Hello I like the hotel. It smells good, very clean, the rooms are awesome, the food is delicious. Especially that coffee at the entrance was very good. Well served by a beautiful good lady name sewenet. She makes the best coffee I tried here in Africa. Of course on my second trip to Ethiopia I will book here at the HUB hotel. Sincerely

I highly recommend that travelers transiting through Ethiopia consider using Hotel THE HUB as their destination. I stayed at this hotel for a day during my transit, and it felt very secure—like a home away from home. The food was delicious and well-prepared. I had the pleasure of meeting the staff, Gosaye and Mulu, who were exceptionally friendly and hospitable, making it easy to converse with them right away. If I have the chance to visit again, I would definitely choose THE HUB for my stay.

I am enjoying my stay at THE HUB hotel, despite some dissatisfactions with regard to lack or delay of some services such as slipper, and the breakfast was lower than my expectations particularly today December 31, 2024 . However, there are some postive responses at the time I demanded help from staff of the Hotel namely Merkebu who was kind and collabirative in fixing my room Tv which was muted.

The hub hotel is so nice and has unique amazing features. I’m happy to see a quality hotel in Ethiopia with great service. Merkebu one of the staffs with welcoming personalities.

I stayed at the hub for one night with Ethiopian airlines. The bedsheets weren't clean, the room had no AC and felt stuffy, the food is experience was very poor! The smell of cooking entered the room throughout the night and early in the morning. Basically couldn't sleep for my connecting flight the second day. The airport pickup was supposed to be at 7:30 am they came banging on my door at 6:00 am that the pickup is at 6:30 am, and wouldn't listen or believe even when I showed the slip indicating the pickup at 7:30. If the hotel management wants to improve the service, level of comfort and provide an enjoyable customer experience, then they have a lot of work to do...

I visited this hotel as a transit hotel and only spent a night there. Dawit offered us good service when we arrrived The place is neat and clean with a limited menu for transit people. The challenge is that the rooms don’t have small things like hair conditioner, bathing soap and lotion. These are critical especially when you are in transit and haven’t had time to buy. The breakfast was buffet with enough options.

Hotel was very comfortable. Davit was remarkably friendly and hospitable. Helped me thought out the stay with all sort of services. Thank you . Mekdalwit was very warm with the reception duties and very polite with all the needed during here.

Good size Rooms. Excellent Customer Service by Hana. She is very nice and helpful. Breakfast and lunch was delicious. Wonderful people working here. Love from India❤️

I went during an event for Open Hearts Big Dreams on a Sunday and the place did a great job hosting it. Very nice location with so many restaurants to choose from in the area, including Chanoly Noodle, Kategna Traditional Restaurant...

The incompetent staff of this hotel did not know how to use the payment machine without inserting the card. Not only that, but I had to ask for the bill 4 times before it finally came 10 minutes later. The receptionist had to call TWO other people to get the bill for the room. There is a horrible manager who doesn’t understand the importance of educating staff. Espresso martini is coffee, chocolate syrup, vodka and ice!! SKIP THIS BAD HOTEL!
