๐Ÿ‘ Very good Thai place weโ€™ve ordered from a few times. Food is always good and they have a very good selection of dishes that you can customize with various meats and veggies. The fried rice was decent and the won ton soup was ok, but my spicy basil chicken was very good. Also, my wifeโ€™s panang curr... Almost missed this little gem. Pretty ornately decorated inside with fake plants and fish! The service was great and the food was good! The pad Thai (my go too) was much spicier than most mediums are .. so beware! It was good though.

Don't miss out. The sweet lady who took care of us, didnt catch her name but we enjoyed everything! Very attentive & it was steady business. Start with spring rolls, the dipping sauce was by far my latest favorite in the sauce kingdom. Sweet n' sour chicken is my recommendation. Crispy chicken, plenty of white rice its a solid choice if you're unsure. If you want a little spicy, then look no further----> Sriracha noodles. The egg & cabbage really set it off. Again, huge portion. Definitely shareable. If you're a fan of leftovers then no sharing! The atmosphere alone is a little slice of serenity in Shorewood, plant life is lovely along with the fish. Cute little fountains. Cute everything. My husband & i have done carry-out & dine in, there's only ten tables if that but the natural sunlight peeks in & it's roomy enough for a quick, DELICIOUS meal. Only complaint is they are closed Monday wouldn't you know we had a craving for it. Could be worse. Smiles of Siam is worth a visit.

Great place! Ordered online and called them so they had food right when we arrived. We had been driving all day from Iowa, and food was on the table when we walked in the place around 7:50 pm. It was really nice to eat in ~20 mins and then go to the hotel because the kids were getting cranky after all the driving. Thank you!

Small but beautifully designed place with great staff and fresh, tasty, and perfectly seasoned Thai food. This place is a bit hidden away from main streets but once you are in, you are treated well with amazing food and service. Definitely recommend and will visit again soon!

I am not sure if this restaurant has changed ownership, but in our opinion it used to be much better. We have been going here for many years and loved the food! Now whatever dish we order itโ€™s like ordering soup. The last few times we had pickup, they gave us a container with sauce and a tiny container with noodles. I always order their noodle dishes, so thatโ€™s what I would expect to get, not soup. Donโ€™t know if weโ€™ll be ordering again.

I have been wanting to try a new Thai restaurant, and Smile of Siam was a good choice. We ordered a combo Platter for appetizers, and every one of the appetizers was outstanding. My favorite appetizer is the fried tofu. For the main course, we ordered 4 different Pad Thai , the duck, garlic, shrimp, and chicken tofu. The super duck dish I was looking forward to eating, but to be honest, I didn't like it much. It had a strong smell that made me set the dish aside. My absolute favorite is spicy chicken and tofu!! I wanna go back today and order the same one๐Ÿคญ. Prices are reasonable. The service part was okay. We are planning to order takeout instead of dining in from now on since something inside or the smell inside worsened my son's asthma, and he didn't stop coughing the whole time we were there. Or maybe the plants inside triggered his allergies.

Love the food here. I always get the Pad Thai with tofu... They make it vegan too if you ask for no egg and no fish sauce which is really cool. Staff is friendly and the food is always done quick.

This place has lovely decor, and it was quiet and peaceful. The lady who took my order got my food ready for me very quickly (I ordered green curry with tofu). Enjoyed every bite of my food, and I also loved the beautiful Asian music that was playing in the background. I need to come back here every possible chance I get. I really like this place.

Craving some Thai food? ๐Ÿ˜‹ Check out Smile of Siam & get your fix - they have been serving Shorewood since 1992! Their menu offers a variety of Thai dishes, from appetizers to desserts. ๐Ÿœ ๐Ÿš Serving size is plentiful - you won't be dissapointed!

I called to order carry out, the gentleman kindly asked me to hold, after about 20 seconds, the line disconnected. To my surprise, HE CALLED ME BACK. Thatโ€™s never happened before. He was very helpful during the ordering process and when I picked up my order he was extremely polite and my order was spot on correct. He asked if I needed plastic ware and how many I needed. Everything with them was top notch and I will return for sure next time I am in town.

My family and I have eaten here multiple times We have never gotten a bad meal. The people who work there are pleasant and the decor is beautiful. I had never eaten Thai food before and they got me hooked. And the price is great about 20 per person with apps. It is byob but the supply glasses, ice and even bottle opener if you need it.

I did not like the food or the atmosphere. I had pad see ewe and it was flavorless, chicken was tough, and just wasn't good. Also the single stall bathroom had no lock on it, so I had to use the female bathroom, which the woman behind the counter told me I couldn't because it was for ladies.

The place seems fine but the pad Thai was not good. It was just noodles and chicken with carrots as garnish, and it was very sweet. One of my colleagues had red curry and said the curry was very sweet too.

It was ok. The server was cool but the food was not be greatest. The veggies we're raw and the whole dish had no flavor. I ordered the spicy basil beef and for some reason it had chicken in it too, wouldn't be bad if the chicken tasted fresh. There was probably two pieces of basil in the whole dish and it wasn't spicy at all. I asked for hot sauce and I got this sweet and spicy sauce that made it worse. Average Thai restaurant prices.

I always loved their soup, very light and perfect on a rainy day. This soup is one of my favorites and as I was next door waiting on an appraisal I ran next door for their soup. Got to try it! I do got the name but it is win ton soup with shrimp. So tastyโ€™! The staff is always very friendly and you can strike up a conversation easy with. I will be back!

I ordered beef and papaya salad tonight, which I usually get when traveling, but tonight was very disappointing. I couldn't understand what cut of meat they used as it was chewy and the sauce was weird. The papaya salad was just papaya, tomato, green beans and peanuts. The sauce was just lime juice. Where's the fish sauce? This is not authentic Thai cuisine. I'm never going here again. Not sorry.

Wonderful experience. All the kids loved and begged to come back soon. Loved all the plants and fish. Food was excellent! Kids especially liked their pineapple refried rice dish.

We ordered take out. The food tastes so much like what we had while we were in Thailand. Good job. Next time we travel through this area, we're going to have to come back.

We are from a couple towns over, where there are two Asian restaurant options and neither are very good, and happend to be traveling through Shorewood. Having been craving decent Asian food, we researched a place close by and found this 4 star Thai establishment. We decided quickly that this would be the place. So, at just after 4:00, we walked in to a fake plant jungle with stained carpet on the floors and a dingy overall atmosphere. That should've dissuaded us, but it didn't. Sometimes the best food can be found at these holes in the wall, so we forged ahead. We started with the sample platter, and for $13 we got a couple small, greasy vegetable egg rolls, a couple of weird wrapped shrimp, some kind of shrimp nugget, 2 dried pot stickers, and a few small pieces of curry chicken. The best I can say is that the chicken wasn't too bad. My wife and I both got separate pasta dishes. Both were loaded with the mushiest pasta I can imagine. The flavor was super meh, and the texture very yuck. We got my daughter the chicken nuggets, which were actually flavorless pieces of tempura chicken with a grease filling. Not good. Though, she did eat most of it, so I'm adding a star for that. Now don't get me wrong...I was able to eat all of my meal. It wasn't awful, but it also wasn't good. I'll certainly never go back.
