To the manager: Went into your subway at about 7:50 Saturday morning (9/19) to get some breakfast for my family and I. When I walked in I heard loud music playing from the back room but didn't see anyone up front. I gave it a few minutes to see if someone would come up to the front but never did. Walked around the side next to register to let someone know a customer was waiting. Still didn't see anyone. Walked around again to the front and then figured that maybe they just didn't know I was there. I called out but nobody came. Finally I decided to poke my head in the back to just let the employee know that I was there. I was met with the guy who just stared at me. I spoke up and asked if they were indeed open. He replied yeah. I then said well, I was wanting to get something to eat here and he just replied that I can't be back there. I said well I didn't know how else to get someone and I didn't know if he knew I was there or not. He said yeah I knew I seen you. We then just sorta stared at each other and I finally said okay well I'm just going to go somewhere else to eat and I walked out. Ive never worked at a subway but I would think that when a customer comes in, you come to the front or atleast be polite enough to say I'll be with you in a minute. It would be nice to be able to go there but its experiences like that which make me just want to go elsewhere. As the manager or owner I thought you should know about your employees.

I just stopped at this subway to order lunch ! I found none of the employees or managers wearing mask or gloves. No customers were wearing mask either. The only person wearing a mask was a young man interviewing with the mask less manager. I informed the manager that I was not placing an order at this subway due to these issues. She acknowledged my comment but did not seem concerned with loss of customers sales either.

Stopped by to order a few subs but walked to find no employees wearing any gloves or face masks in the Subway but me. During times like this with the Covic19 going on we all need to do our part to protect each other from the possibility of transmitting it to each other. I personally try to protect myself and others by Wearing the masks and washing my hands regularly. It's a small slightly inconvenient but it's worth it in the long run. I sadly didn't place an Order at this Subway it just to big of a risk to gamble on my family's lives.

Please close the doors on this establishment. The manager needs to be fired for always having worthless employees. It been this way since the place opened its doors. Oh ye Subway tips are for real waitresses not hour employees.

My two kids and Dad had a horrible experience! (Ashley) who was the Employee at Subway at the time had an horrible & unprofessional attitude! Made all 3 sandwiches wrong! My kids said " mom this lady is mad at the world for no reason" sadly this company lost a customer because Ashley was so disrespectful for absolutely no reason. I'm not sure if she's racist or something at home is going on but she can not keep treating her costumers that way.

I walked in at 8:00 on a Saturday evening, I was informed that the lady was too busy counting money at the register to make me food. Well clearly her intent was not to have any more business for the evening.

Without a doubt the worst Subway ever. Employees are incredibly rude. Waited 20 minutes for two customers to complete their order in front of me. Will never go back.

I am currently sitting in the restaurant having lunch. There is only 1 person working. She is doing a FANTASTIC job. She is so polite, patient and has a line of customers backed up to the door. I honestly don't know how she hasn't lost her mind. I would give her 10 stars. The only reason I didn't leave a 5 is because of Subway. As a company you need to DO BETTER! You would not have an employment issue if you took care of your employees! Shout out to this amazing hard working woman!!

Walked in at 730 and they had all the chairs up and stated they had a limited menu because they closed at 10. Not sure how that math adds up but very unprofessional every question I asked I received a I d k dude
