Great family business, they was near the mall of Oakbrook for so many years with the name of Yorktown deli, I know this family for so many years, I use to deliver them Vienna Beef products while they was Yorktown deli and now they have moved to a beautiful and better place, with the name of Frankie's Deli, they have a great staff working alongside with them to serve the customers with respect and good attitude, I invite everyone that wants a great Italian sandwich to visit them, you will be amazed that you did.

I love this place. Everything I've tried here has been real good. The prices are really reasonable here too. They have great paninis. Their subs are the bomb too. During the lunch rush they have a bunch of different varieties of subs already made but I like it when they make it to order for you. You can ask them to add anything to the premade ones as well. There is also a little grocery store in there with a lot of nice olive oils and nice looking frozen pastas and whatnot.

Got a large Italian sub for $8. Far superior to the $13 JJ Italian I ate yesterday. Place was very busy but the service was so excellent people were in and out.

My wife and I ate at Frankie's last night and it was excellent. We both ordered the Italian sub and it checked all the boxes for us. Very tasty, perfectly seasoned, and very filling. The only thing I wish is that they got their bread from D'Amato's Bakery. The staff were very polite and friendly, and made you feel good about being there. While I was there I also picked up some hot Italian sausage, Fontinella cheese, and some homemade Soppressata. Can't wait to check that out , and we will definitely be back soon. Also, the meatball sub was amazing. Grazi !!!

A popular and delicious place to eat. Spacious seating inside and out. A steady stream of patrons but above average counter service and speed. Prices are very reasonable. The tortellini pasta salad was excellent. Great find. It is not very often I award five stars but this is very much deserved.

I like the Italian beef that I bought from this place. It is basically a small Italian grocery store that also has foods that are available on their counter. A friend recommended this place when I was looking for specific Italian products, and it was a good recommendation because I was able to get everything I needed and I was also able to buy other particular Italian goodies. They have a great selection of deli pasta and a few baked goods. The staff are very friendly and helpful. I had a lot of questions regarding the products, and he was patient and nice in answering everything. The prices are average and somehow reasonable. I was done with the groceries when I decided to buy the Italian beef, and I was really kind of surprised at how good it was. It was so good that it beat some well-known fast food restaurants that also have Italian beef. It is huge, and the beef tastes really good with fresh ingredients. It is also reasonable given its portion and quality. This place is definitely a good one. Aside from the delicious Italian beef, I could not be much happier with the groceries I bought from them.

By far the best Italian deli in the state and MIDWEST! The freshest ingredients make for the best experience and that’s what Frankie’s deli has to offer and then some. From the never ending assortment of hot and cold foods, sandwiches, breads, doughs, sauces, you name they have it. The owners are truly a delight and local legends as they are as professional as they are pleasant. Great service, great ambiance, great food. I’d give 6 stars if I could.. I just cooked the jalapeño gnocchi from the frozen section after picking up a sandwich for lunch earlier and it is out of this world!

Best Italian sub I've ever had. Great sandwiches, deli salads. Chef salad is packed with meat, so reasonably priced, also fresh even if you eat 2 days later. Delicious selection of frozen pastas. Great sauce selection, all delicious. Pizza crust,, frozen pizzas are delicious and nice to have on hand. I drive from Chicago about once a month to come here and stock up. Come here I'm confident you will return.

I catered from here for a huge birthday celebration and the food was AMAZING! All of my guests kept asking where I catered from because they wanted to have the same food at their next events coming up within the year. Do not pass this place up. You won't be disappointed!

I'm not a fan anymore. I went here with my sister. We both ordered meatball sandwiches, they were ok. It's the sides I had a problem with. Their marinated artichoke hearts tasted like they just came out of a can from a grocery store. The caprice salad lacked spices, and the mozzarella balls were mushy, for lack of a better word. I took them home but ended up throwing them away.

Good? Fuggett about it. This place is legit! They have it all. Great food, awesome staff and CLEAN! I thought I saw Tony Soprano in the corner eating a sandwich with gabagool.

Went to the new location for the first time since being back in town. The food was still great, the variety of items to purchase is fairly large for the new modern looking place. The biggest change is Frankie's feels less like a small town deli and more like a restaurant now with all the seating.

Delicious meatball sandwich. I never order meatballs out. My kids have been raised with the same knowledge. "Never order meatballs at a restaurant. You will regret it." If someone in my family didn't make them, I won't eat them. I've stuck to that rule for years. I made an exception this time because the meatballs looked legit. I could almost tell the taste by the look. Did not disappoint!!!

Love this deli! I have been here a few times before and the workers are always very nice. The sandwiches are fresh and delicious as always. I also love the selection of Italian groceries 😊

Our waitress was beyond incredible. She tailored our order perfectly to our preferences and saved us from over-ordering things that wouldn't have been as satisfying as the unique, personalized menu she masterfully curated. My partner and I LOVED everything!!

Discovered this place awhile back when they were featured on the Best Of for their meatball subs and they were located near Yorktown Mall. They moved to Oakbrook and we 'rediscovered' them. Trying many different sandwiches which are always fresh and reasonably priced. The grocery has an assortment of deli meats and they might have the best capicolla. Fresh Italian sausage and salads and we recently tried their lasagna which was very good. Quality products all around.

Italian sub is incredible!! Definitely get it!! Or do like I did get both, get the meatball sub too haha.. Really freaking good

The food here is quite good. Their seafood salad is the best I’ve ever had. And the subs are pretty affordable. Remember to specifically ask for mayo, pickles, and onions if that’s what like on your sandwich, as those things are not automatically included.

Excellent place! They have tons of prepared food in their freezers. Like sauces, pastas etc. They're perfect for people who are just making it for themselves or older people too. Ready for them to heat up and serve. Each one I've made has been fantastic. Also, an excellent deli.. their sandwiches were so good!
