i asked them to look at my car but michael knuth refused and just said my transmission will last but doesn’t know how long. i bought the car thru them so i expected a little more customer service worried about my transmission slipping. They are trying to remove this review!! They have removed it three times so far

Bought two doors through PayPal and having the most unbelievable time picking up the parts. You won’t give me the parts I bought! I do not recommend buying anything from them . It’s best to purchase from any other used parts and not this one! $500.oo dollars In parts. You have my money and don’t wanna release them!

Guys in the front are jerks. Wanted to charge me almost $500 for an old Honda bumper?? Wish they didn't always treat girls at any kind of parts or car shop like they don't know anything about prices, imagine how many they did this to. Trash place

We bought a bumper cover they said they had in stock. We bought it and went to go pick it up. Was told they didn't have it. How can you sell something you don't have. They said the could get one on a few days for another $150. We got a refund and left. Dont buy until see the part..lesson learned

This auto parts place was just what I needed. The counter clerk was patient and smart! She took care of Several customers while I took a photo of the passenger side mirror I WAS SEEKING.THE part was in stock and there was someone there to replace the part. Iris had me in and out smiling. And that was a good thing. Oh! And I didn't spend a lot of money . Great place to give business to. ABC auto parts!

Brought our car in for new engine. They said it would take 4 days. It took 4 weeks, they broke the radiator and the front head light. Terrible service and quality. DO NOT RECCOMMEND!

I have been working with ABC auto parts for a few weeks now. They have pulled 2 parts for me and given me lots of feedback and pictures to help the dealer confirm the parts were proper. Their communication and response time has been really amazing. I will happily do business with them again in the future. They are highly recommended.

Ricky helped me with my engine and also gave me a good deal it it too.we got ours with a 1 year parts and labor warranty.

They sell good parts with excellent warranties the prices a little steep but other than that good go to place

DON’T WASTE YOUR TIME! Called on Saturday and spoke with a salesman named Anthony about getting a rim for my car. He told me they had a used rim in stock and that he would hold my quote until Monday because they were closing soon and that he would be there on Monday to assist. I drove an hour to get the rim to find out upon arrival that Anthony didn’t come in to work that day and worse yet, they had no record of the quote, they didn’t have the rim as promised and they did nothing to help locate one in the parts location system they use. Went next door to Hub Cap City and they repaired my damaged rim for a fraction of the cost of the used rim. Thanks to Hub Cap City I didn’t waste my time driving an hour one way for nothing.

A great professional auto recycler. I got there somewhat early for my part (I should have called them earlier) and rather than be put off, they got to work. Kris, who helped us, even said she had had two Mondays that week. The worked hard to ensure the part was right and that it matched early on prior to showing up. They ROCK!

Called them for a part i looked up on car-part website. Lied to me about the price. Hung up the phone once confronted. Rude, deceptive, shady business. Would not recommend.

A bit slow at cashier, confusing when placing order, but we got what we needed in the end. Hopefully it works fine, but they offer warranty/ as well as extend ed one.

Customer service is awful. They make you wait around for your parts even when you've pre ordered them days ago
