😠 It’s unbelievable! We went there for a sandwich and a orange juice, they force us to sit outside and guess what? They charges us €10 for sitting outside and served at the table ( a dirty table) and our sandwich and orange juice was €9 . Absolutely incredible People often mention service,

4.5 euro for a below-average sandwich, 4 euro for the surprise service fee at the end of the meal. Never been charged a nearly 100% service fee for below-average service before. Save your money and jump in any other shop near the station. Even "Autogrill" right in the train station has better prices, food, and service.

Went here for lunch, on a Saturday, it was a little busy, but the staff was friendly and quick. There is a clear menu with all the prices, so you know what you’re paying for. sandwiches were awesome!

Bad service. They are deliberately ripping off tourists making them pay double the price. Food was bad and tasted like it had already been there for a week. Worst place in all of Bologna. Would recommend not visiting.

Missed my train. So Stayed here for a couple of hours during the night. Much appreciated the 24 hour opening time. Not much other options to do this. Everything else closed. Good coffee

This was the only place we found in 1.5 hr walk from the city centre to the train station that had gluten free options. It is a bit expensive, but the food was actually really good. Had risotto Al fungi porcini and Bolognese with sausage (forgotten the exact name) which we both really enjoyed. Did not experience the poor service that others have reported in either visit.

Felt like a typical tourist-trap. We we’re hungry and fresh of the train looking for a place to eat. The waiters literally stood and called us in and we though it was a better option than KFC. Service was very subpar throughout the sitting. Waiters kept stressing and asking us if we were ready to order. Once we finished our meal we didn’t even have time to put down our utensils before they took our plates. In the end pizza was OK but did not live up to the price.

Many flags too attract tourists but service is absolutely unfriendly. Prices high. 2E for a coffee... A trap for tourists because they are just in vicinity of the train station. To avoid.

Beware that the sandwiches are stale and full of mold. The prices are too high for the quality ( which is absent). Terrible place, would rate as 0.

Nope, not coming back again. Pizza dough raw, not even cheap and they bring the food from outside whoever knows where from.

avoid this place at all costs! They served me a piadina with 3mm thick Parma ham, cold and half-frozen mozzarella. I told them that that was unacceptable (in the land of piadinas by the way). They still charged me full price despite me leaving more that half of this disgusting piadina. 2€ for coperto - a dirty table with an ashtray filled with cigarettes ! Bad bad service too! Walk a bit and go anywhere else but here.
