I had the pleasure of dining at Cravings inside Bole Airport, and it was a truly wonderful experience! The atmosphere is inviting and relaxing, perfect for unwinding before a flight. What made my visit exceptional was the outstanding service from the staff, especially Senait and Abraham. They were incredibly polite, warm, and extremely helpful, going above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect. Their kindness and attentiveness truly made my experience memorable. The prices are also very reasonable, which is a pleasant surprise for an airport restaurant. Whether you’re looking for a quick bite or a relaxed meal, Cravings is a fantastic choice. The aura is really wonderful. My wife and I had Breakfast platter and Special tea after landing in Addis Ababa. Mekdes (Hostess) was very welcoming and Belay (Waiter) gave us top-notch service, always checking if we were content. I highly recommend dining at this fine establishment. Looking forward to try some more Ethiopian dishes.

I had a generally good experience at Cravings, especially if you're looking for a comfortable spot to relax during a flight transfer. The seating area is spacious with plenty of comfy chairs and useful plugs, which made it a great place to settle in and get some work done instead of the lounge. However, I did encounter an unpleasant situation with one of the staff members. The restaurant was mostly empty at 8 PM, yet I was asked to move from a four-seater sofa to a two-seater to make room for other passengers. This seemed unnecessary, especially when there were barely any other guests around, as shown in the photos. By 8:55 PM, there were only 7 occupied tables, and they even moved another person from a two-seater to the bar, which felt a bit odd. As for the food, the Ethiopian dishes were delicious, and I recommend them if you're in the mood to try local flavors. However, the pasta portion was quite small for the price. Overall, Cravings has a great atmosphere for travelers, but I hope the staff can consider a more flexible approach to seating when the restaurant isn't crowded. $28US for a pasta

The food and service were excellent. The steak was soft and juicy. I really enjoyed chatting with the waiter Abdu who was very polite and effective. Tizita, the Usher was very welcoming and friendly. I hope to stop by next time and try a different Ethiopian dish.

Cravings Restaurant has a special area for coffee. At Addis Ababa Airport. What brought me to this place is the staff who have a big smile and are keen to help you choose. They speak more than one language. You can pay with any currency or card. Coffee. They make using Ethiopian coffee. So you find that the taste of the coffee is high quality. The decor is very elegant. I think after a long trip you need to stop and take a rest with them.

For eating at the airport ist was okay, food was tasty but of course really expensive, pause 30$ for a burger with fries and a sparkling water. Hostess Tizita and Server Mekdes were super friendly and nice, but asked me to give a 5-star google review even it wasn’t a 5 star experience.. this is sth I definitely don’t like..
