This office is amazing! Very welcoming right when you enter the door. Very clean and well kept! The staff is very kind, friendly and caring! I'm truly so grateful and proud to say that Dr. Chris is my doctor! He really listens and genuinely cares about my wellbeing! I would recommend this place if you truly want the care you deserve 😀

Elemental Care does a fantastic job of making medical appointments much less stressful, from the pleasantly decorated exam rooms to the soothing smells of essential oils being diffused throughout the building. My provider, Christopher Galloway, is amazing. He is working tirelessly to get to the bottom of what is wrong with me and working with the insurance to get it all covered. He always makes me feel valued as a patient, spends lots of time with me, and genuinely seems to care about me as a whole person, not just as a medical condition to be treated. I've already recommended the practice to a friend who is also very pleased with them.

I have been going to Dr. Galloway for years now and he's always has the best bedside manner, makes you feel comfortable and important. Don't just rush and push you out the door like most Doctors do nowadays. His staff there is always welcoming and the office is always so clean. Highly recommend!!

Dr Christopher Galloway and all the staff at Elemental Care clinic in Crest Hill are the most caring and personable doctors/the nurse practitioners I've ever been to see. I actually have been seeing Dr. Galloway before he opened up his own practice. They are very down to earth and they actually care about YOU!! I've been going to Christopher pretty close to 8 years probably maybe not quite and I would never go to another doctor ever. There is even a wonderful nurse practitioner, Katherine, that takes care of all our women needs. So you don't have to go anywhere else for anything. And they take pretty close to all types of insurances and if they don't take it they are probably working on accepting it. They're very flexible and they also have a virtual appointments if for some reason the weather is bad or you're unable to get transportation to your appointment. I told Christopher he has never allowed to retire. :)

I love my care team! Very helpful and they listen to your worries, issues and concerns and work them into your wellness plan. I have a list of issues and we are knocking them off one at a time. After having five different doctors I now only need one. This saves time, money and the frustration of having five different appointments. I highly recommend them and you'll feel the difference as soon as you walk into their office. The amount of positivity flowing through here is addictive! The knowledge of the doctors here is incredible! I'm saying this because as I bring up issues they already know everything about what I'm going to say plus everything I have no idea about and never even heard of and I do my research. Other doctors I brought issues up would sometimes need to do their own research and get back to me. That is not the case here. Knowing you have a team that is always learning and growing for their own benefit makes you eager to return as they'll always know the latest and greatest treatments. This place has really simplified my life in so many ways and I honestly appreciate it, thanks team!

Chris and his entire staff have always been excellent, and I highly recommend elemental care! I was in for a 15 min appointment but needed a physical and blood work done for nursing school; without hesitation, he took care of everything with a smile.

Dr. Galloway is the best ever. He takes the time to listen to you and truly believe in your well being. Prior him I was hospitalized medically 3-4 times per year on average. Since I’ve been seeing him for 5 plus years I’ve only been medically hospitalized twice in those five years. For years I was miss diagnosed and it took Chris Galloway to find out what all the other doctors missed for well over 1-2 decades. His staff is professional and extremely compassionate. The wait time is zero. When I enter the office Chris spends whatever time necessary to listen to me. I would truly recommend Elemental Care without hesitation.
