Great! Customer service ! Very clean . A new guy made my order , his name was Darrell. He talked to me while making my order , he was polite and courteous! My visit was so pleasant that I did not mind the 2 minute wait while he prepared another customers meal that was being heated up as I arrived. The food was excellent and prepared nicely. He added my extra toppings and my order was correct! Great customer service with a smile!

On our way back to Myrtle Beach we stopped at this gas station Subway last night to get a late supper, we decided on subs because it isn’t heavy so late at night. Was around 8ish almost 9 at night. The Gentleman that served us, I think his name was Darrel served us. He was super nice helpful and our sandwiches where perfect! Everything tasted fresh, the lettuce and tomatoes cold, and he even understood when I asked for no heeled tomatoes! Usually I get what’s that mean from the younger group of servers. All around excellent experience! We will come back to this subway! Excellent service!

Came in at 6pm and was told they close at 9pm. Denied food before 8:30, absolutely ridiculous. Seems to happen often after reading other reviews

Very disappointed. I'm a truck driver and was told they were closing early (almost an hour early). After being on the road all day I settled for chips from the gas station

I Came In At 8:45pm And The Store Was Not Closed And The Said They Can Not Take Me Because They Shut The Register Down And I’m Highly Disappointed Because I’m A Regular And I Live Down The Road From The Restaurant And I Had To Hurry Up And Go To The Other Subway On 17

i pull up to this subway, excited to eat after a long morning moving trees and doing service for the less fortunate. but, it ended up being less fortunate for me because my sandwich couldn’t even be made correctly and when i opened it up on the table, it split and all the ingredients from within were spilled over my place setting. i was extremely disappointed, and in the end i had to eat my sub sandwich with a fork... like who does that?

I am a paramedic from Oklahoma here in North Carolina helping out provide care to the citizens of Brunswick County. I walked into this subway with 15 minutes left until it was time to close. The young kid there was currently making a sandwich for another customer. The kid stopped making the sandwich and told me that he's not taking any more orders tonight. I have not been able to stop and eat at all today, I've been on shift for 10 hours already and was finally looking forward to having a bite to eat. Unfortunately the kid decided he didn't want to work the hours that was posted on their sign. I will not give this subway anymore business while I'm here.

Went in today for the free cali fresh sub to try! Our family always enjoys subway. However today I was in the building before noon and there was a line and got to the counter at 12:03 for the cali fresh sub and she refused to do the sub even though I was in line before noon. It became my fault they didn't serve people fast enough? She was rude and said better timing next time and turned her back. After this I will just switch to another place as ive spent lots of money at subway.

This location is my preferred local Subway to eat at. The service here is always swift, and as a full-time student balancing school and work, it's very advantageous. Not only can I be in and out of here in a timely matter; the service is quite good. In particular, the crew member, Brannon, does a stellar job; his customer service skills are top-tier. The food is also always pretty fresh tasting, and it's a wonderful, healthy break from McDonald's.

I've stopped here on occasion and have always received good service. Today, my server was cold, unfriendly and did a poor job on my chopped salad. I asked her to chop my salad and she rolled this tool over it a few times. I asked again and she did the same thing. She stated, unapologetically, that the chopper doesn't work. Due to my job, I have to eat on the road every day and I choose Subway because they have delicious healthy food and great service. Today was a very disappointing experience! I hope someone retrains this employee on customer service and food preparation. I'm still a Subway customer. Shout out to Subway in Shallotte Crossing...I will be back!

I think they were training a newbie and I had to go order I asked for salt and pepper in the tuna was so salty that I couldn't eat it. I was already on the way home so I didn't take it back. But you got to learn somehow.

Omg don't stop here unless you are desperate! The bathrooms are disgustingly dirty, like they haven't been washed in years. My husband and I wiped our feet in the grass outside before we got back in our car.
