Had a very nice time in this hotel. Our room was spacious and modern and was cleaned well every day. From the balcony, the breakfast room and the swimming pool there is a beautiful view of the lake. The service was fantastic! Good breakfast, drinks and snacks by the pool and even a wellness center in the hotel. There is not much to do in Domaso itself, but you can easily go to other places around the lake by car or boat. In short: if you are looking for a hotel around Lake Como, then this is definitely recommended!

Arrived today, very nice receptionist and welcoming for our sweet little baby. The parking is very spacious. You can park your luxury cars with no worries. The rooms are clean. The pool looks very relaxing. We're happy

A spacious room, great staff and unbeatable facilities. We used the Spa only for two of us and paid 15 euros per person for the entire space in June 2023. We were in steamed sauna, Finish sauna, whirlpool and had a herbal tea. I had a massage afterwards and it was amazing. The swimming pool looks hreat and you can order a beer or a cold drinks in sunny days. Parking is also very spacious and convenient. I will br back ☺️

The hotel is great. It’s brand new, with everything operating, beautiful view and nice stuff. The rooms are clean, neat and not small. The only part that was fine, but not great, is a breakfast. The lady there was really nice, and helpful, but the choice, and eggs portion is pretty small. Other than that I’m really happy with it and enjoyed my stay. You should also be aware, they charge you full stay amount a week before you check in.

This a fantastic hotel. Very new, spotlessly clean and modern with a lovely outdoor pool. The best part are the staff, very friendly and laid back, nothing too much trouble. Food and drinks are great and reasonably priced. Only down side is they don’t do dinner so you need to walk into town but reception staff happy to book tables for you which I would recommend.

A beautiful hotel on the edge of Como. The owners and their team do a fabulous job of looking after you, nothing is too much trouble. The hotel is pristine and well maintained. Highly recommended.

the very last! customer service must have chosen the wrong job! You don't offer alternatives to the service buyer, you're just a number. Customer is king has no meaning for this hotel. we were ordered to cancel the booking otherwise you will report us anyway.. sad sad my first bad experience in italy. This hotel got a red line from me.

Very unhelpful and rude customer service. We were threatened to cancel otherwise they would report us on the app. Instead of appreciating the interests of the customer, the door is closed in your face. We were even open to alternatives, bigger room, different room no matter what, but with the door closed it doesn't do much. Last drawer, and not recommended!

Perfect hotel in Domaso. Don’t be put off by the fact that Domaso is further than the other main spots like Bellagio and Menaggio, as you can get the ferry straight there. We arrived from Milan by travelling to Colico station and then a bus from Colico station to Domaso. The bus stops just near the hotel, it’s like a 2 mins walk. We didn’t have a car we did everything on foot just using the bus and ferry’s. Domaso is a quiet little town, it’s a nice spot if you want to be away from the tourist saturated areas like Bellagio and Varenna. Just visit those for the day and you get to come back to a quiet place to rest and also can stay in Domaso for the day as there are some nice restaurants and still have amazing views of lake Como all around. The hotel itself is perfect for what you need, the views are stunning, it isn’t busy, each room has its own courtyard that leads onto the pool area, the breakfast is nice and the staff are wonderful. Overall amazing value and I would stay here again any day! Because it is small there was never any noise from other guests, everyone is polite and respectful.
