nightmare
Been
calling
them
over
and
over
again
regarding
my
refund
to
only
received
the
same
response
or
no
response
at
all
regarding
my
booking
3925247
&
3925262.
Worst
is
I
had
to
pay
unnecessary
credit
card
charges
for
over
2
months
for
those
amount.
This
is
so
devastating
that
I
had
to
chase
other
people
just
to
get
back
my
money
back.
Hoping
that
Rehlat
can
act
upon
what
has
been
promised
in
the
first
place,
to
process
the
refund
money
within
2-3
working
days!
Bad
service
&
untrustworthy
We
made
a
booking
with
Rehlat
on
9
July
(booking
#1036298
&
#1036304)
but
never
got
the
ticket.
We
called
they
said
they
couldn’t
retrieve
the
ticket
hence
promised
us
they’ll
be
processed
within
2-3
working
days
and
should
be
credited
within
1-2
weeks
maximum.
Here
we
are
1.5months
and
countless
of
calls
after
haven’t
received
any
payment
yet.
Every
time
I
called
they
promised
to
speed
up
the
process
&
will
update
the
refund
status
within
24hours
via
email
but
there
was
no
email
received
for
any
of
the
calls
that
were
made!!
Rehlat
management,
please
do
something
here!
You
cannot
treat
people
like
this,
do
we
need
to
keep
begging
to
get
our
own
hard
earned
money?
How
many
more
complaints
should
we
make
before
we
can
receive
the
refund
as
promised??
