    Keep away from this agency! i made a hotel reservation with the id RGL824337 on the 19/6/2022 with a free cancellation. i successfully canceled my booking on the 23/6/2022 (within the free cancellation period) and i should get a full refund of 719 euros. I contacted them and they confirmed that the cancellation was made and that i would get my refund within 7 business days. It has been a month and a half and i still haven t got a penny of my money. Meanwhile i contacted them twice and they said that they would put the matter on high priority and they would get back to me with the details but after three weeks still nothing. Don t trust them. if i could i would marked them with no stars at all!!!!! BEWARE

    Even 1 Star is too much to be given to REHLAT as they are highly irresponsible people and that can only be possible when their boss is always sleeping and employees are are left to spoil their customer's experience. I booked 2 tickets on their portal for my elderly parents from Delhi to Muscat (Oman Air Flight) and received a confirmation from them through an email. Once my parents reached airport they were informed that there is no booking for them and then I started calling their CC team in Oman. These people first of all do not know to speak in English and whatever they could speak were highly unprofessional and were having no answers for this problem and were only insisting to wait for a mail from their reservations team which I never got. My helpless parents missed their flight and were stranded on airport for several hours until I managed to book next flight which was 10 hours later than this one. On top of that they do not have their managers or supervisors on top of them who can give a solution. Their customer service is ridiculous and I am registering a case against them in consumer forum. I will not spare these guys. My Booking ID is - 46214 Who is responsible for giving too much of mental stress and waiting for 10 hours outside the airport in this scorching summer heat?. How this blunder mistake can happen. And you simply said alternative flight was given.... it is a solution??? Your reservation team do not even bother to book ticket and reply for hours..

    Very disappointing !!. I’m going through a bad experience and regret for booking ticket through this agency. My reference #1861753. Ticket was canceled in December 2021, refund was due after 90 day in March 2022, sill I’m struggling to get it after many months & many follow ups. No response or calls from them. They keep quite. Only you have to call them and increase your blood pressure. Call center will calmly raise a request and the process will get further delayed. Don’t deserve stars.

    Horrible worst service would still be an understatement for this company. I booked a round trip Dubai to Thailand for 10th Apr 2020 booking ID 1673926. I received notification that flights were cancelled due to the pandemic. By default I should get my refund which I have not received till date. I have called the helpline sent several emails and the only response I get is the ticket is created and we will update. We are following up with airlines we will update.. that’s all I get for 2 years. Now I receive a call saying pay Aed 100 for full refund. I have never heard of consumer paying to get their own refund. This looks like another money making scam. I tell them deduct AED 100 and then do the refund but the response is unfortunately that is not possible. So either way I don’t get my refund. This is how they treat their customers. I will never ever trust Rehlat and I have already told my friends and family about the whole experience and never to deal with Rehlat. Am sure the response for this will be that unfortunately without paying the processing fee we cannot refund thank you for waiting 2 years and 5 months.

    Update: 2 months of nightmare Been calling them over and over again regarding my refund to only received the same response or no response at all regarding my booking 3925247 & 3925262. Worst is I had to pay unnecessary credit card charges for over 2 months for those amount. This is so devastating that I had to chase other people just to get back my money back. Hoping that Rehlat can act upon what has been promised in the first place, to process the refund money within 2-3 working days! Bad service & untrustworthy We made a booking with Rehlat on 9 July (booking #1036298 & #1036304) but never got the ticket. We called they said they couldn’t retrieve the ticket hence promised us they’ll be processed within 2-3 working days and should be credited within 1-2 weeks maximum. Here we are 1.5months and countless of calls after haven’t received any payment yet. Every time I called they promised to speed up the process & will update the refund status within 24hours via email but there was no email received for any of the calls that were made!! Rehlat management, please do something here! You cannot treat people like this, do we need to keep begging to get our own hard earned money? How many more complaints should we make before we can receive the refund as promised??

    Never again to transact any from this agency. First experience last! Yes i had received my refund after a month. You know why?.... Because i use a third party finance company to pay for the tickets! What if i pay it directly on my bank???.... For sure It will took ages to get a refund! See and read your reviews...Bad

    TERRIBLE. Booked a hotel through this agency, as it came up as an option on the google hotels search. The DAY we were meant to arrive at our hotel, we received a vague email from Rehlat saying "due to a last minute update, our hotel reservation has been cancelled. Sorry." When we arrived at our destination, we thought we would go to the hotel anyway (as we had stayed there before), and ask if perhaps it was a mistake on their part, because you could still book rooms through their website for the same night. They told us that the room had been cancelled 4 days prior, with no reason given. And that this particular agency is very dodgy, and this has happened before. SO. It was cancelled by Rehlat themselves?! AND they could have let us know 4 days prior so we had more time to sort it out / would incur less expenses from a last minute booking. Thankfully the hotel was very understanding and booked us a room for the same price that we had paid on Rehlat, and not the new last minute price which would have been very expensive. But we have still paid twice for a room, simply because Rehlat cancelled it for no reason. So unethical. I have messaged them 5 times asking about my refund, and it is always the same response. "It is in process and we will let you know when it is initiated". I guarantee they will also reply to this review saying the same bullsh*t so it looks like they have good customer service. All their good reviews on here are from themselves. A lesson for us to always do our due diligence. Watch out people!

    It was a nightmare to get my refund. I had to pull all my strings. I had to book my tickets for a higher price from another company. Such a waste of time, effort and money. I wonder how come the management of this company does not do anything. They might as well start providing better services rather than playing tricks with clients. My ticket was never issued inspire of their false promises that someone will call and someone will send email. Agents are way too rude on the phone when you ask them to issue the ticket after making the payment.
