    I used to love going to see Beata at this location, then she left. Since then I've booked, rebooked and rebooked appts because therapists keep quitting and I can't use my massages! Then today they text me about an opening and I say I'll take it for my son because I have so many to use. Lo and behold 4 hours later they call me and there was a mistake and no appt available. Ridiculous! DONT waste your time with this location!

    They don't deserve even 1 star. I was charged $1,500 since January 2021 and only allowed four 1 hour massage services out of total 22 services. So, they still owe me 18 services. Every time I call them for appointments, they say they are booked for 6 weeks and have appointments available only after 6 weeks. If you try to cancel your subscription, they will ask you to pay for 2 months. Cancellation is not easy. You have to sign lot of papers etc. and even after that it takes lot of time and effort. Their subscription is a SCAM. I talked to their Manager, explained my situation and she said, I have to pay $20 per month to keep the account frozen for 6 months while I catch up on services. How I can catch up on 18 services in 6 months when they don't have appointments available 6 weeks out. Very unhappy with their management. They took almost 2 years worth of money from my account and only gave me 4 lousy services. And I was their returning customer. Imagen what they will do to their new customers.

    Tina is the absolute BEST. Every month I look forward to seeing her, and she never disappoints. Everyone here is so kind and helpful, and Tina especially helps with chronic pain I have with deep tissue massages. They also have a wide range of skincare, body, and aromatherapy products that are super great. I especially love the CBD bath bombs and the lavender roll on aromatherapy sticks. If you want a great massage, great service, and great products to help with relaxation, skincare, and even pain. 5 stars always, been going here for many many years.

    This review is specifically for Tina! I come to massage envy because of what Tina provides as a massage therapist. She is able to calm my nervous system in a way most therapists can’t. Her technique is deeply relaxing! She’s extremely kind, deliberate, and encourages feedback when I’m too shy to give it. I consider her a major resource as a chronic pain patient. Thanks so much Tina!!! You’re freaking awesome and I hope you’re proud about what you do for people!

    Had a 60 minute massage with Tina; who was phenomenal-she was so good and I felt really relaxed leaving. $75 was a little steep for me for just a one hour but I understand is average price for corporations. Relaxation came to a halt soon after…. Upon check out, I requested to put 20% onto my tab for Tina’s tip. The front desk associate then suggested I actually tip 20% onto the nonmember fee? Which is $125, despite my $75 fee. I’ve never had anybody request more money for a tip before. Was just very inappropriate and put a bad taste in my mouth. Wont return and wont suggest to friends.

    Maria is the best. I look forward to my massage with her every month. She is friendly and very knowledgeable about the body. I work out every day and need a good deep tissue massage to get rid of knots and tension. Also the front desk staff is amazing. Very friendly and welcoming. Willing to do what it takes to make sure you have a good experience.

    The therapist was good but the business processes needs to be we worked to be fair to customers. They made me sit there answering questions on some tablet questions that didn't need to get answered it was just something they were trying to collect data on their customers and it was very annoying and then the massage therapist couldn't see me until I completed that and so I I my 1 hour massage was only a 40 minute massage because of it which is kind of a rip off

    Karen does a great job with a lighter touch! But Massage Envy is running money grabbing scam and should not be your go to for massages. Fonda private contractor that will deliver the services you’re paying for

    I had my first microdermabrasion with Nikki and my experience was wonderful. Nikki was gentle with my skin, personable as we shared stories and knowledgeable. I would have any facial services done by Nikki again.

    I am writing this review specifically for the front desk staff. I hope they can improve their friendliness, and willingness to be present both in person and on the phone. The person I spoke to on the phone sounded as she didn’t want to have the conversation. Sighing and just low energy. It’s a customer service. It’s front desk. That is the least they can do— be pleasant and be present. They hardly smiled when I was there in person. I want to keep going here, because the location is convenient. But it’s dragging knowing I have to deal with the front desk.

    Esthetician did a great job (she gets all of the 2 stars), but my massage therapist was absolutely awful. He gave a very half-hearted “deep” pressure massage on the back of my neck for 20/55 minutes of my massage. Using one hand. He also almost fell asleep 3 times and completely ignored the only spot I asked him to focus on. Worst massage I have ever received, total waste of money. Will not be back.

    Make sure you read the fine print when you cancel your membership, They charged me for 2 massages that I never used and they expire really fast and they don't give refunds ! Your money if just gone !
