I have been trying to change my return flight when I call the local # after 3 voice message to wait …. The system hung up . When I chat the AI give you options , but doesn’t not address problems or issues . I tried to email customer service , they direct me to. All the local number . I would not recommend to fly on Turkish air

They don’t know how to Handel customers

They are very humble to customers.

Really poor customer service, had to stay there for 25 minutes before being heard out, the workers have some sort of attitude that need to be worked on, I felt like I'm dealing with some sort of mafia not a travel agency.

There are 10 people waiting with one agent doing all of the work and the lady next to him is on the phone for over 45 minutes! I then asked him why the lady isn't helping, he said she is doing on the phone "training". Unprofessional!!

Worst customer support experience. never answered a phone (not sure what is the point of having it posted on google). In addition I am not satisfied with in person support.

I don't know how this office is still operating, I have never met such a disrespectful and unprofessional staff like this.

The flight attendants are friendly, no smile at all. Most of All, the delivery of the baggage not the same day, mostly three or four day after arrival. Never use this airline again.

We experienced a one-day delay due to Turkish Airlines and came here to change our return tickets. A friend of ours had the same issue but was able to have their return flight adjusted to their preference on January 27th without any additional fees, despite not having a flexible ticket. In contrast, they are refusing to accommodate us, even though we have a flexible ticket. I find this unfair. I also found the customer service to be unhelpful. As a result, I will no longer be traveling with Turkish Airlines. Thank you for your attention to this matter.

Very poor customer service, no one wants to do their job. The guy on the photo completely ignored me and didn't want to even talk. Try calling the call centre instead of coming to this office. STAY AWAY FROM THIS OFFICE TRUST ME.
