Talk about quick and efficient. I was able to make an appointment to be seen and get treated all within an hour. That included driving 15 minutes to the clinic. The doctor explained everything and the staff was efficient and kind. I definitely recommend this location!

I've been to this facility on several occasions for my son and myself. I am impressed with the courtesy/professionalism of all staff from the employees taking your demographics, the employees taking vitals/you back to the exam room, and the doctor. The doctor is extremely knowledgeable and quick to action. This is not one of those places where you have to sit and wait while staff gossips about their weekend instead of caring for patients. This is our go to clinic. Thanks to all staff for giving exemplary care!

Available appointments, text confirmation, you can fill everything out online ahead of time. Promptly taking care of. Everyone was friendly. My appointment was at 9:15am doors were opened before 9am and I had a diagnosis before 9:15am. Very positive experience considering.

The young lady at the front counter and the nurse practitioner were both outstanding. The young gentleman that took me to the exam room. Was also very very nice and professional. I have used this place before. And will again. Thank You for being here. I want to also add that the nurse practitioner didn't hesitate when I asked for a recommendation for a gastro doctor. PA Jen took very good care of me. I came in with hip pain and nausea. She was able to assess immediately that I had sacroiliac joint dysfunction and also viral gastroenteritis. I’ve gone to Intermediate Care of Westmont several times over the past years and have never been disappointed. They are polite, knowledgeable and efficient. Readily accessible, it is never a ‘hassle’ to get things checked out. It takes months to get into my general doctor so I’m especially relieved to know this option is available. It’s so much easier, it’s my first choice!

Quick service, barely waited 5 minutes to be called in. Front desk and clinical staff were very polite and provided great service! NP Jennifer Jesani was thorough in her examination and provided great care and answered all my questions. Overall, 5 star service!

Warm welcoming staff and practitioners! Super helpful, kind, and you don’t feel like a bother by being there! My kids had to go back several times in a 2 week period when we just moved to the area and they were on par with if not better than most family practices we’ve been to! The best part is the kids don’t hate going to the doctors with them!

This urgent care center has been our family go to for years. The entire medical staff is super nice and patient and fully explains every diagnosis and/or treatment. Their hours are convenient and we love the ease of everything with this office.

I was visiting Illinois from out of state and became ill. I'm glad u chose Immediate Care of Westmont. Dr Alhussaini took very good care of me. He listened well, asked great questions, and -- most importantly -- prescribed medications that are helping me to feel much better. His nurse was very attentive too, as was the front desk staff. I will say the office decor is basic. However, that's not what counts, at least in my mind. I'm very pleased with the medical care I received.

Wonderful experience at Urgent Care as a new patient! Front staff was friendly and helpful. Only waited for about 5 minutes before being seen by nurse practitioner. She took time to understand my concerns, and provided great treatment recommendations. I would come back again when in need of immediate care!

No wait and attentive staff. Only issue was with my co-pay and deductible that resulted in me paying full price up front. It's not a very common insurance and I know it'll be reimbursed, but if the admin worker had just called the insurance it would have been cleared up there and then. Didn't seem interested. On the other hand, the doctor just called me to follow-up with my covid results and discuss my situation. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this place.

My husband and I made an appointment 2 days prior to testing for our vacation. We each got an RT-PCR test done with results in 4 hours!!! Our insurance covered it which saved us over $200/pp if we had gone to a different facility guaranteeing results in 24hrs. So, so, so happy with them.. oh, and no wait. We had no one in front of us and no one behind us until we pulled out of the parking lot. Also, the testing report is very thorough and specific, making it PERFECT for travel, as some countries have very exact things they want stated on those reports.

The most excellent Immediate Care my family has ever experienced. The Doctor and RN staff are extremely professional, thorough, knowledgeable and compassionate. I brought my daughter in for an extended viral infection and bloodwork. She felt comfortable and heard. Everyone treated her with exceptional kindness and genuine concern and respect. I was just there about 30 mins ago, and the receptionist, the NP and the nurse were all so kind to me. Never have I ever felt so welcome at a place. I wish I remembered their names. I had an awful day today due to car trouble and anxiety and they changed that pretty quickly. I’ll come here again if I get sick :) ❤️

I have recommended the Immediate Care Center in Westmont numerous times! I visited this morning for yet another covid pcr test, though this time following up a positive home test last week due to symptoms. I got extra care beyond the test. So grateful to be assured the pneumonia has not settled in.

They are very professional, kind and caring. The place is always clean and they are timely. Although they don’t accept some insurance, they have a very reasonable flat rate. They charge you upfront and don’t send any surprise bills.

I was taken back in the room within a few minutes. Everyone was very nice and considerate, and the appointment went very quickly. They took an X-ray, found out I had bronchitis and called in my prescriptions for me. Very quick and easy, I would definitely come back here again!

Everyone in the office was pleasant and professional. Dr. Alhussaini was friendly and reviewed the x-ray images with me (rather than just tell me his preliminary findings). He gave clear, concise instructions for care which I appreciate. This office will be my go-to for urgent care needs in the future.

This facility deserves the high ratings it has received. Last Friday my wife was treated for an issue that resulted in going to the ER as a precaution. The staff was outstanding…….both friendly and competent. The receptionist was very good while gathering the initial information. The nurse practitioner quickly reviewed and determined next steps. Just a wonderful experience if you had to go to an immediate care facility.

Always a great experience. Megan and Jennifer have both seen my kids and couldn’t have been nicer. They are knowledgeable, have a great bedside manner and are always fast and efficient. Really appreciate this clinic being so close and so reliable.

Probably the best immediate care experience I’ve ever had. In and out in less than an hour from walking in the door. Staff is incredibly nice as well. I had one of the nicest NPs ever.

Unfortunately, there was only one PA on duty when I arrived. I waited over 30 minutes to be seen with my injury. I was thankful it wasn't more than a severe sprain which needed an exam and xrays.Once the PA was on my case she quickly diagnosed and provided a treatment plan. Despite the long wait I was very satisfied with my care.

My go to when I need a quick Covid test or Flu test. Very knowledgeable doctors, friendly staff. They will get you in and out but without making you feel rushed, they listen to your symptoms and concerns.

I’ve been sick with something. Came in for Covid-19 test, but asked for Strep and Flu (A) & (B) test as well. The staff was friendly, attentive and went beyond my expectations. I highly recommend especially at the Center of Westmont IL location!

Their hours for Saturday, August 5th had a 5pm closing time. I arrived at 4:10pm. While pulling up to the parking spot out front, the young lady immediately locked the door and turned her back on me. I was confused and pulled on the door and both ladies there said they were closed. Keep this in mind if you are trying to get there before they close. I understand locking the door at 4:45pm or 4:50pm. This was 4:10pm. So much for urgent care…

Once again I had to see a doctor at the Immediate Care Center in Westmont, and as during my previous visits there I can only recommend this place. The nurse, the doctor and specially Ariane were all very helpful and treated me so well. Thank you to all of you working there.

Husband needed a PCR test prior to scheduled surgery (and I was tested in solidarity). It was easy to schedule on-line and complete all required paperwork. Check-in was easy - we were a little early and directed to wait in an adjacent parking lot. After a short wait we were waved in. There were 2 lines of cars about 5 each that moved along very quickly. When we got to the front the technician verified our names, asked why were there, verified where my husband's results needed to be sent and then gave us the option of either a nose swab or throat swab. We were out of there in a matter of minutes. Very impressed.

We have gone to the drive through covid testing at this location several times in the past year. This is easily the most efficient and professional place we have used. Appointments are easy to make and adjust online, the people doing the testing are nice and very good at what they do. They will also test little kids - my son is 1.5 and we've never had an issue. Icing on the cake is how quickly we always get our test results. I have tried a few other places for covid testing and this is far and away the best!

Had to get a rapid covid test. In your car you pull up to a mobile office and they verify your appointment info. Then a physician/nurse asked me questions about my situation or if any medication was taken and was very thorough. It was very professional. I then was asked to drive up under a mobile tent and the nurse came out and conducted my test very quickly. All staff on site was in full PPE including gowns, gloves, masks and a face shield. I felt very safe and the experience was excellent.

Needed a COVID-19 test and was able to schedule in a timely manner and the drive through set up as well as preregistration were seamless. The actual test was a throat swab but informed just as reliable as nasal swab. Absolutely a welcome addition during these trying times. Staff is professional and accommodating!

This facility and staff were very nice, friendly and very efficient. No wait time. The test itself was a breeze!! Took less than a second. We’re very pleased with this Urgent Care and highly recommend.

Easy to schedule COVID-19 drive-through, throat swab test. Scheduled online the night before for test the next morning. Also easy to do paperwork up front online. Results generally e-mailed within 48 hours but my son received his the same day as tested.

In this crazy world today Westmont Urgent Care/immediate Care is a relief! They are efficient and pleasant! I recommended rhem to everyone I know. They test for Covid and you actually receive the results the same day! Also, everyone there seems to really care! They answer all your questions with knowledge and kindness!

Fantastic experience here. Very nice staff also very efficient. We pulled up to a line and were tested and out in under 10 minutes. The associate who tested my son was soo good with him and made it an easy and painless experience. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a drive-up facility without any fuss.

The wait wasn't very long. We had an appt and got there about 10 minutes early. We waited maybe 10 minutes to check in and another 15 minutes for the test. The tech was really considerate and it all seemed very organized in the new location. Thank you for this service!

The receptionist there was very rude when i went there once. What exactly is the point of having a clinic that didn't allow patients sick of COVID? Isn't that why people would be there in the first place, to get treated by the Doctor?? Makes no sense.

Excellent, friendly and quick service. I feel confident and comfortable to revisit if necessary. The facility is located conveniently in the down town of Westmont close to the Westmont train station. Medical staff and customer service Admin staff are very helpful. We were not not required to do lengthy and confusing on line appointment scheduling process like in Walgreen store or any other Covid testing centers. The easy approach, assurance of quick service, friendly service, simple process with minimal questions and quick action gave me confidence and we felt really nice and well taken care.

My family was referred here by our kids' elementary school for COVID-19 tests that we needed to do after exposure to a positive person. It was unbelievably organized and fast. I think the throat swab method must be more comfortable than the nose as well.
