it's supposed to be. After we called Mr Beasts support itself and they confirmed that they are supposed to be WHOLE patties not half patties. They were not happy to hear this restaurant is not performing up to Mr beasts standards and processed our refund immediately. Having a liar as a manager is not a good look for this company. Edit: It is the next day now and both me and my boyfriend woke up with horrible stomach pain. Sweating, vomiting, horrible bathroom trips. So we got half patties AND food poisoning. Will not be ordering from here again.

    Red Robin has been one of our favorites over the years. However, we haven't gone lately because the last few times were pretty slow experiences. Tonight, we had a gift card and a birthday burger so we took a chance. I'm so glad we did! I don't know if management changed, or what has happened, but there was plenty of staff, we didn't have to wait when we arrived, and the service was great. And of course, the food was delicious! Thank you!

    The food never changes from location and location so that passes just fine but anytime I've come here it's tends to take way longer than expected to get my food whether to go or to dine in. Walked in today at 5, ordered a single burger at 5:07 and there was not a soul waiting and immediate seating. Waited till 5:40 before asking where my burger was only to have the gal checking find it sitting ready to go with no one checking to get it to me. I love cold fries as much as the next guy /s but come on... Again food is fine and nothing amazing, but Red Robin feels like it's dying anywhere you go in Idaho

    They've definitely raised their prices. For one free kids meal, three hamburgers, two milk shakes, soda and iced tea it was $62 for lunch. I used to be able to go there for around $50 for me, husband and three kids for dinner. Two of which eat adult meals. Today it was me and my three kids. We did enjoy our food and I really like that they have gluten free buns.

    My husband love this place, so, when we got back from Washington DC after he & the Veterans were honored by " Lone Eagle Honor Flight" we stopped by Red Robin to have lunch. Nate & Haley made time to talk to him & thanking him ( Darrell) of his service to our country. To top it, our meal was free! The manager, the staff are awesome! Best place to eat! Thank you Red Robin staff for honoring my husband ❤ 🇺🇸 Elena

    We were told that it would be a 50 min wait, but only waited 30 or so. We ordered almost right away and got our food and apps super fast. They were short handed though and I'm not totally sure who my waitress was. We were checked on twice by 2 different people and it was after we asked for something from someone else. They had some great team work and I hope they can get more staff. I've always enjoyed this restaurant and hope to try them out again in the future with some better service.

    I'm not a fan, never have been. However my wife likes this place for some reason. Went by on a Tuesday at 5pm for dinner and was told 30 to 35 minute wait, for take out if we ordered right then would be 30-35 minute wait. We left. Thursday my wife still wants some burger veggie wrap thing. We order. Says will be ready in 18 minutes, we live about 15 minutes away. Food not ready upon arrival. Another 10 minutes waiting and finally got food. Paid $11 for the pig out burger that turned out to be smaller than a Big Mac. At least the food tasted good.
