This location is new. Clean and bright. Make sure they repeat back your order to ensure it is correct. Drive-thru available. Handicapped parking is available. Interestingly, the layout doesn't allow you to easily see the selection of bagels they have, so you might ask for something that is out of stock. Staff was friendly. Right off Algonquin Rd at Squarebarn Rd. Plenty of parking too.

Went 5 minutes ago. I ordered my cold brew with nothing other than cold foam & brown sugar swirl, they added THREE additional pumps of French vanilla swirl that I did not ask for. I even mentioned it to the blonde girl at the window and she dismissed me and said that it doesn’t have anything other than the brown sugar swirl. I’ve gone numerous times, ordered the same thing and have never had a problem. My drink is way too sweet to drink. Had to throw it away.

I’ve been to this location 4 times and all I can say is only go here if you plan on waiting forever to get your food and drinks. Poor customer service staff is very rude and every time I’ve gone they forget food items from my order so be sure to check. Management really needs to step it up here.

Place is a joke. I haven’t been there in about three months, I finally went back to give them another chance and yet nothing has changed. Absolutely nothing !!! The employees are terrible. The coffee is terrible. Highly highly recommended to Not go there. One car ahead of me and yet it takes seven minutes? Are you kidding me!

Was going to dine in but then there was a handwritten note on the door that only drive-thru was available PLUS NO BUTTER for their toasted bagels!! You gotta be kidding me!!

Despite being one of three orders inside the actual restaurant, waited around 20 minutes for a single sandwich and drink. There was a slight rush in the drive thru, they should prioritize being able to complete orders for both sides at once.

9 am and this Dunkin was out of plain bagels and blue berry muffins. Recurring theme for this particular Dunkin. Never have enough of their popular items on hand. I was excited when this location opened because it's closer to my house, guess I'll have to keep going further away.

Absolutely awful customer service. Not sure how every time I come here the espresso machine is broken. Such a shame considering a new Dunkin in good location

If I could give 0 start I would. It was about 40 degrees out so we wanted to get some coffee and use the restroom. The moment we walked in it was freezing cold in there, I ordered a mid size coffee with easy cream and wife used the restroom , she came out and was discussed from the condition of it. Smelled so bad and it was garbage all over. So we left and got back in to our car and start sipping from our coffee, after few sips we both started to have severe stomach pain and cramps… we barely made it to a nearest restroom and spent at least half an hour before we can stand up and walk. Obviously the coffee creamer they used was definitely spoiled. From the looks like they do not even care and check the freshness of it. We will file a complaint with the health department. Shame on Dunkin

How is this place is standing? We walk in on a Sunday morning….zero donuts!!!!! Zero anything….2 people working and the place is trashed…the women’s bathroom stall was filthy. I’ve never been to a DD like this! Ordered coffee with easy cream…I’m sure the cream was spoiled….made us terribly ill….management needs to make some urgent changes or this place will go under.

I came to this location to buy coffee and donuts for our football team. While ordering the girl taking my order through the drive through was being rude. So much so that I had to ask if there was an issue, which she replied that there was no issue (but again she had a terrible attitude). I tried ordering donuts and was interrupted again and was told regular donuts were not in stock. After every drink order I was asked “is that it?”. At that point we felt uncomfortable continuing with our drink order due to the attitude and was worried our drinks would be tampered with. As we began driving away, the girl (blonde hair) was flipping me off with both hands out the window. I flipped her off in response. In response to how I was treated, I decided to stop my car and go inside. The girl that was being rude was nowhere to be found to have a conversation. I wanted to understand why I deserved to be treated the way I was being treated as I was there to simply buy coffee and donuts for a football team. There were two other women there that were being very aggressive as well. They insinuated that I was trying to fight a child which I was not at all attempting to do. I was being treated poorly for no valid reason and wanted to understand. My brother came inside to make sure I was safe because I was inside for several minutes and the two women called him the n-word and told him to get out of their store. The owner of this location should be made aware of their actions and I’m writing this to ensure he/she knows how staff is treating their customers. We were at the location on September 24th at about 12:30pm. The manager is welcome to response and contact directly with questions.

DO NOT COME HERE. I have been disappointed with all of my visits (I keep trying it because it’s close). Terrible. The drive-thru line was very long so we parked and went inside. I ordered a black coffee, an iced latte, and a pumpkin spice latte. 10 minutes later i was handed 2 incorrect drinks, so we waited for the correct drinks. We finally got our correct drinks almost 20 minutes after placing the order. The woman handing me the corrected drinks was rude and seemed irritated that I asked them to be fixed. Another employee needed to come through a short swinging door and saw my mom standing there but instead of asking her to move, the guy just pushed into her, no apology. Do not come here. Any other Dunkin is better.

Have visited this location about five times, and I’ve been told they are “out of sausage”, “out of tortillas”, or their “ovens are broken”. Not sure how you only serve breakfast food and these things happen regularly? Very slow moving. Lobby is always closed too.

Inconsistent: Sometimes good; other times not so good. Yesterday: ---Ordered and paid for: Turkey Sausage, Egg and Cheese on English Muffin ---Received: Turkey Sausage and Cheese on Sourdough Bread; I agreed to the Sourdough Bread but not the missing egg!!! ---the person had to be reminded that I had also ordered / paid for coffee. I visit here 2 or 3 times a week. Mostly positive. The main issue is that they are: "out of that item"...

Small cup of Joe on the 🏃‍♂️.Easy access, besides you can't miss one its on ever corner except this one. Less than 90 days old.

Waited about 6 min for a medium coffee in the drive thru with one person in front of me who took less than one min... Received a medium decaf. They were friendly and kind, hoping it's a one time issue and caught em on a bad day.

I like this particular Dunkin. It's neat, clean, the staff is polite and they make food quick.

They closed the dining room 1h 15 min before closing so that they can mop the floors. Are you serious??? You should clean the floors after you close, which is 8Pm per your schedule

Just order there 5 times and I m done .i order this time midnight coffe expect to be coffe but is basical water and cream i did try so many times ,and one more things the 5 time they don't have chocolate milk . This location need some good taking care of it.

Is okay. People not too happy to work there and I agree. I think the experience is getting a little stale for me. Same old Dunkin. Only bought because it was convenient at the time. Not horrible sandwich either

1st visit to this new location. 10:15 AM on a Friday and only a few donuts left, which was disappointing. Building layout was nice and drinks were made quickly so we will be back!
