The reception Kiki and my wax specialist Izzy were very professional with Izzy I felt very relaxed as this was my first hard wax waxing I had my eyebrows upper and lower lip done and I like the fact that they prep your skin before they wax will definitely be back thank you Izzy for doing a great job .

Ximena does an excellent job. Along with her great waxing skills, she has wonderful customer service. She’s very good at keeping conversation so you don’t feel uncomfortable during your visit. If I could give more stars I would!
